My husband and I have been taking all the various cars weve both had over the past several decades - several mercedes, Chryslers, mini cooper, Audi - to Lauck for regular servicing and repairs. Allan and the team are great, trustworthy and really care about their customers. Ive also recommended several other people to Lauck and theyve all been pleased too.

I have known Sammy, Allan and Mike for over 20 years. They are always professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I had a damaged mirror on my driver side that has computer technology in it because it has blind spot warning, auto dimming etc. there wasn’t much from a labor standpoint but nonetheless Allan picked up new mirror and had it installed in minutes. The point is they treat you the same whether it is a $2 job or a $2000 job. They have serviced multiple Mercedes of mine, now a Genesis that is past warranty. Wouldn’t take it anywhere else other Lauck Motors.

HONESTY! Lauck Motors has always been honest with me but today they went above and beyond. I had some work done at the dealer and they quoted me an additional $5500 of urgent repairs. Given that Lauck Motors has always been able to beat their price significantly I took my car to them for a second opinion. I even gave them the full dealer quote. Alan called and told me that none of the items on the dealers list needed to be done. He charged me $40 for their inspection. I was floored!! That level of honesty and integrity is hard to find these days. It is so appreciated and was a positive experience that we dont usually get in our everyday lives.

Sammy, Alan and Matt are great. My 1978 450SL and 2010 535 feel loved now. Great communication and quick turnaround on repairs. Ive used them for several repairs on the 450SL and oil/brake fluid change on the BMW. Classic car repairs can be expensive due to high cost for replacement parts. However, they let me bring my own parts when I can find them cheaper. Saved me a few hundred dollars on my last repair. Thanks for taking care of us!

I have been taking my car here for 2 years for the same error code. Each time a new diagnosis. Something wasnt adding up for me. I caved and went to the dealer, come to find out all the repairs and thousands spent were for nothing. The repairs now required on my car are in the line of 5000$. The misdiagnosis caused other parts to fail and parts were taken from my car. Seriously I have missing parts and they were the only shop to service my car. I am now in the hole for roughly 8kof repairs in 2 years when I should of gone to the dealership and spent 3k.. strongly do not recommend.!!! They literally cost me 5k.

I took both of our cars here and Alan was awesome!! He told me he would call me and he did, the car was ready that day and minimal cost!! Then we took our 2nd car and it was another great experience and much cheaper than we thought! I am so happy I found these guys in Roswell-so easy to get in and out! Thank you. Highly recommend!!

I would recommend finding another shop.Lauck recommended by a family member. Went there to have the oil cooler replaced on my diesel Mercedes. Their price was significantly less than RBM. While they replaced the oil cooler, they were never able to get things back together correctly and exhaust was coming into the car through the air vents. In spite of taking it back 4 times, they were never able to solve. Finally had to take it back to the dealer to have it all taken apart and put back together correctly and they had to replace parts that Lauck had damaged. Took the parts back to Lauck and asked them to make it right. In spite of promises to call me with some kind of decision, I never heard from them again. All during the time my car was with them, I had to chase them down to get updates on the car. I dont believe I ever got a proactive call from them to inform me on progress. If you are looking for clean, shipshape work, responsiveness and getting the job done right, this may not be the place.

I was able to schedule an appointment at the last minute on a Thursday evening. They was able to schedule me for the next morning, they service my C300 and I was still able to make it to work in Duluth by 10am. They was very polite and friendly.

As always, Lauck does an excellent job on both our Mercedes. They are honest and can diagnose the problem immediately. And, they are affordable and come through in a pinch. We always recommend them highly.

Lauck Motors has saved us so much money compared to other repair shops and dealers. When the blower motor regulator on our 1993 Mercedes needed replacing, Allen gave us the part number so we could order it off eBay, saving us $400+ off what even he could get the part for locally. Allen knows his stuff and gets the job done right!

Not so good.For our 1985 Mercedes wagon air conditioning problem, after several times in the shop, Lauck Motors seemed to give up and recommended my finding a replacement for the entire A/C console unit myself. I took it to Eds MB Medics and they determined that it was a corroded crimp under the A/C relay under the hood. Several dollars to fix.Again, for the wagon, I asked about replacing the rear hatch struts. They quoted something around $1,000 and said it would require removal of the headliner, a very involved process. They didnt even seem to want to do the work.I purchased struts for around $50 and did the work myself in less than an hour and a half. It did NOT involve removing the headliner as they had claimed.For our 1992 Mercedes 300D voltage problem, they indicated that there was a draw from the radio (?????). Eds MB Medics, on the other hand, determined that the battery Id purchased from Advanced Auto was only about 2/3 as heavy as a standard MB battery. Less lead means less current they advised me. They replaced the battery, and Ive had no problems since.Lauck started out with a strong head of steam in the year we worked together, but their eagerness subsided and they seemed to lose interest in doing work of any kind. Really nice guys, but there are probably better places to spend your money.

Great to work with and fair. I had tried another shop for my Mercedes that was very close to my home and they could not find the resolution to my problem. They quoted me 4 hours of labor to isolate the problem and then they could give me another quote for the actual fix. I decided to double check with my friends at Lauck. They looked at my car immediately, found the problem, fixed it(very reasonably) and had me on my way in about an hour. Henceforth, I will gladly drive the extra distance for my service at Lauck. They are good!

I have been using Lauck Motors for 40 years, and have no complaints about their capable and honest service. As an example, some time ago my alternator light was on, so I took it by the shop to have it checked out. I was told I would probably need a new alternator, so I left the car with them. The next day when I went to pick up the car, I was presented a bill for $8. I was surprised. Then I was told that when the service tech took the device out, he was a bit curious and opened the cover of the alternator. He saw a wire had come loose, so he soldered it back on and reinstalled the alternator. I could have been charged big bucks, and never would have known the difference. I was thrilled to find a car repair shop that I totally trust. I never feel as though they are taking advantage of my ignorance about car problems. Before starting any work, they always call and go over their analysis of the problem/problems and give me the cost up front. They are always willing to work around my work schedule and even take me back to work after dropping off my car.I highly recommend Lauck Motors!!! Allen is very easy to work with in the front office and seems to always put customer service first. So hard to find anymore.

This is THE place to go if you want to trust your mechanic. Dont go anywhere else. Personal service, prompt response, integrity and outstanding customer service.I was shopping for a very specific car and found just the one at a local dealer in Roswell. Being from over 250 miles away, I tried to coordinate inspections to ensure the car was fit to my standards.I initially tried to arrange this inspection with another local mechanic and was sorely disappointed when I learned of their poor communication with customers and they eventually stood me up.In a pinch, I needed someone to complete my inspections in order to lock in the purchase of this car before someone else bought it. I called Lauck Motors at 430pm. Mike answered the phone and intently listened to my plan and what I was trying to do and how another shop had stood me up earlier in the day. Mike offered to open up a lift that day--or if I needed, to have a lift available first thing in the morning.I then coordinated with the dealer to bring the car to Mike first thing the next morning. Mike did exactly what he said he would do. Mike called me an hour afterwards to give me the complete rundown on this car. Mike even inspected certain criteria that he had clued in on because of certain details I told him about where the care was coming from.Bottom line is you can trust this place. They did what they said they would do and did it promptly. Being an out-of-town customer, they further made no effort to try and sell me on certain repairs or replacements. In fact, Mike told me the car was good to go and that hed buy it in a flash if if it were the particular car he needed.If I ever need a mechanic in the Roswell area, there is no question that I will take it to Lauck Motors. Sammy and Alan take great care of you. I went to RBM to utilize a service discount card. RBM said I had two things wrong. I went to Lauck and they said the two things were going to be $450 less than the RBM quote. Then they did their analysis and found that only one thing was needed. Bottom line: I saved $1,250 over the number RBM said was necessary. This is why I keep coming back to Lauck.
