So incredibly happy with this place and the people who work there! If you’re looking for the sweetest person ever, ask for Lawson! He immediately sent me photos and a video of the car my mom was looking for after I spoke to him on the phone. He pulled the car from a separate lot and had it waiting for us upon arrival. He was very professional and displayed so much kindness. Mike, one of the managers, also helped us and he was incredible. It didn’t even feel like we were working with a salesman. They were both friendly and I would highly recommend this place. Thank you so much Lawson and Mike. You made my mom so happy!

This was my first time visiting this Hyundai dealership and I really enjoyed my visit. It was about an hour away from me but it was the only dealership that was able to maintenance my car within a reasonable time (as far as appointment scheduling) so I went with them. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and helped by two employees. I was quickly checked in and taken care of, I was early for my appointment but they still accommodated me and I appreciated it. Check out was a smooth easy process & I definitely will be back. Thanks guys!

10/10 highly recommend ! If going for five star service this is the place. Went in for simple service and that’s exactly what we got. Went in and was greeted by each staff member heading up to parts department. Mike checked us in and answered questions promptly while multitasking many things. Very professional and impressive manager, kudos! Also Gerald in sales showed me some cool new cars and told me about Rick Case warranty, which sounds almost too good to pass up!

Rick Case Hyundai made buying car so easy. I worked with Ashley Cagle online, emailing back and forth for a couple weeks getting a price I wanted. Then I came in with my car trade in, signed all the paperwork and was in and out quickly after I told her my expectations. The manager was also great, very transparent. Went to look at a truck and dealt w/ two salesmen. One had no idea why it had been listed for 84 days--kept dodging the question. Came another day and spoke with a different man who tried to convince it that taking it to a mechanic before purchase was unnecessary, saying, I wouldnt have a job if we sold faulty vehicles. We do a 15-Point inspection blah blah.Well, we took it to a great mechanic (A Town Automotive) and he found extensive issues. One was a dangerous bolt in the frame that had come loose, gotten stripped, and would need serious repair to be safely drivable. There were other things like air filters needing replacement, a serious leak, the latch to the truck bed didnt work, etc.After telling the dealership about the bolt, they investigated, then said they actually *couldnt sell it* due to legal issues. Some 15-Point inspection! Over 15 problems (one literally life-threatening) and TWO salesmen knew nothing about them. Hmmm...

Bruce helped me out and got me in and out in no time! This was my first time experiencing Rick case in GA(originally go to the one in FL) and I was definitely skeptical because my home Rick case set the standard pretty high, but Bruce took great care of my appointment to make sure everything was smooth. The only thing I will say is be ready to book a week/two out for an appointment because they are typically booked out. Ohh yea the coffee shop next door 10/10 recommend waiting and working there(another amazing suggestion by Bruce).

I am no Spring chicken - I have lots of brothers that fix vehicles - I have been to other dealerships - Ive owned many cars - Ive had many repairs over my life time - but let me tell you I have not ever received/gotten the optimized service that I received at Rick Case Hyundai- Mr Bruce and a Mr. Mike provided individualized attention to my vehicle (not statistical attention) I too was treated like an individual, I was shown and given an absolute genuine regard to what was wrong and going on with my vehicle- WHERE do folks get that kind of service in this world - NO place but Rick Case Hyundai- I was provided follow up and feed forward.. Every time I’ve come here I’ve been left annoyed and upset. Takes two hours to get an oil change done. The customer service received is always lack luster and inconsiderate. This time I was double charged and told there’s nothing he could do so I should contact my bank. Not sure why I was desperate enough to come here again but I know it’s my last time. Would not recommend.

They went through my bag and stole my airpods. I went to go get my car appraised not even serviced. It was relatively quick and they weren’t willing to offer what carmax had quoted me so I decided I would go to another hyundai dealership where they had quoted me higher. It wasn’t until I got home I found out my airpods had been stolen out of my case. My “Find My” app said the last location for the airpods was this dealership before I walked inside and handed my keys over and I went straight home afterwards with the case still in my bag. I gave them my number and asked the manager to contact me with no response. I don’t want any drama I just want my items back. I guess I was dumb for leaving my bag in the car but I trusted them to not go through it. It’s just really disrespectful.

Great car dealership the sales person John Henry is very knowledgeable lots of experience professional and polite there finance guy was awesome the place is clean and friendly how ever I think they need to fire the person that details there cars he has no taste or vision and I am sure he doesn’t care I spent 4 hours detailing the inside of the used car that i bought from them after there detail guy was done with it when you buy a car at a name brand dealership you will get a full tank of gas but at rick case dealerships you will only get half tank of gas I am not stressing over twenty dollars of gas but little stuff like that gives plenty of good word of mouth free advertisement.

My son purchased a used vehicle in April and it broke down on him 2 weeks ago while he was driving on the expressway, the check engine light came on. All of this before he was a even made his 1st payment. He purchased the vehicle with a warranty. He takes the vehicle to the service department. After diagnostic testing it was said a nodule needed software update. My problem is the service employee Andrew called my son recommending $1600 worth of repairs that will make his vehicle safe to drive. So basically you’re telling me that less than 60 days ago this vehicle was not drivable and you sold my son a vehicle that is a lemon and unsafe to drive! Andrew mention brakes that needed to be replaced and a slew of other unsafe things. I understand this is not a new vehicle but you still expect a safe vehicle to drive. I became very upset because I started thinking my 23yr old just purchased his 1st car and it could have killed him on the expressway. Andrew told me I needed to speak to someone in sales so he transferred me to a voicemail, I left a very detailed message about how unhappy I am that they have put my son life at risk selling him a vehicle that was unsafe to drive and should have never been sold! I do expect them to call me back and make it right! If not I will have to take further actions! I’m sure others may have a good experience but think long and hard before you purchase used even with a warranty!Update! I received a call back from Anthony the general manager. He apologized for any inconvenience and explained the issues with me in its entirety. Anthony will make my son whole and ensure that his vehicle is safe to drive. I’m grateful for his speedy call back and attention to this matter. As per Anthony he will check with the service department to make ensure all inspections are completed correctly for every used vehicle for sale. I do believe this was a basic human error and not deliberately sold to be an unsafe vehicle. I also want to make it clear that Andrew in service was very professional, he was just doing his job by advising me of the issues he saw with the vehicle after the diagnostic test. Anthony provide empathy and was extremely professional on the call. Thank you Rick Case! My son is happy with his vehicle!

I had a great experience with Rick Case Hyundai Service today on a maintenance appointment. The gentleman who took care of me, Eddie, was so polite, professional, and helpful. He was especially kind in educating and assisting me with some misunderstandings I had regarding some of the controls. I haven’t had my car that long and still learning all the bells and whistles, so his expertise was very welcome.If everyone in service at Rick Case is close to the level of professionalism and courtesy like Eddie’s, Rick Case”s service department will have my loyalty.The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because it took about 2 hours just for an oil change and tire rotation.

Not the best of experiences today. I brought my vehicle in due to a recall and an oil change. In addition, I requested a salesman to provide me with an estimate for buying my 2015 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport.Though I was told the work would take 45 minutes, I left the car and came back 4 1/2 hours later. The cashier had not received the paperwork so I had to wait 15 minutes or so. When the paperwork was presented to me, it did not include the coupon price for the oil change (the representative cut it out himself). Another 10-15 minute wait.My visit with the salesman was more troublesome. The first quote in my car ($11,500) was laughable. I told him that I expected it to be $16,000 or based on my online research. In about 5 minutes, he “found another app” that allowed him to offer $15,500. Come on - don’t try to take advantage of a loyal customer. I bought the car new in 2015 and had all work, including all all changes, done at the dealership. I was very disappointed with my experience today.

They sold a faulty 2021 Santa Fe Hyundai to my wife in April 2021 and she’s made multiple claims claims, been to the dealership to have the diagnostic ram and battery replaced. The issue is still there.Until she’s able to swap the vehicle out for a new, I’d encourage EVERYONE to not spend your hard earned monies at this dealership.

Purchased my used vehicle from here with the extended power train warranty. I owned the car for 5 years with no issues. I now have 100k miles on my car and the check engine light finally came on.I first emailed the service manager and told him my issues and I mentioned that I still had the power train warranty. He got back to me right away and scheduled me to come in the very next day.When I arrived the service technicians were already aware of my situation and had me set up and ready to go. The service technician (Michael) was very understanding of my situation and worked hard with the warranty company to help me get my repairs done. They always let me know of what was going on and helped me out in any way I needed. I ended up getting all my repairs fixed under the warranty and it was because of the hard work and effort from the whole service department. I was thrilled on how I was treated and now my car is as good as new.I would surely recommend Rick Case Roswell for service and to purchase my next vehicle. The sales team is great but the service team is poor at communicating. I made an appointment to fix a recall issue with my Hyundai. I was told that the issue should be fixed in about an hour when I made the appointment. It took more than 5 hours when I actually dropped it off. I understand that wait times can change, but please communicate that with the customer if there are changes. I had to call at least 3 times to finally be told that my might not be available until the end of the day.

Hassle free. Friendly. Professional. We walked in yesterday to “test drive” a Palisade, and ended up purchasing a 2022 Genesis GV70 Sport!! Aiden our sales rep was personable, professional, efficient, friendly but most of all….easy to work with. Unlike most dealerships where it’s all about the sale, he just allowed us to decide for ourselves. Not to mention, the car speaks for itself. I purchase a 2018 Genesis 06/21, I was preapproved, so I came with my check in my hand. Smooth sailing until finance man held me for 2hrs trying to get me to let them pull my credit and get me to purchase/chose an extended warranty package. Communication is excellent up until you purchase your car. Cant get nobody to return your call. The only communication you gone receive is emails to come in for maintenance. I was told owners manuals was in the car. Once I got home and look it wasnt. Try calling several times and was finally told something different.I stood in a long line to get my tags and was told I needed to get an emissions done. BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a used car here above Kelly Blue Book, drove it 45 days and had to sink 3/5 of the car price into repairs. Its very obvious these crooks sold me an auction car that they did not even bother to inspect before selling. To top it all off, they didnt even get the paperwork to the tax commissioners office until the day everything expired. Now they are conveniently not answering or returning my phone calls. It’s understandable to require an appointment for service in these times; quite understandable. This dealership however, has always been quite annoying. When you walk in there, they wait to finish having their conversations before acknowledging you. Today, was no different.When I approached the counter, ANDREW gave me the spiel on waiting... etc which I accepted. Then, he proceeded to tell me to step to the side to attend to someone that had an appointment. I made no question of this even though it literally made no sense. I am every bit as important as the next customer (humbly speaking of course), and he could have checked me in while i waited in the waiting area.The gentleman that he attended to took about 3-5 minutes to complete, and I patiently waited still. As he completed that gentleman’s checking in, instead of checking me in and apologizing for the wait, he skipped past me and called on the other customer (who he’s familiar with). At this point, I was a little miffed, because again, just because I had to wait, does not mean you couldn’t check me in (unless their system is designed that way - which would make no logical sense). I still waited, annoyed, because I knew I hadn’t made an appointment.My breaking point, was when he made a slick stupid comment to the lady customer saying “I know you always make/schedule your appointments...”. 🤨🤨Now, that passive aggressive comment would have gotten him a good talking to, but I calmly removed myself from that environment. It was highly unprofessional of him to make that statement- whether maliciously stated or not. There is absolutely no need to be rude. The money that I would pay, would go into feeding his mouth, and as such he should exemplify courtesy as well as respect.At the end of the day, I recognize that I should have made an appointment- and I accept that. However, maintaining a level of professionalism is also a tenet of working in a customer service job.At the end of the day, I know who will NOT/NEVER be the service technician for my car ever again.Be blessed ✌🏾.

They had my car for weeks. The service department is impossible to get in touch with. The person who answers the phone takes notes for the advisors and I never hear back, time after time. After picking up my car that was there for 4+ weeks, there were oil stains on my passenger and rear seat. I contacted the shop and of course, my advisor was not available and they could only take a note. The note never got to where it needed to be and I never received a call back. It’s an endless cycle of leaving messages and never hearing back with this place.

Buying the car was easy because it was the last day of the month and they needed the sales. Our sales guy, Cole, reached out with Anthony, the General Manager, and we made a deal. Unfortunately the car was damaged and it’s almost 2 months later and it still hasn’t gotten fixed. I’ve gotten everything from “Anthony is on vacation” to “Cole is having surgery” to weather being an issue. Meanwhile, I still have a car that should be brand new and it isn’t. I’ve made many suggestions as to how they can facilitate this and my phone calls are now ignored and/or forgotten. It makes me wonder if they purposefully hid this vehicle so we couldn’t see it was damaged prior to us signing all of the paperwork. After all, they just wanted the sale.

The Roswell location is the best dealership that I’ve been to and I won’t go anywhere else. Mike Ennis is an excellent service advisor. He’s fast, efficient and professional. I feel I can trust him to take care of my car and he explains everything very well. The new coffee shop next door makes for a perfect visit.

They were great when I first leased my Hyundai but attempting to turn it in at the end of my lease has been nothing short of a pain. Scheduling turn in days then they just go on vacation instead of informing me, poor tastes. Vacations are fine, but let the other person know.

I went in knowing what I wanted and never felt like I was being pressured or sold things I didnt want. Jim was casual and upfront with me so buying my Veloster N from him didnt feel like a chore. I dont particularly like car dealerships in general because I do a lot of research before even going for a test drive and a lot of places oversell their cars with information I know isnt 100% accurate. I think Jim could tell I knew a fair bit about the car and didnt try to oversell. I still dont trust any dealership and would recommend everyone do their due diligence research prior to any car purchase but my experience with Rick Case was better than expected.

Do not do business with this dealership. I purchased a car 5 months ago and have had to literally call everyday to usually get no call back or response but when they did respond, less than helpful. They sent the title to the wrong state and then lost it, yet I had to call everyone for updates. No one thought to update me whatsoever. I have now moved to another state and on top of moving, I still don’t have tags for my car. I refrained from posting a review in hopes things would get figured out but it’s a new month and things are still not figured out.

Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere! I bought a 2017 Tucson in December 2020. It included a 100,000 mile or 10 year warranty plus I bought the warranty that basically covers everything but tires, lights, and wipers. Last week (Monday) my engine completely blew. I’ve had the car less than 8 months. I was able to get it to the dealership and they’ve been a disaster to deal. They didn’t have a car for me to drive nor did they offer any solutions. It is now a week later Monday - and I’ve heard zip. I still haven’t been given a car to drive. My calls haven’t been returned. It’s been a horrible experience. A week later and I have no update on my car, no returned calls, no loaner car…how is this okay?!? It’s 100% not. I urge anyone considering this dealership to run as far as you can in the opposite direction.

The sales gentleman Cole, he was a young professional and so knowledgeable about the car and all it’s features! He was also very pleasant and attentive to all my needs. I highly recommend Rick Case Hyundai and Cole Eden!! I bought a Genesis, if you get a chance check them out. The day we purchased our used Hyundai we were treated top notch. The buying experience was great. We purchased the car in February and I started inquiring about my tags in April and kept getting the run around. I must have called 4 or five times and either I was put into voicemail and didn’t get a call back or someone called me back saying they would get back to me and never did. I finally called the dealership and told the operator I want to talk to a live person now. Was put through to a manager who said they get right back to me. It took a couple of days and then the person who I guess was supposed to take care of tags told me about her personal problems which I consider very non professional. We all have our problems but shouldn’t put that as a guilt trip on your customers. Finally that person called back again telling me personal problems and today I was finally able to pick up my tag at my local county tag office. Very frustrated with that whole deal.

Can’t express how amazing the staff is at this dealership. I just purchased my new 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe and from walking in the door to pulling out in my new car was an amazing experience. First Pam went above and beyond to make sure that I found the right car and then got me over to the best sales person Kash. Matt and bill for making the best deal and making the whole process seamless as possible. And Ian in service is the only reason I come there cause his customer Service is top notch!! My car buying experience at Rick Case was poor. Did not like working with Sales manager Eli, as he tried to rip me off. He told me over the phone that he could find the car I was looking for, but when I got there, he then turned around and tried charging me $799 for a “transfer fee” as well as full sticker price on the car! He also added $499 for some protection package nonsense. Also, he didn’t seem to know anything about the $500 rebate from Hyundai, as I had to tell him about it. I would not recommend this place, nor will I be going back in the future.

This review is in response to a previous review in which i scored the experience at Rick Case Hyundai very low. In response to my low score, i received a very professional voice mail from Eddie who offered me a refund of the $140 diagnostic fee in exchange for redemption in my review score. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the offer. However, when i returned the call i had yet another poor customer experience. I was informed by Eddies puppeteer, whom i could hear whispering in the background, that to receive the refund I had to first rescore the evaluation with all 5 star ratings.....then drive back to the store where they would create a new ticket that would would enable the refund. What a bungled outcome to a great intent. I love the fact that they tried to make right a poor experience. I think thats a hallmark of a good consumer brand. Theres always going to be mistakes. The response is what builds loyalty. In this case, you couldnt hardly make this recovery any more unsatisfying for the customer. I get rescoring. and I probably would have given 5 stars for the recovery effort but it cant be dictated. And worst of all....why on earth would anyone be required to drive into the location solely for the purpose of an in person refund transaction that paid via credit card in the first place. Its 2021....this makes no sense. I would love to have my $140 back...especially since they didnt complete any work that was uncovered by that diagnostic. But this process i cant endorse.
