Always a great place to browse for all the things other stores dont have. Its well organized and friendly staff to help you find whatever you need.

Super cool store, huge with FR clothes to womens wrangler clothes. Has a secrion for kids clothes. Has toys for sale too and a big section with hardware house supplies and farming. Has a clearance section of clothes in back. Kind of pricey but thats everywhere. They sell western boots for work and casual wear. Have sandals for kids and women. Will definitely go back.

Very nice store, clean, bright and well stocked. If you need something for the farm or ranch, they probably have it.

First time in store and I couldnt find what I needed couldnt find any workers but I ran into one of the assistant Lauren and she was very helpful she took me right to what I needed was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back soon.

Again horrible customer service felt like I was being spied on by employees rather than helped by. Target is the only other place I feel this way about there so called customer service. Im not one to be paranoid so its true. Be, theres like 40 employees in a area were 18 redshirts, ! Wood still be excessive.

I went in to check out this store since it was new in town and a friend told me about it. I wandered around just to see what all was in there and then headed over to the clothing section because the friend told me about some shoes she liked there. I couldnt find any employees over in that section to help me find what I was looking for and any employees in the other sections appeared to be busy. I finally just left.

Great experience every time. I always get greeted when I walk in and I love how cheap the ammo is especially during these hard times of ammo shortage. Anywhere else I go I get charged nearly 3x the amount for ammo its ridiculous but I go here about 3 times a week to buy ammo because its the cheapest in town.

I had tried to get a handgun last week. I was waiting for the background check. I called today and the lady told me im clear and they dont close until 8.So i got there at 720 to be told i would need to come back the next day they are closed. Not to mention i had just seen a lady talking with a guy about amno. The other lady came and even asked if i was Faith. I guess she is the one i spoke to over the phone. I told her if that was the case she should had told me to get there by 630 or something.Very unprofessional and really rude.I had to stop working believing i would be there on time when if they would have told me that when i called i would have been there earlier or would not had of made a blank trip tonight. They were supposed to call me when it cleared. Something told me to just call then all this. I will not be going there anymore after this. Terrible customer service. I will see how it goes in the morning

Customer service was extremely poor. While trying to explain to the associate what we were looking for, he was belligerent. Too bad that courtesy is no longer taught to those in public service.

I love this store friendly employees makes for a pleasant shopping experience whether its tools, clothes guns or for family farm this place has it covered.

Friendly service. Wide selection. Great Prices. This is what Roswell has been needing for the south side of town. If you havent checked out Big Rs yet you are missing out. For me I especially like the firearms and sporting goods side of the store. Guaranteed to be your one stop shop.

Shannon over at the gun counter was absolutely fantastic! She worked super fast and was so friendly! She was helping 3 customers at the same time. She was working by herself but still had a great attitude the whole time!

Beautiful store! We needed something on the south. Very friendly everyone I loved how the store is so organized. One manager was very rude though, she did not even try to hep.

Not quite the best yet (they still need to get fully stocked and staffed) but as a new rural supplies store its nice to have an alternate to Tractor Supply. Ive always shopped Big R where Ive lived (Pueblo, C. Springs, CO) so Ill continue to here in Roswell as they continue to add quality retailers/restaurants

I didnt know about this store untill a family member taken me to it and now I go to it all the time for all my needs that I have from my clothing to my yard

Next time they should tell u when u buy something that u can’t return it even if u have ur receipt hasn’t been open and was taken back the next day they told me we couldn’t return it. Will not be going back there that’s for sure.... ur lucky u even got 1 star

The gm from Colorado is a lier. I bugged and bugged for a job checked online and even though they where still hiring ye tope me they where not. I went in the next day and spoke with a woman manager and she said they had 2 positions open. You should be ashamed and also realise you won t last in Roswell nm not at all.

Walked in 10min before closing was greeted with a We are closed in a really rude tone by a gentleman really unprofessional lost my business before I even started looking.
