The projected started 1 day behind but they informed me in advance and Felix and his crew showed up on time when the project started. They even brought in additional help to finish the project by the original date - amazing!I had one follow up post install and Soleil handled it professionally and in a timely manner. Update! Following February snow/ice storm, Soleil Floors came through with a total hardwood floor replacement on our main level—this our second project with them in six months. From start to finish they delivered excellent service and product. There are a lot of options out there but they made the entire process simple and enjoyable. We recently installed wood flooring in our master bedroom suite. The installers had to match to existing flooring we already had in the living room and hallway leading to our bedroom. They tore out a few pieces of the old flooring, inserted the new pieces and matched with no seams. It is beautiful and the installers were very courteous and professional.

Soleil Floors replaced our downstairs flooring (previously an unattractive orange/red wood tile) with warm ash Karndean Korlok floors. These new floors are water and scratch proof. They also upgraded our laundry room with an urban concrete tile that looks clean and modern. And they did it all in 4 days, despite it being the July 4th holiday. They delivered amazing work product. We showed them samples of what we liked, and Courtney found the perfect color and material for what we wanted. Courtney was a great communicator and stayed in contact with us throughout the entire project. Ive hired Soleil Floors to install new carpet about 3 years ago. They did such a great job that I decided to hire them again to replace our dated mismatched tile floors. They did a fantastic job installing the new tile! And as always they are on time, very polite and do amazing quality work. I decided I should redo the floors in my house before my wedding. It would involve ripping up a lot of the carpet and all the tile in my house. I was going to do it myself and replace everything with a nice wood-look tile. After getting through about half of my master closet I realized I was in trouble. I hated tiling. So I quit.Luckily, Soleil Floors was there for the rescue. Tile was going to be outside my budget hiring someone else to do it, but they worked with me on installing a lovely water-proof laminate floor that my fiancee fell in love with. There was good communication and the job went really quickly. Victor, their on-site coordinator, was professional and courteous. They completed all 1100 sqft of flooring in basically three days, with only 3 minor finishing touches that had to be completed on the fourth day.There were a few small misunderstandings along the way. I thought I was told that if I assembled new toilets it would be the same cost to install them as it was to reset my old toilets. it was not and that cost me about $500 extra. I also was not prepared for just how much dust the flooring job would create, so now I am still cleaning up dusty stuff a couple weeks after the floors have been finished.However, other than that it was a great experience and the final product is amazing. If I ever get the budget for it, Im sure Ill be back to redo the bedroom floors or even the kitchen countertops.Thanks Soleil!

More than just floors! My husband and I used Soleil Floors for a major remodel. I am so happy we found this company! They oversaw everything from the flooring selection and installation to new countertops, entire interior of home and garage painting, electrical work, bathroom remodels, drywall work, you name it, they can do it. Our project manager was only a text message away. We did run into a few minor issues, which is to be expected with a remodel the size we did but our project manager jumped right in and handled them. I will absolutely be using this company and recommending them to everyone I know.

I have always stated it, Service wins the day.We have not been in the house for a full year and we knew before the summer was up we wanted to do our first big project, wood floors.From the start Ben was at our house showing us the items they had, we also drove to the Round Rock location to view what they had in house and the information shared with us on the differences between all the different kind of floors was great. The patience they showed us, the professionalism with communicating with us was always on point. We let them know also, that we were reviewing other companies. Some were equal cost, some were almost 40% cheaper, but at the end of the day we wanted the floors done right, so we went with Soleil. Giovani, Jessica and the crew were here for a full week, always on time, always doing their best and doing it correctly, as we wanted. It has been over a month now and the floors are amazing, the house is completely different now. We also had the tile done in the bathroom, and Giovani did an excellent job matching up the design of the tiles which were all different tones. Talked a good game, but didnt deliver. We solicited bids from three flooring companies on the same hardwood and carpet for our whole house. It came down between Soleil and one other. I called Ben at Soleil to tell him that we were going with the other company but he gave me a good speech on quality. Since the two were close in price, I decided to go with Soleil because of his quality commitment. The first issue that we had was with a visible carpet seam. The first person who came out to fix it, didnt make an improvement. The second person who came out to fix it said it wasnt a problem, but with our persistence, he made it look a little better. The second issue we had was with the quarter round. The installer was simply cutting a straight 30 degree line for the ends which looked bad, in my opinion. I went to the internet to find examples of rounded cuts and after a bit of arguing they agreed to make the change. This was early in the quarter round installation so they didnt have to fix the whole house. I didnt think the installation of the quarter round was done very well, but I didnt say anything because I thought I was just being picky. We had painters come and give us an estimate on painting our house and the painter that we chose also commented on the poor quality of the quarter round installation. They said that they would fix it for us which Im sure was added to the price we agreed to pay for the painting job. The third quality problem we had was due to a board in the entry that had a nick/chip out of one of the corners. They agreed that it was a problem and they replaced the board. After the fact, I got a call saying that I owed between $200 and $300 for a box of boards because they didnt have a board left over that was that size. I paid for the box of boards, but it really left a bad taste in my mouth. I sent Ben an email telling him of the quality issues but my complaints fell on deaf ears. I didnt even get a response. The bottom line ... Soleil promised quality that was superior to their competition but they didnt deliver. When I brought the issues to their attention, I didnt even get the courtesy of a response. I liked Ben but when quality issues were raised to his attention, it appears that he was just a fast talking salesman.

Soliel Floors replaced the floors in our entire house, including installation of hardwoods, tile and carpet. Lewanna was my main contact at Soliel, and she was incredible to work with. She has such an eye for design! We picked options at the Soliel showroom, then she brought samples to my home so we could see the choices in the actual light. We ended up changing a few selections, so I was thrilled to have her advice. They also installed tile backsplash in the kitchen and from floor to ceiling around the fireplace. I am beyond thrilled with the result and would highly recommend Lewanna and Soliel to anyone.

I bought a large home north of Hutto and did a remodel. I chose Soleil Floors because my realtor recommended them and also because they had the hardwood product that we settled on. They also had excellent reviews. The majority of the job was excellent, but at the end there were a few items that my very picky eye identified and i wanted them fixed. Ben saved our rental property! We were in a crisis needing to have repairs done so we could get new renters in our rental property where we were losing money fast. The flooring company we used to work with would never call us back and wasted over 3 weeks because our job was too small. We had Soleil floors install a hardwood in the majority of our house. The guys did a great job and floors look great. We had some issues with thier product distributor sending the wrong wood a couple of times - which delayed the project, but ultimately Ben Hendrix (owner) made things right and got us a great looking floor as fast as they could given the distributor issues. Flooring is complicated. My wife and I are going to start building a house in the next few months and so I have started to pay attention to things like flooring, windows, etc. Today I had an opportunity to hear Ben talk, and I learned more in ten minutes with him than Ive accumulated about flooring in my entire life.Ben didnt try to sell the most expensive stuff in the world, but he took the time to lay out the pros and cons of all the options I should consider. After living in our home for the past 9 years, my wife and I finally had an epiphany to redo the inside flooring. We considered many different options and companies. We wanted to stay local and wanted to do this only once and do it right. It was a quick and easy selection once we met with Teresa at Soleil Floors that we had found what we were looking for. Teresa was there to sell us. She was there to consult and help us find pride in our house and make it our preferred location rather than just an address. Teresa made multiple visits to hour house without obligation or without needing to do so. She did it because it is style to make her customers feel like they are family and that our input and opinion mattered. From our first few visits, my wife and I had a much larger desire to fall in love with our house again and Teresa not only helped make the experience personalized but helped stay within an overall budget that could have gotten out of hand quickly. The end results of our consulting sessions were a great new floor throughout the house, new tile, a new fireplace, and a remodeled master bathroom. Teresa was able to have the tough discussions with us and was also able to acknowledge our needs and find a way to make this work for both us and Soleil. The work was enormous--tearing out old wood, tearing out old tile, demo work on our master bathroom. The crew that was on site was incredible. Great personalities and great around my family. They were considerate of us and we were of them. We did our work over the Christmas holiday season--so weather was also a factor. It took me four months to type this review for a couple of reasons: 1) I wanted to let the impacts of this house remodeling take full effect and 2) it is four months later and my wife and I are more in love with our home now than we were when we originally closed on it. This experience has been incredible and I really feel that it was a result of the team at Soleil really caring about their customers and ensuring that the relationship is mutual--pay for a quality product and become a wowed customer at the results. I am more than happy and willing to provide a reference or provide final pictures if needed.

My husband and I were new to Georgetown and did not know how to find quality contractors to remodel the house we purchased in Sun City. We were feeling a bit overwhelmed thinking we would have to find many contractors to get the job done. While shopping for flooring, we happened to meet Cristen Finnel at the Soleil Floors show room. Cristen offered to come to the house to provide design suggestions and quotes for flooring, countertops, backspalsh, shutters and other items we had in mind. We decided to go with Soleil Floors because of Cristens knowledge and experience. She was on top of the entire project from start to finish and I was able to relax (as much as one can during a remodel project) and know the project would get done. We found Soleils prices competitive, terms of payment better, and service exceptional compared to the competition we considered. Cristen was incredible as design consultant and project manager as she guided us through the steps needed to upgrade our kitchen and replace flooring throughout a large portion of our home with wood-grain tile. Her expertise, patience, and responsiveness made the entire process easy. Cristen responded quickly to our questions, even those we would text or email in the evenings or on weekends. When we discovered water damage under our old sink, she quickly arranged to have the cabinet floor replaced before the new sink and countertop were installed. When we discovered the builder had covered over irregularities in our concrete subfloor with carpet, she had a man available with the equipment necessary to grind away the high spots so our new tile would go down perfectly level. We are very pleased with the final results. Thanks to the friends and neighbors who recommended Soleil Floors to us and thanks to Cristen for making the whole experience a good one!
