After 20 years living in this town and a wife I love very much I often find myself shopping at different jewelers around town. Just popped through to get a watch battery and was pleasantly surprised to see the great selection of jewelry they have! With appraisals available and Effy brand gorgeous halo rings, I have no need to shop anywhere else for semi-precious stone and diamond jewelry!!

I highly recommend Antwerp Diamonds! I called the Roswell store and received courteous reply to my appraisal request. Brian was helpful by letting me come in shortly after I called. My appraisal was finished the same day in a short time! They take pictures of the item and examine it. Then it was returned to me and the appraisal was done with no need for appraiser to keep my item or send it out!

OMG, I have so many good things to say about Antwerp Diamonds, but I dont have enough space!!! I will start by saying that we have been doing business with Antwerp Diamonds for several years. Brian, whom manages the Roswell Store has always gone above and beyond to help us out when we needed jewelry loans. The interest rate is so much lower than pawn shops and other jewelry loan stores. I have purchased several pieces of jewelry at this store and always paid ridiculously less than I have at Department Stores and Mall Jewelry stores! I LOVE everything I ever bought there (several diamonds rings, & earrings), which were still even better deals than there already low prices, less as they were on sale! Evert piece has been appraised at 2 -3 times more than what I paid for it at Antwerp. Everything is in perfect like new condition, top quality stones and just gorgeous! Also, they charge half of what other stores charge to repair jewelry and replace batteries! I NEVER shop for jewelry anywhere else! Oh and I forgot to mention that they sale Sterling Silver jewelry too, which I buy all the time (amazing low prices). ANTWERP diamonds is my go to place for fine jewelry, sterling silver AND loans! (and you can get more than one loan at a time) LOVE YOU GUYS!

I have shopped here a few times and received reasonable prices. The staff has been friendly every time I’m there and have entertained my love of jewelry. I recently got engaged, but the ring was a solitaire and I need something more sturdy for my lifestyle. I want to wear it for the rest of my life with few to no issues. I asked Antwerp to create me a setting that would meet my needs, told them what I wanted and received this beautiful masterpiece that I will be thrilled to wear for the rest of my life!

I take my Tag-Heuer watches to Antwerp Diamonds on Holcomb Bridge for batteries. They put them in while I wait and have very reasonable pricing. While I wait I am incredibly impressed with their inventory and pricing. Great place to look for fine and estate jewelry and they do watch and jewelry repair. Got there minutes after closing and they still replaced my battery. Who does that any more? Impressive.

I have know Brian for a long time and I can say without a doubt this is the best place to go for fine jewelry at great prices. He is nothing like the usual jewelry store because unlike them he truly cares about you. He knows his stuff and will not sell you a bad diamond. You only get quality here. If he doesnt have what you are looking for he will do his all to find it or help you create it. I have gotten my wedding set as well as a matching pair of earrings from him and will go no where else. Brian at Antwerp Diamonds of Roswell helped me by giving me an appraisal on a ring a while back. We weren’t in a Pandemic at the time, but I am several hours from him and he was able to do everything via mail which was greatly appreciated. His appraisal and offer was higher than anyone I had dealt with locally and it was a much easier process despite the distance. I chose to visit them based on their already stellar reviews, however I will continue to do business with Antwerp Diamonds because of their customer service. Brian gave us great value on some of our scrap gold and silver. He then upped the ante even further, by selling and sourcing a couple of high quality gold pieces that we bought at great prices. DO NOT believe it when they say watch repair!!! I dealt with Blake himself. Brought my Movado in to get some pins put back into place and I ended up with hammer marks on my bracelet!!! He then tells me that he doesnt really work on watches, he is more of a jewelry expert (then why did he work on my watch?!?!?!) Then he tried to tell me they would buff out so I gave him a chance to redeem himself. That did not work... Then he tried to give me a lame excuse that they tried the best they could, however, to make up for it, he wanted to exchange my beautiful Esperanza watch with pearl face and diamonds for a silver and gold bracelet, black faced mens Movado! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
