Was greeted by Joe when I entered the front door, and called within 24 hours on the problem and solutions. My vehicle was ready at the end of the day. The total price was more than fair in that I thought I had problems with my 4WD, but in reality did not. Pro Autoworks did not charge me labor, which is beyond fair. I will continue to take my business to this establishment not only because theyre honest, but that this place is military/Veteran friendly. Thank you for the excellent experience!

This place is great! Ive had 2 oil changes, transmission fluid flush, brake fluid change and tires rotated and its been quality work, done when promised and reasonably priced. I trust these guys with both my cars maintenance.

Great mechanic. Theyre honest and quick, with very fair prices. They explain the work theyve done very clearly.No pushing unnecessary work/parts. No BS. No bad or gruff attitudes (that Ive seen), like a lot of mechanics seem to have.I havent had an issue with any of the work theyve done for me. Even though they often seem busy, theyve been great about squeezing me in when Ive needed work done.VERY highly recommended.

I have used Pro Auto on a couple of occasions for repairs beyond my knowledge. They were very quick to receive and diagnose my issue. Once they knew what was wrong they contacted me to let me know what they had discovered and discuss the repairs. They gave me up front pricing with no suprises. Once the repairs were finished the even kept the parts that were replaced to show me what the issue was. This made me very comfortable with the repairs and helped put me at ease. They are very professional and straight forward.

They are good about keeping budgets in mind, and keep you informed of whats going on. These guys have been our main mechanic for a few years. Theyve fixed everything on our Ford Escape, Mercury Mountaineer, KIA Rio, and Hyundai Tiburon. I love this place because they are very honest people. They wont sit there and create a whole list of things are broken on your car, that are actually fine. They arent seeking to take all your money. They even show us whats broken on our car, and what its supposed to look like. They have very reasonable prices and work quickly. I do recommend calling ahead to schedule an appointment. They are a very popular place.

Pro Auto has some of the best customer service I have received. They do not push for high-end, unneeded repairs and their oil changes are top quality and reasonably priced. When I go in I usually have other items Id like them to check and they do so. They also stay within their estimated repair estimate times. Lastly, it reassures me to see postal carrier vehicles from the city getting serviced there.
