Matt is a stand up knowledgeable mechanic who is honest, friendly, caring and fair. We all talk about wanting a local mechanic who we can trust in our community - Well, here he is so bring in your vehicle in and keep this guy busy. This family owned shop is clean & well organized inside and out. Matt has repaired my 2006 Chevy Tahoe 2 times (replaced all exhaust head bolts the 1st time and front suspension the 2nd time. Matt has also repaired the steering on a 2006 F150 that I use for work. All 3 of these repair visits were completed properly and on time as proposed. I will definitely be taking my vehicles here again and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you bring your vehicle here for your next service or repair ASAP.

I also knew I needed brakes. Matt was half the price my car dealer told me and $100 less than what Firestone told me!! So go see Matt and you wont be disappointed!! He will now be my mechanic for everything!

The man would not repair what I asked him to repair instead he added all kinds of other things that was wrong with the car that i did that want fixed at the time he tried to charge me $1000 for something that I took down the street and I paid $150 to get the car running again The bottom line he needs to learn the customer is always right not him very expensive in response to your question a lot of people do not have $1000 or more laying around to spend on a 20-year-old car so are we all supposed to just junk them or take them to the other shop in town where those work on it so you can get it up and running again at a reasonable cost and yes the customer is always right

I have two cars that I have taken to Matt with mechanical issues that needed to be taken care of. Each time I have gone there Matt has been very professional & has diagnosed my problems quickly. I had him do the repairs on my cars & have not had any further issues. His work is done in a timely manner & his prices are reasonable. I for one am glad that he has opened his business near me. I dont think I will be looking for a mechanic for a long time to come.

Phix Carz is the place to go for automotive repair in the lake county area. The head mechanic, Matt, is very professional, honest, and passionate about his work. He cares about the well being of his customers and will go the extra mile to meet their satisfaction. An example of that is when Matt worked on my 2008 Volkswagen Jetta. The car was misfiring and losing power. Matt diagnosed the car quickly and determined that one of the ignition coils was bad. He replaced the coil and spark plugs but the problem came back a few weeks later. Matt then replaced all of the coils which fixed the problem! Very satisfied with his workmanship and would do business with again.
