I went to this place 3 months ago and they charged me twice. I ask for credit or a refund to estrella the manager but she said it would take time but it’s 3 months and haven’t got anything back. I keep calling but people from there always telling me estrella the manager is not there I called once they told me she works next day then I called the next day and out of no where she went on vacation. This people are thief’s they won’t give me my refund or my credit for when they charge me twice. They stole 118 from me I tried calling cricket but they only tell me I have to talk to the manager. But the manager does not care.

My boyfriend surprised me for my Birthday by getting me a new phone. I am soo happy and in love with my new phone. The Samsung GalaxyA51 is awesome!Wendy quickly transfered all of my data from my old phone to the new phone. She was very quick about it which was much appreciated. Estrella was also very great and helpful as she helped me as my notes werent transferring properly. She was able to help me get all of my notes transferred so Im very happy. Thanks again Ladies!!!

The girls at this location are amazing they help me get to know my new phone and transfer everything they had the patience to help thru all this process 100% recommend Sendi and Estrella they know what there doing.

Beware of Estrella at this location. She said that in order for me to get the deal on the phone, you have to sign up for their most expensive plan. I called Cricket corporate customer service today to see if that was in fact the case. It was not! I was also advised today that I am being charged an extra $8 a month for insurance for this phone. I did not want insurance for this phone so Im very disappointed in Estrella for all the deceit and adding extra hidden fees/services that I didnt want. This is absolutely despicable behavior.

Very disappointed that they only had 1 representative working when the store got slammed with customers. Its not her fault, poor forecasting on Crickets part. Talked my uncle into a phone & service that was not needed seeing as how he was getting ready to go to AT&T with their bundle & told Cricket this. So, now, due to the fact Cricket will not take this stuff back their phone since its a prepaid phone.. thanks Cricket... we have 2 phones for my 78 yr old uncle that never wanted a cell phone to begin with.I will never have anything to Cricket againIm so glad Im a Sprint customer

In regards to my review and the answer I am the holder of the account . And my pin was changed with out my permission after saying several times that the other person was on my account. Also I do agree with the other review where a person got a phone case and instantly broke. they did not exchange it for the person either. I myself the same thing happened to his phone case soon as you flip the peace out to set up your phone and broke. And my daughter had the same phone case and the same thing happened. The pins are there but the plastic that actually holds it in place just came off

I arrived at 4:58 looking to finish paying my bill due to a system error at another store only to find the lights on, but the door locked.I saw two large young women sitting at their stations in the back. One of them saw me and gave me a dismissive wave. With the same kind of temperment one would use to shoo away a pest or to flip someone off... Needless to say, I was livid.This is not the first time Ive had issues with this particular location. More often than not the store is locked up and outright abandoned during supposed operating times. I decided to check with the surrounding shops to see if this was normal. Sadly, this appears to be the case.Other workers at the strip mall have seen her close up shop IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY to go run errands.I suppose i should thank you, shameful rotund phone jockey. Thanks to you, i now know who not to recommend for a cellphone service provider. Now, excuse me while I switch to a carrier that WILL value my business.

Do not go to this store. I bought a phone case and it broke right after I bought it and they did not want to change it for a new one. Waste of money. They sell defective products.

I arrived 10 minutes earlier and the manager a little later let her enter and she started talking on her cell phone. I laughed ... I signaled that if she could pay she said no ... until 10:00 am. And she would wait until 10:10 ... And it still took me to attend ... wow ... Thats how customers earn with this great service ... what a pity .. and to think that they are paid for do this ... business is due to customers. the customer here and in China are the primoldial ... but I think this wins so well that they do not need it ... horrible experience and service 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
