Awesome customer service and prices. Jim L. at the Round Lake Beach store was very perfessional and knowledgeable. Told him what I was looking for and found me the best deal along with additional rebates.Delivery dates are also the shortest compared to other larger appliance stores. They have multiple stores and for a first time customer, I would highly recommend/suggest to give them a try.

The manager, David, helped us with our washing machine selection. He was knowledgeable on several manufacturers and their different models. Prices were fair and in line. They offer delivery, set up of new, and removal of old for a small fee. Unfortunately, the delivery and set up was supposed to occur earlier this week, but I am still waiting to hear when they will receive the shipment...Updated to say that this was not a good experience thus far. The store manager never returned any of my phone calls, and then the delivery company arrived at my house on a Saturday when I wasnt home. Hoping to receive my washer soon...

We have shopped Grand Appliances at different locations since we were married 45 years ago. They have friendly knowledgeable sales people that let the customers shop. David, our sales person today was great. Its this kind of service that keeps us coming back. And the deals are great!

Yesterday my fridge decided to break down. I went into Grand praying I could find something that I liked and was available. With covid everything is out of stock! But Grand was able to help me narrow down the right choice for me and my family... and it was available for delivery in less than a week!!!! All the employees were amazing! Our refrigerator died so we went to Grand Appliance in Round Lake Beach. We saw Bruce Shear. He worked real hard to find us a unit that would fit in our kitchen. He also found a unit that was in stock. Because we have no working refrigerator he told us he would ask for expedited delivery. He made a bad situation a good experience. We have purchased appliances from Grand Appliance before. Each time we have been treated like valued costumers. We are praying that we will receive the new unit sooner than the original delivery date. We are living out of coolers for now. This is a wonderful place to shop for appliances. Thanks Bruce.

We originally purchased a new, frost free 15.5 cu.Ft upright Frigidaire freezer, and immediately started having frosting problems. After 6 service calls and 2 new doors (both of which came damaged) in 6 1/2 months, Im sure you can understand my dismay.I was told nothing could be done except to keep sending out new replacement doors.Then the new manager at Grand Appliance in Round Lake, IL - Dave Smith - investigated, sent out emails to the appropriate people. After some searching online, we visited Grand Appliance in Round Lake Beach, IL and within 10 minutes of walking in, we were on our way out with a new refrigerator at a great price and excellent advice and help from our salesman.

Bought a grill. Never even considered going to Grand Appliance. The Sales Associate was so very knowledgeable! We really appreciated going into a beautiful store and having David Smith explain everything about Napoleon Grills. So glad we went and will be going back again!

I was on the hunt for a new refrigerator, and found one that I wanted. It was already discounted because of a dent, which you really can’t even see. So I headed to round beach and spoke with David about it. I ended up buying the refrigerator and a new range, and he shared candid and industry specific information that helped me make my decisions.

David in Round Lake did a great job helping me when I needed a fridge right away. Delivery in 2 days when other places told me 2 weeks. I will definitely use this store again!

Install technicians were the worst Ive ever had. Upon install, they managed to damage virtually every wall and doorframe they encountered, and bang the dryer up so bad that the service tech indicated the failure after only 8 loads was due to mishandling. The service tech was also delayed by 3 weeks due to ??? so we had to wait. They will not replace this with a new unit due to policies.Now they are indicating the part to repair the broken brand-new dryer will be backordered 3 weeks, and we will be out a machine for nearly 6 weeks.100% customer satisfaction guarantee is a blatant lie.Edit: Forgot to mention the tech did not level the dryer or seal the gas line at all.

We arrived today with the purpose of purchasing several appliances. When we entered, the employee was standing close to the door speaking with another couple. Perhaps that’s why he didn’t acknowledge my family. We proceeded to make the rounds and select the appliances we were purchasing. That took at least 30 minutes. We stood around another 5 minutes listening to the employee make idle chit chat with the other couple. Our presence still had not been acknowledged . It was clear they did not want our money. My son informed us that the models we wanted were available at Home Depot for the same prices. So, we took our money to Home Depot.

We had the pleasure of working with David at the Round Lake location. We went in to buy a dishwasher he was very knowledgeable with the products and helped us make an informed decision on which model to buy.

I tried 3 other Grand Appliance and called their 888 number and got no response to my messages. As a last ditch effort I called the Round Lake store and got David. He was helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. His knowledge saved Grand from losing a client to a competitor. I had given up hope on buying a grill from them until David helped me.

We stopped in to grand appliance to check prices on refrigerators. The store was clean and neat, and John, the salesman/manager, was extremely friendly and well knowledged on his products. We left today with a refrigerator, but we will be back for more.

Absolutely the worst!! Waited weeks for a stove. Screwed up the delivery twice. Have a second chance 3 mo later. Trying to verify my dishwasher is coming today spoke to a guy said it is scheduled for delivery but it did not get scanned. Put me on hold to get disconnected. Literally tried calling back four times no answer. I will have to physically go there. If the dishwasher is not here today I’m canceling.

Had a very good experience with Grand Appliances as in the past. Went in to order new appliances for my kitchen had excellent services and recommendations. Since I wasn’t in a hurry the salesman suggested I wait until November for the Black Friday sales and rebates which saved me several hundred dollars. I’ve akways been happy with Grand Appliance and remember shopping at their one and only store in Grand Ave way back when. Guess that’s why they’ve grown!

When your refrigerator dies, you might start to stress and even feel lost; I know because that was me. My freezer was defrosting all the food was thawing, my fridge was just cooling and I had to eat, cook, and toss out food quickly. I went to several stores, but no one saw my sense of urgency like David Smith at Grand Appliance. He understood my needs, showed me EVERYTHING in the store. and was very patient. He helped me compare the different needs and wants in a new major appliance. David was personable, caring, and helped use humor to relax my worries. Im excited to have a beautiful working refrigerator! I was told once, Kitchens sell homes, thats my plan with this new appliance. Nice while in store but try reaching them after. Have been told their phone system is now working after 2 weeks. Time will tell as it appears I will be talking with them frequently. They can only sell what the manufacturers offer but it gets frustrating when they cannot be accessed for assistance. I purchased locally and paid a little more for what I had hoped would be higher service standards. Having to get in my car and drive to the store to speak with someone does not fall into that category. Glad the phones are now working, hopefully they remain so. Its now month later and no the phone system quote on quote is still not working a really terrible company to deal with

I really liked manager & his help when purchasing refrigerator & dishwasher. Unfortunately, they were supposed to be delivered yesterday and were NOT delivered. I heard nothing from Grand Appliance. After multiple calls, I finally got a live person to talk to (after leaving voice message too). The refrigerator is not in stock now & I don’t know when it will be delivered. I would have appreciated a call letting me know this before planned delivery date. I hope they follow up soon.

Havent been to Grand Appliance for 25 years but they opened a location close to me and have, or can order, the same appliances as the box stores. The floor selection was limited - maybe because of Covid19? - but I knew which washing machine I was looking for so that wasnt a big deal. Sales Associate (Dave) was friendly and personable and I appreciated the small business feel. Im sure I wont wait another 25 years before going back.

I am very pleased with the whole process from selecting the stove I wanted to having all my questions answered and the credit approval. Delivery was less than a week. The website was spot on for me for tracking exact time and was called 15 min before they arrived. The removal & install was perfect. They even gave me extra time to clean under & around. Great experience!

Grand Appliances bent over backwards to help us get a Refrigerator right way. Jim our salesman was incredible knowledgeable and accommodating.

Had a refrigerator delivered today. I was extremely disappointed that neither man wore a mask! Everyone in our home wore a mask to protect the delivery men but they did not show enough consideration to do the same for us. I did not complain since they did not want to install the refrigerator even though I paid for the service and was afraid they would leave. Also, they said they would be at my house in a half hour so I let the dogs out. It was an hour when they showed up and was afraid the dogs were getting overheated. The salespeople and delivery time were fine but the delivery men ruined the whole experience.
