Hunter was my Salesman who waited on me. Excellent service. I showed him an Oakley that I used for Softball and he found the same one and On Sale and reconized my Military Service. He had to go to the back to find them and came back with the ones I needed. Great young man. Impressed. I spent over 20 yrs in retail he is a keeper. Knows his stock. Store was clean, not cluttered. It is June 1st 2021 and I was asked to leave the store because I was not wearing a face mask. There was 1 other person in the store and we were more than 6 feet away from anyone in the store. There is no longer a mask mandate and I will be filing a complaint with the bbb.

Ive came in here multiple times and no matter whose working I always get the help I need. Came in here today because oakley sent me wrong lenses ( not stores fault ) and the manager helped me so quick to switch them out without any trouble. Definitely recommend anyone to come here.

While they may not have EVERY lens in stock (mostly due to Covid and production schedules) they will go out of their way to make sure you get what you need!

Oakley makes great products, but it requires an equally great collection of people to make a location successful. I have always been treated well here, whether I buy anything or not. I am an Oakley fan-boy, but that is because Oakley ballistic lenses saved my eyesight. I could buy on-line, but I prefer the interaction with the sales staff at this particular location.

Terrible customer service. Employees wont greet you upon entering, wont be of any assitance. They dont communicate properly and make different offers that doesnt go with store policy.

I bought a custom Oakley Sliver with Prizm Daily from this outlet and after using it for almost an year the frame got cracked in the hinges causing the legs to fall loose. This was first Oakley which couldnt take the test of time and I immediately walked in to the Oakley outlet with the broken frame. They looked at it, no questions asked, requested me to select a new frame and logo choice, installed prizm lens to the new frame and informed Im all set. Oakley custom are great, the hinges are made of the same quality plastic however no metal to hold the legs to the frame questions its reliability compared to my Raybans. Anyways wanted to call out the great after sales service of this outlet. I love Oakleys for daily wear and I would definately buy my next pair from them. Thank you!
