I have an HHR. Clutch, Exhaust & diagnosed/repaired always on backup light. They did great. It cost near $2000.

I was in from out of town, brought in my vehicle as I had a loud sound and noticed a leak in my exhaust. After 15 minutes of dropping off they had it diagnosed. Unfortunately after the initial repair they discovered another failing exhaust part and even though they stated it didn’t need immediate attention, I had them replace it. Now my vehicle sounds like it should, quiet, and I’d drive the 6 hours to them again.

I needed to change the oil pan gasket,but not having the right tools,I took my car to K&M,but because I used the gasket already had,they did not guarantee for the work. My car is still dripping oil and checking underneath,I noticed that the gasket is broken. I will never use their service again!

I will forever bring my car here if I detect any issues. Theyre quick to respond and wont try to sell you on something you dont need. They treat your car as if it was their own. I give this place two thumps up!

Best repair shop around!!!I went here to get my car inspected. Steve (Manager) performed a 40 point inspection to include the entire under carriage and under the hood at no cost. ALL INSPECTIONS ARE ENTIRELY FREE!!! He also allowed me to walk with him during his inspection. That made me comfortable knowing that he was doing a good quality inspection and wasnt trying to scam me. For the things that he found that needed repairs, he cut the prices nearly in half from those that I got at 2 other mechanics locations.Steve will work on anything that has a motor. In his shop, he showed me boats, 4 wheelers, motorcycles, and also showed me pictures of dragsters and more that have been to his shop for servicing.K & M is the best place around to get your vehicle serviced!I HIGHLY recommend this location to anybody looking for servicing, tune-ups, or anything else with your vehicle (or whatever you have with a motor in it). He can do anything that you want. Just gotta ask and him and his staff will get the job done in a good quality manner and at a great price.

We heard some negative remarks but decided to try this place anyway! Glad we did. Our experience was good. Service was fairly fast and done right and guy at front counter was super nice...very friendly. Will def keep them in mind for our next auto need!

Without a doubt, this is the best repair shop experience I have ever had. Usually am not one to go out of my way and post a review but wow, the customer service here is beyond excellent and clearly well managed. Very professional, quick, more than reasonable prices and most importantly trustworthy. Dropping your car off here is easy and ridiculously friendly. Im surprised there arent any more reviews praising the outstanding service you receive at K&M. They tell you realistic timelines for your brakes, timing belt and other services you should plan on doing in the next several months. They will NEVER try to take advantage of you and they make sure to check in with you, being super informative of whats going on and making the cost clear before they get going with anything. They offer recommendations on what is worth doing (in their opinion) based on the age of the car, and what is worth skipping and not spending money on.I am beyond impressed with the excellent service and highly recommend anyone to come here. The experience is unreal for an auto shop.

From the time I call the location and talk to the person in charge, until the point that I walked through the door, I knew that the experience was going to be a positive one. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff. The price was right! Stop looking for a mechanic, you found the one right one.Just a couple days from Christmas, with very little money I was able to get my car repaired for about $150 less than other quotes. A true Christmas blessing.

Very fast not very friendly. The per hour price is competitive but the flat rate prices are on the high side. I havent had any problem with the quality and correctness of repairs.if it wasnt for the attitude of just a couple of the mechanics and the flat rate pricing that is high I would have given 5 stars.

Best shop, best rates, best service. My vehicle was repaired for $100 less than any other shop, then manager came in and he cut the price down another $100. Add to it, after the work was finished, the dollar amount was less than what he quoted me for! Very honest and dependable shop - Id recommend to anybody needing work done to call here first.

I went here to get some custom exhaust work done on my 2016 dodge charger and Mike was very helpful ! I had to get bends made and alot of welding . I told Mike exactly what I wanted done and I am VERY anal about my car . When I got my car back I was Very, very pleased how it turned out ! Mike told me he had been doing exhaust for many, many years and it shows ! He is one great fabricator !!

Had them install New shocks (5100 Bilstein ) with Coil over lift for front of truck.... They did a great job. Nice people also.

Horrible customer service from the man at the counter. Let me stand in line 20 minutes while he argued with the customers in front of me, an elderly couple who had been charged $100 more than quoted. Told them that if they wanted to dispute the charges he would just have to keep the car there for the next 4 days until the man who quoted them, his manager, came back. They asked for the managers contact information and he refused to give it to them and said he is unreachable. Charged them anyways and told them to come back for a credit rather than believing them and keeping their business. They lost 3 customers today, will not be back.

Do not take your car here! Horrible service horrible mechanics! Everytime my car is there I leave with either the same problem or a new problem. First it was supposedly the wheel barring then they said I need a tune up cause I had a mouse infestation they ate my wires.I have them do all that for them to not notice the sparks coming from under my hood which my boyfriend who doesnt know much about cars caught. My coil is cracked my spark plug wires have to be zipped tied for my car to even start! This is all still after they did the tune up! Dude at the front desk is absolutely horrible has no idea what customer service means! Again do not bring your car here!

About a year ago replaced headers, and claimed he broke plug wire pulling one off.wanted to charge me more than double for the new set! He definitely lost my future business. Then got very rude and unprofessional. Shops like these deserve to fail.

I went there once before and had great service then they hired some mexican to handle estimates and he is the worst Ive ever seen. He lies to a customer abput whats wrong with car and they he never changes my tires. I show before they close and they just lazy! No professional crew in that shop#!!! They are liars, thieves and just lazy!!!!!! THEY DONT DESERVE THE ONE STAR!#!!##
