We worked with National Collision Group to have the large Side Body Panels and Bumpers of our 1995 Mercedes Benz Collector Car smoothed and repainted. The work and finished product are excellent. The Team went above and beyond the Scope of Work (fixed a small scratch in the Rear Bumper they noticed while doing to job and didnt charge a penny more for the project; painted an accessory component of the front Bumper). Everything was done exactly as Danny said it would be... timing, pricing and finished quality. The entire experience was very productive and professional. We are extremely pleased with the appearance of our Collector Car. 5 Stars.

Experience was very good. Carbon fiber hoods are not the easiest to paint. These guys did an amazing job and completed before other paint shops even returned my phone call.

I worked with the owner, Jason, and he went above and beyond. From the very beginning Jason was easy to work with. What I thought was commendable was that he was honest on what was needed to be fixed and what wasnt a necessity. He was truly after service and not just making a sale. His prices were extremely fair as I know I would have paid more elsewhere. That being said, quality was certainly not sacrificed. He even went above and beyond to buff out a few scratches that were totally unrelated. Great experience for me here. I had some minor aesthetic issues on my Mazda 6. Owner inspected my car and listened to my requests. The replacement headlight housings would cost me over $1000. He instead suggested that they buff them out and that I pick up my own bulbs down the street to save me extra money. Got my car back in short time with the headlight housings looking brand new. He even touched up the paint in an area I had scratched up. Very fair rate, very good, honest experience. I highly recommend!

I called to find out about whether my car was still under warranty from repairs done approximately a year ago. As Im out of town, I dont have paperwork in front of me. The person I spoke with said that I needed to have the documentation and would not confirm whether or not they still had my records on file. Business name has not changed-- only ownership. He stated that, like transacting with a store, a customer should have their receipt. I told him that like any decent business that provided a warranty for extensive repairs, they should have records on file. But again, he would not confirm whether they kept the records or whether they would honor warrantied work. **PLEASE NOTE, THIS BUSINESS IS UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP**

After an accident, my Nissan Leaf had damage to the drivers side doors as well as a dent that magically appeared months before (probably someone hit me while parked). Roswell Collison did a fantastic job and fixed the magical dent, all at well under the cost estimate by the insurance company. Robert is great to work with and takes pride in a job well done.

Sorry I did not have a great experience. in the beginning the talk was so sweet but after that it was a nightmare.1-they never return my calls when i was checking on my car.2-they promise to deliver a good job on the time we agree on. never happen.So my advise check around and if you decide to do business with them make sure to write everything on clear white paper.I promise they will screw you up, they will argue with you and they will make it as it`s your fault.
