This one star review only for the lady in the pharmacy whose name is Amy Mu. She is extremely rude and impatient. She has very bad attitude to everyone. We have been to this rite aid store for more than five years. This store is very close to my house and other people in the store are nice. We have been served by Amy Mu few times, and every time she is very rude and impatient. Every Time!!! This is my first time to write a review. She really made me feel bad.

No air condition when temperatures is more than 100 outside. Waiting time is extremely long and they don’t take coupon or insurance which other pharmacy take. NEVER COME TO THIS STORE.

Disappointed how they claim to have certain vaccines online and when you book the appointment and arrive you find out you cant get vaccinated after all because they dont have the vaccines they claimed they have on the site.

This pace is awsome. Every single person that work here is super nice! Seriously no joke all the employees seem to be in a good mood at all times. Always super helpful. NOT one person that i have seen working here sucks. The entire rite aid team at this location freakin rocks. High five n stuff.

Came here to buy those CR batteries, found prices of the batteries are lower on their own Rite Aid website. Went to cashier and asked about it and got “lectured” about why batteries in their physical store are priced higher.Ended up buying batteries on Amazon.

Manager has bad aditute asked to used, he said restroom closed at 9pm . We are customer 30 dollars worth stuff there!

Never had any problems here, just like any other drug store.

I called and asked if i made it before 10 if theyd still help me at the pharmacy. They said yes and when i showed up a few minutes before 10 they refused to help me even though i really needed my prescription. If they claim to be open til 10, they shouldnt close their registesters until 10. Pharmacist cares more about going home early than helping people in need. She should have atleast told me no over the phone so i didnt have to waste my time and gas.

Come here to get our different prescription almost every week. The asian girl at the pharmacy doesnt attend me who is first in the waiting line, not the second white guy behind me, nor the latino guy behind him. Calls for the asian lady 4th in line behind all of us and says let me help her out first. Very racist!!! First come first get served. No special privileges because I dont have yellow skin. I really didnt like that. Horrible!!

In the prescription area my mom was the first one over there and they didnt have her medication ready they had to make it and it took over and hour. She is pregnant to. Terrible service and stupid / lousy workers.
