We have used Nutech for years. Jimmy is one of the most honest, helpful, professional people I know! I had taken my car to the dealership for general service as it is still under warranty. Above and beyond quality service as always! I am a long-term client. Jimmy and his team never fail to impress me on how quick and efficient they are handling my demands. They recently serviced my car upon same day request when I was in a bind. The tire pressure light came on and the maintenance was due on the same morning of Tuesday as I drove into work. I had plans to drive to LAX the next morning which is suppose to rain, so without a second thought, I paid a visit to Nutech for safety measures and knock two birds with one stone. I was in and out about less than an hour. I must say, I love their live status update on the owners vehicle after inspection is finished. It is very detail-orientated, provides feedback on body parts from interior to exterior, and notify owner of vehicle ready for pick-up. I highly recommend you take your car here. They take great care of each client and the owners vehicle. The lot is small and shared with other automotive shops. Nutech has reserved parking spots.

I have been coming to NuTech for close to 5 years now if memory serves. The customer service has always been excellent. I once was quoted an inflated price by a dealership and called Jimmy (owner) to explain the situation. He told me that I was being overcharged and he later fixed the issue for a fraction of the price. I’m light on the details since this was a few years ago, but ever since I’ve felt supremely confident that Jimmy has my best interests in mind whenever my car gets serviced.

I never write reviews but liked these guys so much that I had my daughter set up a Google account just so I could write this. Nutech replaced the radiator on my BMW and the brake pads and rotors on my Acura. I was extremely satisfied with their excellent service, and Im hard to please! Jimmy was thoroughly knowledgeable about both vehicles and was refreshingly honest. He doesnt try to upsell you on anything. Adam the technician did great work. As soon as I walked in, Jimmy was ready and willing to assist. I had a general maintenance light on my dash and was worried of taking it in since, well let’s be honest, seeing a young female walking in SCREAMS easy target to up charge, especially after 2020 lock downs. But that wasn’t the case here. This is a mechanic with integrity and that can get the job done right. They will not only find the problem, but will provide you with a digital copy of the scan that shows what was checked. Hands down the best mechanic I’ve been too. After being screwed over by PepBoys one too many times, I am sincerely happy to have made this switch.

Quickly diagnosed and fixed my 2009 70,000 peach of a BMW 335i coupe.Battery issues that were screwed up by installation from another company sent by AAA.

Found out my radiator was leaking and took my car to Nutech. They diagnose the problem and worked on it right away.They made sure everything was working properly before having me pick up my car . They also checked with me a couple of days later to make sure everything was good.

It was my first time to bring in my car for general maintenance at Nutech Auto. Since it is a brand new car, I intentionally stand outside the repair shop to observe how the mechanic handled my car. Based on my observation (disclaimer: I don’t know mechanic and car parts), I saw the mechanic performed all what the owner told me what general maintenance service should be included. The mechanic handled my car carefully and cleaned up the parts after oil change. After service, owner texted message me to see anything I am not satisfied. Good service and will continue to do business with them.

I took my BMW X2 to my dealer for an Oil Change (free). They said I need brakes and quoted me $1,500 for all 4. I called NUTECH and they quoted me $550... I declined my brake service with my BMW dealer and scheduled an appointment with NUTECH. They were busy when I got there, but took me in anyway. They were very professional and gave me an estimate time for the job to be completed. 2 hours later and my car was ready to be picked up. They had mentioned that they also did a full inspection check on my car for free and didnt noticed anything else was needed. Picked up my car and I was happy with their services. Highly Recommend it!

They are very honest. Asked them to check the cabin air filter. They checked it and said it did not need to be changed now. I like how they send you pictures and updates on everything they check.

I like how they communicate via text. They send pics of issues and classify each, which helps car owners address the high priority issues first in case you don’t have the funds to fix it all at once.

Ive only been here twice but the second time I showed up Jimmy knew me by name. He doesnt try to sell you on extra things and the service is very fast. Very affordable prices and a clear break down of everything done on invoice. My fiancé will be coming here for her car maintenance now as well.

Nutech auto repair is an honest busy and has been taking care of my auto maintenances for more than 6 years. Their mechanics are well trained and knowledgeable of the cars.

I called to get an estimate on replacing my front pads. I purchased the pads from the dealership and I just wanted them replaced thats all I wanted. The guy in the phone said We dont replace customer parts. So how do they expect to make business? I could understand if it was something complex. But i purchased the brake pads from the dealership. All I wanted was to get them replaced. Is it that difficult? Poor customer service, poor attitude, and poor disorganization. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent service! before they work on your car they send you a text that has a description and the cost of the work that is needed. There is also the option to accept and decline each job. I have never seen this at any mechanic shop. I would highly recommend to anyone to needs to get service done on their car.

Nutech is awesome. Ive been there a few times now and prices are fair. I usually get uncomfortable at car shops but this place is chill. I love how they send you pictures with updates and recommendations about your car. They want to make sure you know whats going on and they consult with you before adding any other services you werent originally there for. Jimmy has always been helpful, over the phone and in person. And hes such a friendly and nice person. Ive had to leave my car there and pick it up after hours and he warned me to make sure to get it before a certain time when security comes and tickets/tow cars. Ive waited before as well and the seating area is comfortable and clean! I definitely recommend coming to this place for your car.

Here is why I gave 1 star:I changed the engine oil. Good. Then they asked me to change the battery. I refused because the car is 2017 and I never had a issue to start the engine.Then they told me: if you cant start your engine tomorrow. Dont blame us..What kind of customer service it is?!!... OK. Then I drive my car to fill my tank, THEN i CAN NOT START MY ENGINE.5 MINUTES AFTER I DID THE OIL CHANGE!!!! THE FIRST TIME ALSO.I wonder this auto shop probably just drain my battery... Also their mechanic is very unprofessional when doing the oil change...I will never recommend this shop to anyone. Seriously I mean.

I have been taking ALL my cars to Jimmy at Nutech for over 15 years. He provides high quality and reasonably priced service/repairs.. He has solved problems that the dealer could not diagnose. He is honest and does not try to sell you things you dont need. I have seen all makes of cars at his shop from high end Mercedes, Lexus, Audi to mid range Toyota and lowly Hyundai.Finding a good and honest mechanic is not that easy. Do yourself a favor and use Nutech - you will not be disappointed. Plus he is AAA approved.

Excellent shop. I dont know why there are some negative reviews. Jimmy was very straight forward, and told me exactly what was wrong. He gave a timeline on when my car would be done, and it was a very accurate timeline. My car was done on time, and done well. I had to replace my clutch, battery, oil change, front beaks, fan, and some hoses. The prices are reasonable, and I cant remember the last time my car drove this smooth. Thanks nutech.

Jimmy, the guy who owns this autoshop, is one of the nicest, most hardworking guys Ive ever met. When I went to him to get my car inspected, he told me that he would program my car keys for free because he said he doesnt believe in ripping people off for something that takes 15 minutes. After I took Jimmy up on his offer, my car wouldnt start and he spent about 4 hours trying to figure out what was wrong with my car. At the end, he didnt charge me a dime for all his work. Please give this man your business. He deserves it.

I’ve been Nutech’s customer since 2015, I have a 2014 Lexus ES 300h, the Check English light came on, I contacted Jimmy, he’s very helpful & honest!Jimmy ran a diagnostic check, discovered the ECM System update needed, he indicated if I have him perform the update, it would cost approximately $250. He suggested to take it to a Lexus Dealership, most likely it’s under warranty. He was right-on-the-money...Thank you Jimmy!

Lies .. lies .. liesWas quoted a price over the phone .... after I arrived the next day the person (same guy I spoke with on the phone) quoted me again saying it would be nearly double the original price I was given . I mentioned I called the day before and was quoted already... He told me I was mistaken and he would NOT have quoted me that low price ??? This was AFTER the tow truck dropped off my car in front of his shop ... SKETCHY for sure !!!! luckily I got my car to turn over and I left .. will NEVER return again ... poor business practices I rate them zero stars

Our Toyota 4runner had a problem with alternator that went bad and They took care of it very quick and very professional from the moment we contacted them till its done and running well again. They charges very fair and even apply the discount for Triple A member! This place is a 5stars care service place you can count on.
