Wow!!! I just had a yard sign made by Tim (one of their custom printing specialists). Yesterday I leave the store with a small piece of paper of what I wanted the sign to say and today I get a call to come pick pick it up and WOW! I wasn’t ready for my sign to look so great.Amazing service!Great follow up. Great quality. Great customer service!!!!
Great staff. I ordered a desk and hutch online for curbside pickup, and it was ready within 15 minutes of me placing my order. When I arrived for pickup, the items were brought out and loaded into my car within minutes! I also went inside to buy an office chair. I found one I liked, but it was not in stock in the store. The associate was able to order the chair for me and price match the in-store pricing (chair was 50% in-store but not online). Chair arrived very quickly - ordered in-store on Sunday afternoon and arrived Tuesday morning. The store itself looks a little dated, but good selection of items.
Yes, this location is closing, Nov. 14, 2020 is the last day. I agree with the previous post, they apparently raised their prices so that the discount is not as great as you would hope.However, I am purchasing items for Charity and Ben (the manager) is willing to work with me (I believe).

Location is closing down in 1-2 weeks (probably by end of October). There are markdowns on all the shelves, BUT the prices are high so when you take out the markdown, you end up with regular MSRP. Beware and know the price of what you are buying.
I believed I worked with Matt in the Printing department and he did a FANTASTIC job getting our prints setup for a memorial service last minute. The prints turned out exactly how we wanted them to!
Havent been there in a few years the redesign is nice. However wish the signs were easier to read. Decent prices and friendly staff. Dont buy a monster there though it cost me 4 dollars. Great for quick office needs or office furniture. Online is alway the best place for pc parts though. (they also do same day smart phone repairs)
Tim in the print center is amazing! He was a huge help with my project and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable! Will definitely go back in the future.

After going to the store on February 8th to buy a roll of scotch tape I asked ERIC where I might find that product. He never greeted me or responded to my request but did walk me to the aisle and pointed....I found a roll of tape that I thought might fit so I bought it. I returned to the store this past Tuesday, the 14th, to exchange the roll of tape as it didnt fit my dispenser. When I entered I asked the man behind the counter, MATT, where I might find the kind of tape I was now looking for. He said he didnt know...kinda stood there and looked at me and I said, So you have no idea where it might be?. He looked at a young man standing on the front of the cash wrap who just happened to be ERIC that had been working a few days prior and asked HIM to show me to the tape. ERIC, never looking at me, greeting me or saying ONE WORD to me walked back to the same aisle as before and just stood there. I said, this is where I got the other tape but it is the wrong kind as it needs a dispenser. He shrugged his shoulders, still never saying a word and stood looking at the piece of paper in his hand. I said, So you cant tell me where to find this tape? His reply was ZERO! NOTHING! NADA! I returned to the cash wrap to see MATT (his name tag says he is the store manager!!) and told him I would like a refund as no one in the store seemed to want to help me. MATT NEVER SAID ONE WORD but rang up my refund and turned around and walked away. Needless to say, Staples or anywhere else will now get my business and I would not waste another try in this store. Dont waste your time. It is obvious that these two guys have NO concern about customer service, doing their job or answering questions. They appear to be there to draw a paycheck and that is all. Ill never shop there again and I go to that Home Depot at least once a week!
I had a terrible day and these guys made it BETTER!! I had an emergency end needed to print some things. Matt and Kejuan were SO HELPFUL and fast! I cant tell you what a difference they made in my day! Thank you guys!!

I was having extreme difficulty printing a photo page on glossy paper. The man at the printing area gave me quick and efficient help and printed my document.

Terrible customer service and very poor communication at the print shop. Called multiple times regarding the status of my order, only to be told it being worked on. When I arrived at the store 24 hours later, they hadn’t even started my order!

I ordered online to go pickup a calculator and they said they didn’t have it so they couldn’t give it to me. They took the money from my card and when I called they told me to call customer service and customer service said they never charged my card and they couldn’t give me a refund because they didn’t take the money. I am tired of jumping through hoops calling different people because no one knows what they’re talking about and just sends me somewhere else. They took my money, didn’t give me any product, and won’t give me my money back. Never ever shopping here again. I needed my calculator two days ago and I have to sit around and wait and hassle people to get my money for a product I never received.

Print service poorly managed. Were way backed up more than 24 hours on one order, completely lost another order (I have confirmation email), got a third order ready about hours after the original estimate. They have many employees who have no clue about printing - cant they train more people? This is not rocket science its printing.
