Truly, HONEST. They have been so dedicated to proper customer care and they are upfront, trustworthy and priced VERY fair.

This would be my preferred to-go place whenever I needed an oil change for my car. Prices are reasonable and the staff is always ready to help. They also truly live up to their name, they do not seek to charge me more than what I need. I dont go here as often anymore as I moved out to another city, but if I could Id continue to get services from them. Would recommend!

I’ve been going to this place to service my cars since 2015, I take all 4 of my cars for oil changes and other services if needed! They are truly honest and the main mechanic is great. Always gets the job done and if they can’t they refer me to someone who can!

Took my car month ago for a bearing replacement 3 days after my car got a death shake when pressing my brakes firmly. Noticed a screw holding the disk was missinh causing it to warp. Took the car the following weekend they said its a warped disc but that the missing screw was not the cause but the other side has both screws and its perfectly fine. They denied repalcing it so ill never go back there again

Honest Auto Group really lives up to its name. I was quoted $363 by Toyota Riverside to fix my window Seal that falls off by itself. Alex and Joseph from Honest Auto group fixed it for lot cheaper - not even $100.Moreover, while i was there at the shop, an older gentleman came and said one of his signal light cover needs a replacement. Alex looked up the model that fits his car and told him to order from Amazon for $19.95 vs for Alex to order the part for $40 from the 3rd party. He then said to the gentleman that once you have the light cover, bring it to me and i will put it on for free for you.They do care about customers. I am glad I have found them. Best service ever? There are cheaper places. There are more technically skilled places. But there is no more honest mechanics than the mechanics at Honest Auto. The service is fantastic- fast, relatively inexpensive, and high quality. The experience is all-around headache and worry-free. Come here for excellent service, stay for the honest character of Honest Auto.

I came there for one thing, they helped me it without charging me - then put air in my tires. They were very polite and professional. I would go back for any repairs and feel confident that I am being taken care of - without wondering if I am being overcharged.

Accidentally found this place. My wifes car needed some maintenance, oil change, AC repair, and brakes. And I needed an oil change and transmission fluid flushing. All these costed me less than one transmission fluid flush from the dealership. Plus they knew exactly what was wrong with my wifs AC unit without having us explaining. They are very knowledgeable and like their name said, honest. They have earned my trust and will continue to visit for my current and future vehicles.
