Great store and nice selection. I was finally able to find a rain jacket and for a good price too! The only complaint would be the shoe section. They didn’t have enough of a selection. I was looking for winter boots but all they had were a couple of trail shoes and some sandals.

Pretty good selection, but prices were a little higher than I expected from an outlet store. They had a few styles of each type of clothing, mostly in larger sizes. Toddler selection was pretty sparse. Overall, store was clean and well organized, I just expected lower prices and a few more options!

They had some good sales.

Very nice store! Pretty pricey as all Columbia brand is. But this store has huge deals on Columbia clothing & jackets. I bought an amazing jacket that was 60% off and brand new of course (not consignment shop). Great store and a pretty large selection. Customer service is great. Recommend signing up for their free rewards program as well. Tons of jackets, shirts, hats, pants, hoodies, gloves, you name it.

Always great quality clothing, though pricey- but the big reason for the five stars is the customer service, particularly from Jojo. I came on Columbus Day weekend for their sale and bought multiple items. The next day, my daughters brand new jacket I bought for her was eaten by my dog. Knowing they likely wouldn’t be able to exchange it for me, I called the store anyways to see what could be done. I spoke to Jojo who informed me I could talk to corporate, which I’m in the process of doing, but also he offered to give me 25% off a replacement if I wanted to drive down and get a new one, which I did do. Jojo was extremely helpful, friendly, professional and I’m so thankful he was able to assist me in replacing my daughters jacket.

Great selection and friendly & helpful service. Large inventory and excellent pricing. Really like this store. Seems to have much more choices and better quality stuff vs Eddie Bauer.

I purchased a jacket with them and had to return it. It has been 5 weeks now and they never refunded me, gave me a feedback or returned the jacket. Now Ive been trying to reach to their customer service and store manager and associates, but they say there is nothing they can do. Its annoying not to have a resolution on this.

I had to make an online exchange and the store manager really helped me out making the transaction very painless.Columbia omni heat really does work!! I was in 15° weather and I was warm!! But able to move with ease.

When you close the fitting room 30 minutes before the store closes, at least inform customers when they enter the store. TIA!

NEVER BUY ANYTHING COLUMBIA!!! They dont stand behind their products and if you need to exchange something for a different size they make it next to impossible.

Great prices but the staff is horrendous, everyone is just standing around chit chatting. Had to get a jacket from the top row by myself, not a single person offered help.

The staff was rude and reluctant to check inside stock for my size because the only shoe size is a display for trying. I asked if they could order in store for my size which most stores could but the reply was no. It was not a pleasant visit because of one of the staff attitude.
