Hello, My son Googled and located this Dealership that offered a 2013 Cadillac SRX SUV that he was looking to purchase. When we arrived we had a general conversation with owner. His approach was straight forward and so was ours.The experience was a good one. He’s knowledgeable & I suggest prospective buyers do your homework as well. He stated he stands behind his products;however,the customer has to maintain the vehicle as well. My son is happy with his vehicle. Will keep you all updated with future information. God Bless!

By far the worst dealership I have ever step foot into! Before driving 2 hours from Greenville SC we called and asked about the car and were told it was in perfect condition. Over the phone he did not explain that masks were mandatory and he lost it on us when we walked in without a mask. I don’t have a problem with wearing a mask, I was just unprepared for having to wear one so I had to dig in my car for one. The car was far from perfect condition, scratches everywhere curb rash on every wheel. Once inside the car the dash was cracked in multiple spots. The car drove terribly as it made a sound when turning that seemed to be a power steering issue. After the test drive we explained we didn’t want to buy this car with all these problems and he replied that we should go buy a new car. If I could rate this dealership at 0 stars I would, look at these reviews before you come to this dealership. Trust me you don’t want to make the same mistake I did.

I purchased a Lexus ES 350 last month from here. I called over the phone about the Lexus ES 300 but when I got there I ended up wanting the ES 350. When I got there I was greeted by the owner wife and she was very professional, kind and welcoming. She made me comfortable and got me started until her husband was finished with another customer. When it was my turn the owner was very straightforward, very knowledgeable about cars, He was very professional and he gave it to me straight and honest, He made sure that I understood everything, he took his time to make sure I was satisfied and he really do make sure that he takes care of all his customers. Thank You for blessing me with my car, I’m very thankful to find this place and I will be back to purchase from here again.

Worst experience Ive had at a place of business on several years. No one was working except someone who I presume is the owner. He was instantly ride and grumpy and unprofessional. Within minutes, he was hurling obscenities at me, including suggesting that I go to f@#king Walmart and buy a bicycle rather than inquire about buying a vehicle from him with zero money down. How is this guy even in business? If you like being mistreated by grumpy curmudgeon, rather than treated with basic respect and customer service, this is your place! Otherwise, stay away!!

I would like to share my overall experience with AGN Auto Gallery especially after reading some of the negative reviews. Upon arriving at the car dealership I was immediately greeted by Dr.Andrews wife. Not only was she polite but very informative about every car I inquired about. She gave me a sheet that listed all the prices of the cars as she toured with me. Once we agreed on the car I liked she then directed me to Dr. Andrew who is over financing. Dr.Andrew was not only fair but a straight shooter. Dr.Andrew was beyond knowledgeable no games just wanted to make sure I got exactly what I came for a great car.

WORSE DEALERSHIP EVER!!Dr. Know it all was extremely rude and unprofessional! He didnt answer the phone after serval attempts to call and verify information on a car we was interested in. We were coming from Columbia SC and decided to stop by despite no answer or call back since we were in town looking for a car. He took 10 mins to greet us rudely cursing and drinking alcohol. He talked more about his personal situation then the actual car. When we asked questions about the car he sarcastically answered. After dealing with his condescending attitude we decided to leave. He followed us to our car yelling at us. Ive never had anyone professional car sells man be so disinterested in selling a car. I feel he was upset at the fact that we wanted to pay cash. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to the devil. Please dont waste your time or money on someone like this.

The owner (probably ANDREW G NALECZ PH.D.) has zero customer service skills. He would not let my son test drive the car my son was was interested in. The owner started arguing with me saying that my son was not serious. Funny, my 21 year oldson has a credit score that is over 790, and he received a pre-approved loan from his bank without a co-signer.My son was upset and left without buying the vehicle.I only gave a rating of one because there was no lower option.Buyer beware! Purchase at your own risk.

Purchased a BMW 328i convertible...I’ve been looking for this vehicle for a while. I spoke with Andrew over the phone on a Thursday he was very straight forward and very detailed in describing the vehicle. We set an appointment for Saturday I drove it, liked it and we closed the deal!! Everything he described about the car was spot on. There was an issue with the radio Amplifier and he made sure it was repaired before delivery..I will be purchasing again from Andrew. I highly recommend AGN!

I showed up 2 hours before they close to look at the white 128i convertible they had there. I called and they said wait 10mins and so I did and proceeded to wait 20mins just for them to show up. The car itself hadnt been driving for at least 2 months and I found a cigarette bud in the back seat. Her wife was understanding and Profesional, but for Andrew he was very unprofessional and rood. He wouldnt allow of an inspection and acted as if it was pushing things to have the used car be started up. I could imeatitaly hear the imfamous n54 waste gate rattle. I also noticed each wheel had a differnt tire on it which Andrew deemed normal for a used car and to expect nothing more from it. I ended up walking off after he began furiously and aggressively stating he worked for a parts department and the car had no issue and I was a waste of his time to be near. In conclusion I suggest avoiding this used car lot and if anyone can, please report.

I found a vehicle that was perfect for me at Agn Auto Gallery about a year and a half ago and it has be running great with no problems what so ever. Dealer had a wide variety of cars to select from with affordable pricing.I recommend for any person looking to buy a new car.

Since he has also maintained contact for follow up.. My vehicle is in good condition and has not shown any problems.. Only thing that I wish of this dealership is that the payment method is updated so that we are able to pay online some kind of way.. To avoid arranging direct deposit or delivering a money order every month.. Online payment method would serve more of a convenience to customers ..

Terrible customer service would not let me drive the vehicle because i was not ready to buy then and had my own financing instead of their inflated buy here pay here rip off. This place is a trip. Andrew is an interesting dude. Said several times car dealership was his hobby & it showed. Car I came to look at wouldn’t start & when it did the car’s options wouldn’t work (battery probably needs replacing or alternator shot). He wasn’t particularly prepared to show cars either (didn’t know prices or years/conditions). Lots of decent cars to choose from, fairly priced. They were nice enough people, just be prepared for a unique experience.

I had a wonderful experience. I bought a 7 series BMW from this dealership and the owner (Dr. Andrew Nalecz) was very informative. He provided me with excellent preventative maintenance details and hes only a phone call or email away. We purchased a Mercedes ML350 from AGN in October 2014. Andrew professionally answered all my questions over the phone and took his time explaining every single question with great knowledge and his own personal experience as an automotive engineer. AGN is not like any other dealer with a salesperson trying every single way to sell you their vehicle, including lying, just so they can make commission off of you. Andrew (the owner) doesnt play games, so if youre not serious about purchasing a vehicle, and if you cant afford what youre shopping for then you can forget it. If you truly are interested in a vehicle, you will be amazed with AGNs great quality and pristine vehicles. I read these other negative reviews and it made me laugh seeing people giving bad reviews just because Andrew likes to explain who he is... After searching for a nice quality car for a while, I was sick and tired of dealing with salespeople thirsty for my money. It was finally nice to walk into a dealership and deal with someone so professional and knowledgeable about his lot. On top of that, Andrew also hooked us up with his mechanics number and made us extremely happy with our purchase on the way out. Prior to first visiting this lot my mother had a conversation with him on the phone in which he came off as very rude. me and her did read most of these reviews but decided to see what it was all about and in all honesty we didnt even get a chance to interact with anyone simply because after visiting this lot 3 times in row out of all times never seen a salesman come out and greet us at all and me and my mother already took that as a bad sign right off the rip so we have finally given up on this car lot.

I got a Nissan Sentra 2012.The owner checked it before handing it to me. Also recommended me places to get my oil change. He may come off as rude but he talks business and ends up telling you what you need to hear. I love my car and I would recommend for people to go to his car lot and check it out. All in all great experience on my car purchase in late January. Moved here from Nashville and it was good to only have to deal with one person vs a bunch of guys trying to seel you!!! Price of my car was fair and the car is in great shape. Any issue that ive had was addressed quickly by the owner. I would recommend you give AGN a try on your next purchase!!!

He definitely boasts about his home in Monte Carlo, his MIT degree, his award-winning $1000/hr consultation fees, and his car selling hobby. If youre really wealthy and this is your hobby, and you dont really sell cars because you prefer to run everybody off, then what is actually going on with this business?

I just bought the most beautiful, certified pre-owned Mercedes e350. My credit is challenged, but the owner and his wife took great care in listening to my situation helping me find a car that I would be proud to drive that I could afford and would be safe. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for quality preowned luxury vehicle. Make sure you have a realistic down payment, he requires a significant commitment from his customers, but the quality you will receive is exceptional compared to other dealers with similar brand comparison. My car is beautiful and I am so happy... but the best part is because its under warranty (legitimately, through Mercedes) I know I wont be facing costly repairs any time soon (5 years). Well never buy another car from this lot. The owner is rude and disrespect. I wish I would have read the reviews before my girl friend and I purchasing our vehicle. We came in to paid the car off a year early he was equally as rude. Never again, everybody stay away... trust me. OK, to be fair lets talk about the car. The clutch had to be replaced, about 6 month after we got the car but other then that the car was and still is a great car. If you can see past the owners personally i would recommend buying a car....Now AGN auto gallery this is a fair review.

Andrew is a jerk, a really obnoxiously rude scary jerk. Stay away from this dealer, especially if you are a woman. When I entered the bank, he was in his office on the other side of the building. I waited, but he didnt come out, so I walked up to the office door to introduce myself. First he acts like Ive totally annoyed him when I asked to see a car. He asked when was I ready to buy it, when I responded within a few days, he told me not to waste his time. When I responded that I hadnt even seen or drove it yet, hes told me in a barrage of nasty tone and attitude not to argue with him or wouldnt sell me the car even if I wanted it. I am woman alone in an office with a maniac, and it was scary! I walked out.

I walked into the dealership, asked him to take a Look at one of the cars (not to test drive it) and the first thing he said was “are u sure u can afford to buy this car? Who ever the sales rep is with Gray hair and glasses and an accent is the rudest most unpleasant person Ive ever meet. OMG- I so wish I had read these reviews before driving all the way there just to be insulted. He was rude, to me (mom) and my daughter (currently finishing up her undergrad work) so we are both fairly intelligent women - and he totally talked down to us and when I tried to cut to the chase told me he wouldnt sell us a car. Seriously? He repeatedly told us about his pedigree, the fee he could charge for speaking engagements, his millions etc and showed us some article that was written about him (but wouldnt let me actually touch it - his only copy). I dont speak German, but I do know an A$$ when I meet one. Throw him and Amy in a room, sell tickets. I would never recommend this place, stay as far away from this guy as possible.

Purchasing a car can be stressful, unless you buy it from AGN. This was the best experience I ever had buying a car, therefore, in the future I will buy all my cars from AGN Auto Gallery.

I was very pleased throughout the entire experience of purchasing a car thru AGN Auto Gallery with help from Dr. Nalecz and staff. The quality of their inventory, catalog of sales, and the extent of involvement from Dr. Nalecz gave me relief in knowing I was in the right hands. I am ecstatic about my purchase and feel that I can relax in knowing I received customer service of such a high caliber. Certainly the few good reviews were written by Andrew himself, or he is a real Jekyll and Hyde! Also the testimonials on his site needs a little variety to be believable testimonials from real customers. I was a serious buyer and visited AGN to purchase a specific advertised car. As soon as my friend, and I walked in Andrew greeted us with Dont argue with me or I won t sell you a car then added some people did and I called the police and they went to jail ..Dr know it all didnt let me drive the car, because I did not have my registration and insurance paper. My friend had driven me, I assumed I would be driving back in my new car.(ins.and reg. In my car)Then with audacity he told me I will treat you same as a black man What is that suppose to mean? I am a 67 years old caucasian woman... I need to be handled with care! It is my belief Dr Andrew might not handle black men respectfully either.He refused to take a check for deposit, had to go to atm. Then he did not have a carfax for the car, and said carfax is not reliable, he stated his little $4,000 gizmo was better to detect accidents. In addition he said my $800 deposit was non refundable even if carfax was not acceptable after I would have the chance to order/review it. He blatantly LIED by stating the car was from florida, when indeed it came from a fleet based in Ca, and later on spent 8 years in New Jersey . Check the map Dr know it all, not the same.. in the snow, and sleet up north NJ/ Sunny Fl... Then to top it all, he said he might retire because he cant handle stupid people anymore....I have never experienced such disrespect, and been treated like I wad an enemy under attack, he was so intimidating he actually frightened me! All I wanted to do is give him my monies for the car he had for sale.Unreal! Never experienced anything like him in my long life.Btw did not bought the car. I would not buy from AGN Auto Gallery if they had the last car for sale/best bargain on earth.Very dissatisfied shopper

I recently bought a 2009 Mercedes E350 from the AGN Auto Gallery through the Internet. I love it very much. The car is excellent condition, no damage, look new to me as it was shown on the website. Dr. Nalecz, the owner from the AGN Auto Gallery is very honest and helpful. This is my first time purchasing car through the Internet. Dr. Nalecz sent me the pictures of the car. He also explained to me what good about this car and made me impressed about it. He helped me to get the loan for the car and arrange the shipping. It is excellent customer service of this dealer. I received my car from Atlanta to Statesboro within 48 hours from the day I obtained car loan. I really like this car. It looks new and is in good condition. I just cant believe that I bought a good car from the internet and I am even luckier that I bought my car through a good dealer. I think I would only be able to trust AGN Auto Gallery enough to be able to buy a car online. Thank you Dr. Nalecz for your honest and good customer services.

Where do I begin? The owner who apparently has a PHD and likes to flaunt this fact, was just flat out rude. We went to look specifically at a dk blue C280 4Matic we saw they had listed on their site. I didnt think to look at reviews on the place, they had what I wanted, so we stopped by. Im ready to buy - and pay cash.It was just as big a mistake as I guess is everyones experience. We pulled up, got out, there was this man wandering around smoking (the owner), never greeted us, and made us feel uneasy as he watched us from aside. We started looking at the car we came to see. Being a 2008, it wasnt without its flaws, but had excessive minor body scratches. As I was pointing them out to my partner, I guess within earshot of the creeper, he rushed over and literally confronted us, like Amys Baking Company confronted! He spoke down to us, like we didnt know what we were talking about as he postulated that can all be buffed out.I kept looking over the body, he went inside. After looking it over about 10 minutes and wondering where he went, I went inside. If you are sensitive to mildew, you know its smell - the inside of this retired bank wreaks of it. Anyway, the lady inside greeted me - seemed friendly enough, and I asked if we could see the inside of the car we were looking at - she barked at the doctor to get the key. Got the key with some measure of reluctance and cussing under breath (yeah buddy, I speak German too), he opened the car and hovered over us like we were about to steal the car! Mind you, there was another car parked directly behind it, no going anywhere.He wouldnt let us see the key, let alone start it without being pretty much told so - I couldnt help but feel like he was hiding something. As i continued to surprise the dickens out of him (yes, mr creeper I have been in automotive retail all of my life and owned 4 other C-Class MBs), I know what Im looking for when I pop the hood and start looking under the shrouds. He just couldnt help himself, so his next proclamation was this is the perfect car, no problems, and you wont find a problem, and I will not negotiate on the price.In summary - I pulled up in a $70k vehicle - own 3 other newer cars ($200k worth), and Im paying cash for a car thats for my mother in the $12k price range. You treated us like second class citizens, because you must have serious trust issues. Telling us to not touch the radio controls because others mess with them and you dont feel like resetting them is so petty and beneath me - we left. You blew it, because you were rude and arrogant - we will not be back and this review will stand with the rest. This *is* the Amys Baking Company of car dealerships.

Biggest Jerk on the planet. he spends time wanting to tout his degrees than actually give you info on the vehicle. Which is crazy because you dont even get to ask about the vehicles before he share his degrees. He couldnt answer if the car has airmatic or airbag suspension. His carfax didnt work on his website but was mad cause we inquired about the carfax that he listed on his site. We asked question about the vehicle options he couldnt answer. We asked if we could get a pre-inspection by mercedes service and he said No, if i dont trust him then too bad. I was calling from out of state, why would I trust you. He stated the car was perfect but then said the mercedes dealer would let me know it needed brakes etc but he had a done certified inspection and his was better. I needed to understand that it was used and that mercedes dealer would complain, after you just told me the car was better than New, why would they complain. He then said it was a hobby and didnt need to sell any of the cars, all this without you asking. Well Sir, if you choose a sales/customer service hobby then either hire people to do the sales or get a degree in communication so you can interact with your customers. Customers cant even call to inquire about vehicle without him getting an attitude. I have never encountered such arrogance. The true mark of education is your ability to share with others to expand the body of knowledge available to the universe, but if you cant communicate then you are simply just a computer terminal with no power source. Learn to communicate effectively Sir! I could look past your arrogance if you could just answer basic questions about the vehicle, I couldnt get straight answers. I was not intimidated as I myself have numerous degrees but I was saddened as to how he definitely turns people off bragging about education because we are not ALL that way!

The customer service actually sucked. The man helping me was so rude like he didn’t even want me to buy it.

This guy is a crook. I asked about a car that I already knew had been sitting on his lot for TWO YEARS, and he said that Yes its available! We actually just got it in! I called him on his lie, and he proceeded to tell my business was unwelcome. Steer clear.

The most arrogant person and at the same time the most miserable person Ive ever met. A battery service person was visiting his shop attempting to help him and he basically called the service person and Americans stupid. He spent most of his time talking about himself instead of the car I wanted to buy. He stated if I dont like customer I tell them to leave.

SO INCREDIBLY RUDE! I called to discuss how to purchase a vehicle and was interupted talked over and just awful people. I would never recommend this place.
