I had stopped vaping about 3 years ago, largely due to my job at them time not paying enough to keep up with juice and such. My current job does, so I decided to get back into it.A friend and coworker recommended Big Bang and I see why. I went and told them about my past experience with vapes, and what mod I had before selling it. I said I wanted something similar to it, and they delivered. They showed me 3 of the closest matches to my past setup, which ones where what wattage, any pros/cons each had, then recommended tanks for them with just as much information. Walked out with a great new setup.I expect to be visiting Big Bang many more times. Great service, great help, and the price was actually a fair bit lower than I expected to spend.

The guy was not knowledgeable on the products I was interested in. Prices were high and I kept telling the guy I didn’t want disposable but ended up purchasing a disposable cart thinking it was a cart for my pack. I wasn’t given a receipt either.

Friendly employees, great juice selection, and great setup. Love this place and will always come back!

Ive been a customer for a while now and I have to say - didnt have a bad experience ever, not even once. On the contrary - the staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. I shop with them for all my vaping needs and happy to support such a wonderful and promising local business.

Great shop. Knowledgeable employ helped me get exactly what I was looking for, didnt try to upsell me, and gave me a great recommendation on a flavor (that saved me money! it was half off). Was just thinking about how good that experience was and how well it worked out and felt compelled to come give a review. Ive been looking to ditch cigarettes (again) but didnt want a repeat of my previous attempts with vaping -- i.e. a giant graveyard of broken and worn out parts and batteries and all that. They helped me find a great little, refillable pen that has just made all the difference.

Ive been going here for the past year or so, its definitely the best vape shop around. Great selection of juices, super nice people that are always very helpful. Cant recommend this place enough.

Ive been to a million vape shops but if it werent for the fact that Chandler spent 20 minutes helping me solve the problem I had Im not sure Id still be vaping anymore This man literally gave me faith in the industry and got me set up and was super nice helpful and talkative the entire time I will come here 10 times out of 10 just to see him again

Worst vape shop in Roswell. I’ve bought 2 products from this store and BOTH didn’t work properly, nor do they do exchanges or returns. The customer service is terrible. The selection and product variety isn’t great. There weren’t many options to chose from. I’ve had much better experiences at other shops that are close near by.

I love this store Ryan is the BEST!!!!! He’s so helpful an patient an always has a smile on his face when helping me an other customers! Sometimes it takes me forever to make up my mind but he’s always so patient never rushing me! These guys deserve 5 stars for sure!!! Ive been vaping many years and Ive stopped by many many vape shops. Most are either super impersonal big chain shops that are there for one thing: the money... and then you have the B&M stores that are more personal but lack variety. Just trust me, the struggle to find a GOOD vape shop is real!!I stopped by BBV a few weeks ago on my way home from work and again today. The staff was super friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgable, and they had all the patience in the world for this extremely picky vaper. 😂The shop itself is really nice, they have a wide variety of products, and their staff is top notch! Its one of only two REALLY REALLY good vape shops Ive been to.

My all time favorite vape shop, not only do they have a good selection of mods (starter kits) but they usually have almost any replacement part that Ive needed and their brand of juice (Big Bang Bomb Sauce) is my favorite line of flavors that Ive encountered. Alien Piss (Blue Raspberry & Lemonade) and AK47 are my 2 favorite flavors.

Staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Juice selection was staggering, I ended up getting a bottle of Shanna and it tastes amazing. Ive been looking for a shop close to either my work or my house because Id rather support local businesses than shop online. Ive definitely found my spot from here on out.
