I’ve been a customer of QT Jewelry for about 5 years. The staff and owners are always very personable and helpful.... NEVER had a bad experience. I recently brought in a design for ring that I wanted to have made. One of the owners spent about an hour with me helping me to turn my design into a reality!! The result was absolutely incredible!! The Best and most Honest Jeweler you will EVER Find. I found them and had a couple special items made. I added two of them for you to see what kind of quality service Peter and his wife provide. I had a 36 carat Swiss blue Topaz made into a pendant. I also had my Tiffanys dog tag engraved with a special meaning. I love them both and the price was so good on top of it! Q&T customized my engagement and wedding rings by circling my beautiful Radiant Diamond (that we purchased from them) with a halo of diamonds from my late mothers ring. We have going to Q&T for about 8 years. They are so knowledgeable and have such great customer service. Also we really like supporting the local small businesses. Their designs are exquisite!

I’ve had a watch serviced twice at this jewelry store. The first time was for a new band and the other was for a battery. The watch battery has to be pressure tested. Q&T did it for a fraction of the cost most other jewelers proposed...and more quickly. The staff is very friendly and easy going. Truly a family operated business. The two ladies behind the counter were very nice and helpful.As for jewelry, they have some very nice selections. It’s not the typical cookie cutter type of items. Each is unique with a charm all to itself. Great selection, prices, and service!

I came into the store looking for an engagement ring. I was nervous with my budget and not knowing what style that would make my soon to be happy. Was greeted by Mr. Long and that was it. He was very patience and attentive. He gave me all the options and answered all my crazy questions. Found an awesome ring and one the actually fit my budget. After the purchase I went online to check and found out that i made a right decision. Mr. Long was very honest in his price and quality. Will be Q&T customer for life!

I went in to get a necklace for my wife. While I was there they I saw that they had a great selection of diamonds. So I decided to have them make a new wedding band for her they said it wouldnt be ready until after Christmas and the new year 2014. However, Q&T worked overtime without me asking to get it done and was ready Christmas eve which was a great surprise. Great customer service. Always very helpful, patient. My wife figured I was getting her some jewelry for Christmas, but she almost hit the floor when she saw her new ring. Its a big eye catcher even in the dark. She absolutely loves it. As well as the necklace too. We took her old ring in to get clean and they noticed couple of the diamonds where lose. Q&T tighten them at no charge. However she bought that ring there too. To top it all off it was a great price for a nearly perfect colorless brilliant cut diamond set in a platinum band. Which you can imagine was pretty pricey. And as the market price dropped on the metal for both ring and necklace they gave me price new price that it dropped to. Overall its a nice locally owned shop Round Rock to get beautiful jewelry at a great price with friendly service.

Today is my 25th anniversary and I am terrible at selecting jewelry. My wife likes simplicity versus gaudy and Natalie, along with the owners went above and beyond for me.I selected a very pretty blue topaz which they placed into a nice sterling silver setting and necklace. I ended up torn between a topaz ring to match and a nice silver ring with a cubic zirconia. I ended up buying both. They made me a very nice deal for all three.Even though busy and on short notice, they took the time to place the topaz in the setting so I can give it to her today. This business goes out of their way to accommodate you. I will definitely use them in the future.

I was recommended by a friend to go to Q&T to get my watch repaired. As it turns out all I needed was a new battery but the assessment and return was quick, efficient, and very professional. It was so good I ended up walking out not only with a repaired watch, I purchased a secondary watch (Citizen model) and was pleased with the price and service! This is one of those hidden gem spots literally you wont know about it unless you know. I have been going here for years it reminds of the jewelry stores in NYC with the metal gates and have to be buzzed in to come in the store which I definitely respect for safety purposes even this isnt NYC but still. Now to the compliments the owner and his wife are very nice and always have been and the few employees which are always women are nice as well and really helpful. I have gotten my chain repaired there a couple of times whichI have owned since 1999 (a classic piece) was a clasp for the locking portion of the chain and fixed my medialian that needed attention and Peter the owner did a great job getting back to originality! Also I have gotten several batteries replaced over the years on different watches. My most repair was getting an Invitica watch the mechanics totally replaced which I had had for about 11yrs and now its like brand new and working great! O would recommend this place for all of you jewelry needs and repairs!

Fixed my wifes engagement rings prongs perfectly, gave me a decent price on a replacement platinum wedding band, and even carries a few pieces of really lovely lower end Sterling silver pieces. A great place for repairs and to shop for presents.

I needed my engagement ring sized down and I was expecting to wait a while. I figured it would take a couple of days, but they got it back to me the SAME DAY! I was so happy that I could show it off at work on Monday! The work was great, affordable, and fast.

I went there to get a battery replacement in my watch yesterday and the Asian lady working there told me it would cost 25.00 PLUS TAX, and they would need to keep the watch for 2 days! I told her that Ive been there several times before for the same watch and they always charged me 9.00 for battery change plus tax. Then she went into the story of how its a special watch (guess it wasnt before?) and they would need to replace seals etc. I told her it ok, never mind. Then all of a sudden the 2 days turned into we could do it in minimum of 3 hours!! I said no thanks! So, I left and went home removed the four small screws holding the back plate on in less than 3 minutes and replaced the battery from Walmart for $4.00. I will not be returning back there for ANY business! I DO NOT LIKE TRYING TO BE CONNED.

In the past I had taken several pieces to QT for repair. Today I went back to do the same. I was informed that they would not repair my gold bracelet and ring because they didnt have diamonds. The owner? was rude and dismissive. I asked her why they did repairs on pieces I had brought to them in the past, but refused now. All she said is that they will not do repairs on items without diamonds. I guess less than diamonds is not worth their notice or need. If you can afford diamond jewelry, by all means, give them your business. If you cannot make it to the diamond level, go elsewhere because Q&T doesnt think your business is worthy.

Hey, these people are pretty great! Enthusiastic and they do a great job. Got wedding rings here and theyre super awesome. I also had a different ring resized and the work is undetectable.

I was offered a job at this establishment and was told my hourly salary, commission percentage for different items, days and hours that I would work. Peter told me that he was only waiting on my background check and if it came back good, I would receive a call at the beginning of this week. I did not receive a call and I know that I have a clean history so I called to follow up today. Unfortunately, Peter told me that I did not have enough experience and he appreciated my time. I have 2+ years experience in FINE JEWELRY sales (plus management) and listed my past employer and a representative for the last privately owned mall that I worked at as my references. If this is how they lie to potential employees, I can only imagine the lies they tell their customers who are arent knowledgeable in the trade. Utterly & completely unprofessional. I only support family owned stores but I would suggest that you find one that isnt shady like this establishment.

Have worked with Q&T on a couple of different occasions and have been happy with how theyve handled each one. Knowledgeable, courteous, and fairly priced is a great combination describing this business.

Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Selection is far more varied and interesting than chain stores.

I was directed here for watch repair. The original place couldnt handle a waterproof watch battery replacement. The guy here at Q&T looked at my watch for less than a minute (literally) and told me I should send it back to where I bought it. No thank you, no apologies, nothing but brusque and dismissive. I guess since it wasnt a Rolex it wasnt worthy of politeness on his part? I dont know- but I wont be back.

My family has used Q&T for years for jewelry repair. They are honest, reasonable and do great work. Today I took gold to sell and they paid me almost 25% more than The Ring by Gold Gals was going to pay for the same gold on the same day!
