Ashley and team did an amazing job. We were very impressed with the thoroughness of considering our unique space. We were redoing a fireplace from plaster to tile and felt confident after watching the team go step by step in scoping it out. In the end it came out AMAZING

Work was completed in timely manner. We had entire house flooring replaced. Team had to move all my furniture to take out floors. They put the sliders on all furniture pieces and put the pieces back in place when each room was completed. We have some heavy pieces (temper pedic bed, dresser with mirror hutch, tc stands, filing cabinets, etc). Team cleaned up every day and made sure materials were put away. The work is exceptional! Lots of work done to remove tile, carpet,tack tracks and sanding/leveling out of cement floor. Love my new floors and fireplace tile

They were very knowledgeable and friendly. My wife was so impressed at how friendly and low pressure they were. So we didnt even bother getting other estimates. They came at the scheduled time for the install. Worked all day and completed the project. I would recommend them to anyone!

Ashley provided very friendly and professional service when giving a bid on flooring in our new home. She helped go through options and was able to explain benefits of each floor type in an easy to understand way. She provides service you definitely dont get from the big box stores. When I called over the phone. Lee Roy had trouble understanding what I wanted in upstairs hallway and rooms. I told him I wanted hardwood. He tried to convince 4 times luxury vinyl once they arrived. They were leaning up against our walls. Wearing a obnoxious amount of perfume and spitting her saliva all over my husband and I as she was talking and finally scraped our walls 3 times with some archiec measuring device. I would not recommend these people. They are unprofessional.

The new owners Leroy, his daughter Angela,and receptionist Beatriz have all made an outstanding effort to replace our carpet. Great experience! Ken was very professional, detailed, and helpful. I had tile replaced in the whole house, and they did an amazing job. It looks great, and the team was extremely experienced, and knew exactly how to do the job to make it look professional and how to install it so that there wouldnt be any issues down the road (ex. made sure to install cement board under all the bathrooms where the previous installer hadnt used it).

We called Seth out to get a price on some carpet for our house. We had a particular carpet in mind when we called. Seth set an appoint to come out the next day. Unfortunately we followed a misguided recommendation for another company and ended up with carpet disaster. One year later Floor Coverings International (Austin) replaced the ruined carpet with the same type and did a FANTASTIC job!!! Highly recommended!

Seth comes by our home, measures and gives us a quote on Tuesday. I rescheduled with him to come back on Friday so we can see samples. He told me he didnt have a brick and mortar store so he would have to bring by samples. We made an appointment for 10am Friday morning and I get a call from him, after our appointment time, saying he scheduled with someone else in Manor and he was heading that way. Seth did say he would drop off some samples later that day. Well he didnt drop off samples and we didnt hear from him. I went to the dentist on Tuesday morning and when I got home, guess who shows up. He said we had an appointment but there was no way I scheduled with him that morning after going to the dentist. And he brought one sample of carpet for us to look at. The irony was that if he showed up on Friday as scheduled, I was going to write him a check to get the carpet ordered. Seth is very unprofessional and it is hard to pick out carpet without being able to compare different products. My suggestion is to look at some of the other stores in town that sell carpet and stay away from Floor Coverings International.

I had been shopping for flooring for a few weeks for about six weeks. I had a lot of samples, and Id spoken with many salesman, did a lot of research, and considered many options. I am so glad that is when I met the salesperson from FCI, Brian. What a breath of fresh air?! He wasnt pushy. He didnt make me feel as though I needed to buy right then, and he was patient with all of my questions, and I can really exhaust someone with questions, doubts and concerns. The thing I liked most about our interaction is that he kept me grounded. I was having a tough time making final decisions, and he got to the heart of my goals. And, then helped me focus exclusively on the products that would meet my specific goals. When I went into the office later to place the order, Savannah and the owner were just top of the line. These days you rarely encounter people who are genuinely nice, and not just saying all the right things like theyve said them a hundred times before because theyre required to be nice. They arent only nice, but they show that they care. I was in a time crunch with the holidays requiring me to be out of town, and they assured me not to worry. I would come home to a beautiful floors. Josue and his helper worked in my home the entire time I was gone. How many strangers would you feel comfortable working in your house? These people are trustworthy. Josue was such a perfectionist that he even kept things neat and organized while he worked. Just amazing!

This company offers very capable, friendly, and completely professional service from start to finish. Their designer and project coordinators were very knowledgeable about materials and process. They communicated with us throughout the planning and install of our kitchen backsplash. The actual install was done precisely and beautifully by two highly skilled craftsmen. The project price was very reasonable. We plan on using this company again for future remodeling projects.

We had tile installed in our kitchen. Seth was our sales person. He was such a down to earth guy that was very personable. He was thorough and explained everything in detail. He worked through all the details of getting our tile installed, trying to give us breaks if he could.
