I probably asked 25 questions or more about the four Cs of a diamond (which I still cant remember as I write this). Each time I visited they were patient and friendly...and remembered who I was. The most important thing that stood out to me was that there was zero pressure. They werent constantly probing me to buy bigger. Im not the type of person that like going into jewelry stores, but since my anniversary was coming up I decided I wanted to get my wife a nice pair of earrings. I got my diamonds online for a great deal and needed to get them set in a setting. I had the type of setting in mind that I wanted but when I went to shanco and jared I got we cant do that, we have to charge extra since you didnt get the diamonds from us. At meridians all I got was yes we can do that. I pick out the perfect setting and when I wanted to customize a part on the earring I wasnt charged a ridiculous price. All in all I got exactly what I was looking for without going over my budget.

They cleaned my ring and fixed my watch. Awesome customer service.
