Just got my custom made bridal set from the Round Rock store, Im over the moon with the quality, price and customer service provided by their sales representative José!!! José listened attentively to all of my desired specifications and put a rush on the construction as well as the appraisal; and he was compassionate and understanding to my health concerns by going the extra mile to accommodate me with an initial virtual visit. He was able to provide me with a choice of heart shaped loose diamonds of superior quality and together we built the bridal set of my dreams!! Im definitely coming back to upgrade for an anniversary! MARSHA, MARSHA, MARSHA!!! IS AMAZING! I enjoyed my first experience with her years ago and can not speak highly enough of her!! She goes above and beyond for her customers.The ring that was purchased at her store needed repair and because I was closer to the Zales in College Station at the time I took it CS to be sent out. After a horrible experience with College Station (another review will be left for them) I called Marsha and explained my situation and that my rings repair didnt hold and I refused to deal with the CS store again because of my experience with them and their lack of concern. She asked if I could give her a bit to speak to her manager and call me back< when she did return my call the same day, I was astounded when she told me she and her manager had arranged for UPS to over night my ring to them to allow them to send it out from their location. I received the over night box the next day with instruction on how to send it back. My ring was kept a fraction of the time as when I dealt with CS and the repair held because Marsha took the time to inspect it and noticed the prongs needed replaced so my diamond wouldnt continue to fall out.She kept me informed and was amazingly helpful!!! I encourage anyone shopping for jewelry to buy from Zales Round Rock and to ask for Marsha.

After a little bit of a rough start the store manager Tobyn went above and beyond to rectify the situation and provide excellent customer service! The two young ladies that helped me were great as well. I was told they recently hired more people so, hopefully that will help with the phones but overall I had a great experience and will be recommending Zales Round Rock outlet!

I have been trying to call this store for the last 30 mins and no one will answer. Ive even called corporate and they cant reach them either. This place is severely lacking in customer service. There is no reason to not answer the phone where you say you are open. Hopefully after corporate get involved they will address the issues with this store.

To be honest, I would have rated this place 2 maybe a 3 if we didnt get that call back from Marsha.First experience, was amazing besides the amazing deals and because of this sales representative, Marsha. If you go to this location please ask for her. She is very attentive, thoughtful, personable, professional, positive, and patient. I cant say enough about her work ethics.Second, experience wasnt satisfying for us. We were there to pick up my wedding band. And the staff there werent as kind and helpful. We felt like we were intruding. Just overall bad experience! Fail bad that day on their part to the point my fiancee and I wanted to cancel our order and return our item.Which we later conveyed with Marsha. That day she was off. She isnt even the store manager but she went over & beyond to ameliorate the situation. She called and I let her know what occurred. She was baffled by this but calmly listen and was very empathetic.Third experience, she excitedly called us to let us know the wedding band has arrived. The store would be closing within 30 min. She offered that she could run our items to our car is we wanted. If not she will stay until we arrived. Talk about VIP service. She also made a kind call to her regional manager and discuss the 2nd experience. They happily earned a continued customer. Basically she is amazing. We left happy with my wedding band that was resized which was the meaning of going back the 2nd time to the store. She even wrapped my gift for my Future mother in law. She is definitely has excellent communication and customer service skills. I appreciate people like her.

Definitely not coming back here. Bought a $150 bracelet, needed to resize it. Took it back the next day and the resize quote was $200, more than the value of the bracelet. Or I had to buy a $100 warranty, same BS, its policy. Bought jewelry from other brands and they have always resized for free. Anyway, this is one store Ill never be entering again in my life

I would rate even lower but I have to chose at least one star. I purchased a ring for my wife. We decided to take it back and get different rings. But because I was not present they would not help her. She had the receipt and the ring. When I talked to Alyssa P. with customer service she stated that she talked to Josh at the store and that my wife could go back and that he would take care of the issue. So before having my wife go back to the store I called the store and found out that there is not a Josh that works there and a Jose informed me that no one from customer service called the store. I explained to Jose that the policy on the back of the receipt and on there web site states 30 day return but receipt has to be present and he said he knows but that I would also be there. I told him that is not what the policy states and he said yes but that is the policy. I then told him that I will come up there and just return the ring and take my business elsewhere and he said that is fine as long as I was in store. So over all I do not believe Zales understands what customer service is. Very disappointed in their customer service. I have been in the service industry for over 20 years and would never treat customers this way.

All of my other interactions here with Marsha were superb, but my last two interactions were both highly disappointing and I feel flat out lied to while I was there on my last visit. I wish I had gotten his name so I could call him out on here. A couple of months ago, I took the cracked band in to be repaired, and was told because of Covid, they were not doing repairs, but we could exchange the ring for one double the price and pay the difference. Not the news we wanted to hear and we were not prepared to spend that much money, but it was understandable if they were short handed of people to do repairs (because of Covid). So before we left, we said we might as well get another ring cleaned while we were there. We are not cleaning rings because of Covid is what we were told. So let me get this straight, you can take my cracked ring to exchange it for an upsale during Covid, but you cant take my perfectly fine ring to clean it!? At this point, Im feeling like I have wasted money on the protection plan they ALWAYS pressure you to buy (no free repair and no free cleaning)!!About a couple of weeks ago, we went back to see if they were repairing rings again and he said yes but its taking awhile. OK well this time we were prepared to upgrade the ring, if we found something we liked in the price range. But after we told him that the ring was now completely broken (not cracked) he said that the repair would cost at least $400-500 to fix it and that amount would have to come off the price of the ring for an exchange AND since it was broken the protection plan would not cover it!! ARE YOU FREAKN KIDDING ME!!?? Then what the heck did I pay for upfront? The extra protection plan is not worth it. And it does NOT cost $400-500 to repair a small broken section of a thin 10K gold ring! LIES!! I wish I would have been able to talk to Marsha, but not sure if she even still works there. I will never shop Zales again for the lie alone!

Just left the store after having sit there for 20 minutes just waiting to get a ring measurement and to buy some diamond earrings. I can understand if they were with a paying customer but the gentlemen working there was pulling out all this jewelry for a 8 yr old to look at. I hope they do read this because they lost out on money today

Its a relaxed vibe, but yet classy and high quality, especially for helping my wife and I find the perfect ring for my anniversary. What an amazing experience! they also provide exceptional customer service that is hard to find in todays retail environment. As I am standing here writing this review I have yet to be greeted. Me and my husband have spend money with this company and can’t get a simple “hi, there I’ll be right with you” or something. I work for AT&T in retail and our job is to greet every single customer or acknowledge them. No matter if we are with a customer or not. I have a ring to pick up but will be looking for another jewelry place to spend my money on. Customer service is a key roll to any job.

We both purchased our wedding rings here and we needed a different size for his band. We did the exchange on 12/26 and haven’t heard back from them. It’s impossible to reach them at their phone number and today instead of apologize the store manager let his employee take the heat while he hid in the back. This store needs better management. I asked for a tracking number to find out it hasn’t even shipped yet! I get holidays are busy but it’s now January 15. Time to start answering your phones again! I work retail and this was a bad experience. I very rarely leave bad reviews.

Looks like I should’ve read the reviews before taking my ring in for repair. Do not deal with Christina she is a complete liar and doesn’t know the meaning of customer service. After going into pick up my ring, she told me she needed a proof of ID since the ring was under my moms name who bought & gave to me as a graduation gift. However, they never asked me when i dropped it off if it needed to be put into my name or asked for my ID. I understand their policies, but clearly she missed a step, she lied to my face and said that 2 weeks ago when I had dropped it off that she asked if I’d want it in my name...LIES! Instead she was too busy chatting with another coworker-that had just gotten off work behind the counter while making my ticket for repair, but she was just covering her own a** since she NEVER asked me my name. There was not one manager working on site at the time when I went to pick it up, so I went ahead and contacted corporate. They put me on hold forever only to come back and say “Christina has a different story”...ummmm of course she does she’s a liar! They should’ve called the store manager to begin with NOT her! So I asked to speak to a supervisor at corporate instead. Funny how that alone changed everything back around in a second! It’s not about the $1300 ring at this point it’s about the POOR customer service from Christina. Luckily, corporate said they’d be contacting them both!

Marsha was absolutely wonderful! I came in not really sure of the ring I wanted and she was very kind, compassionate and patient! I will Never go to another store again. I have read the resent reviews and one in particular struck me and I want to comment on it... to THE B. (Her name on review) It read that Marsha gave her personal phone number to this ladies husband and it was found in his pocket and she was clearly upset about it... Marsha gave me her personal cell number on a piece of paper too! It’s called going above and beyond in her customer service. I believe the lady that gave such a negative review needs to point her anger and suspision a little closer to home if her husband looked ‘guilty’ when confronted. I have nothing but sympathy for the lady who wrote it, but I think she zeroed in on the wrong person... get rid of HIM instead of making excuses for his behavior IF he was indeed acting strangely. Marsha is a beautiful lady, but is also nothing but professional. Sounds to me like the guy was possibly a cheater and the wife decided to get mad and attack the wrong person. Totally uncalled for to get on a public forum and bash someone at their place of work. Again I received the best service there and highly recommend the store and the sales woman!

Yesterday afternoon my love and I walked in looking for anniversary gifts for each other. As a regular Sunday afternoon we were wearing casual relaxed clothes, unfortunately because of this we were profiled by the workers at this location.No one came to assist us, we had to request assistance.When an attendant came we requested to see the anklettes, attendant left us unattended.When he returned he refused to answer any of our questions regarding price, material, length, etc. We continued asking questions, the attendant very annoyed answered some. When asked about price he gave a totally different answer then what was promoted.Then we asked about watches, once more the attendant took an annoyed demeanor. My love and I kindly thanked the attendant and left and went elsewhere to complete our anniversary purchase.FYI:We where looking to complete anniversary purchases, and additionally look for other jewelry pieces to add to our jewelry collection.I highley do NOT recommend going in to zales round rock outlets location unless youre willing to get profiled by walking in wearing relaxing Sunday outfits.

Terrible experience. Do NOT take anything there to be replaced or re-sized. I bought a wedding band at the Zales in Lakeline. They were wonderful. But when the ring came back too big, I took it to this store. It took forever to get helped because they are understaffed and not helpful. They finally returned and re-ordered my ring because it cant be re-sized. Said it would be 2 weeks. After 2 weeks and no word, I called them. They first said they had no record of my order, then came back and said they had my ring. I went in and it was the same ring. They never sent it out! The woman told me she would put in a rush order so it would be back the next week. Its been more than 2 weeks and not only do they not have my ring, but they said they cant even track it in their system. I wasnt able to have it for my wedding pictures because theyve had my ring for over a month. I will update my review when or if I ever get my ring back.***UPDATE***Finally got my ring back after over a month. Never got anything more than a dismissive sorry. No offer of compensation. Nothing for the incovenience of basically misplacing my ring for almost 6 weeks. This place is very poorly run.

Went in yesterday to get a new wedding ring set and ended up walking out disappointed. Not because I left without a ring but because of the service that was given there. An older female was disgustingly rude because she had someone sitting in front of her and she clearly saw dollar signs if she attended them and not me! My husband tried to get service and had no luck as well. It was a HUGE mistake! I ended up at Marc Robinson Jewelers and came out with a gorgeous brand new $8000 ring! I will NEVER go back to Zales! If anyone is in the market for jewelery avoid Zales and go see Sunny at Marc Robinson he is amazing and will take care of you!

Horrible Customer Service ! We returned a ring and I upgraded for another one I like more, they were supposed to refund our first ring with a mailed out check. I will say this store is terrible to purchase, I definitely regret choosing this store to purchase my charismas purchased. They are all liar and I dont think they know what they are doing. its been a almost a year I am dispute my refund money and still have not giving and I definitely do a complain in Better Business Bureau. I went here to get an engagement ring from my grandmother repaired and resized. So, in order to do that they send it off to their jeweler. I was told Id get it back on the 15th. Its now the 20th and I still dont have my ring back. I also planned to propose on the 20th but now I cant do that and have to scrap and rework all of my plans. The very present staff gave me their most meaningless sorry but told me theres nothing to do except wait (for the package that they said was over nighted two days ago).
