They work was done and completed on time. Had previously used the shop for another vehicle of mine. This time was a different experience. My vehicle was serviced for an accident that occurred to the front left needed a wheel replacement and a wheel bearing. They gave me a nice summary with a written warranty attached.Vehicle pulled to the left and steering wheel is not centered after pickup. I returned to have my concerns addressed and was met with attitude, excuses and frustration from Nicholas Gintoli. He drove my vehicle and told me it wasn’t pulling and to come back later. I came back later and they did a quick align and never test drove after to verify if pull persisted or not. The vehicle is still pulling. No ownership of the work, just was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them.
I just had white Toyota paint peeling issue done. Beforehand, I also visited another location to get it repaired but I was told to check out another location since they were fully booked until summer and couldnt even put my name on the waiting list, which was frustrating. So I booked an appointment with Nalley Toyota collision center to see if they have an opening for me. I luckily met Stephanie, the director and she did a quick inspection of my car and helped me get an appointment for repairing service. Throughout the entire service, the receptionists, Natalie and Angele were so helpful with getting a rental car and notifying me the process as well. My car came out perfectly like a band new car. Thanks for the technicians who did a wonderful job painting my car too. Thanks for your team to make it happen because it had been so frustrating to drive the paint- peeled car for the last few years. Highly satisfied overall.
I just picked up my car from Nalley Collision Center, brought in for a rear end collision repair. Angele Perkins, gave me my keys and said I can come back for a front strut repair when Im ready. I told her I was never coming back. Angele Perkins said to me Or you can do that. That pretty much sums up the level of service I received and why I would not be back to any Nalley Business. I brought my car to Nalley Lexus Collision Center because I thought I would get the best service for my repair job. I did not. I was not updated on the status of my work until I called. I did not receive callbacks as promised about my repair status. I was called eventually. Three weeks after the accident I was told my car was ready to be picked up. The alignment was horribly off. It was unsafe to be driven. The wheels went one way, the steering wheel the other. When I asked about it I was told by Angele Perkins the paperwork said its done. When I persisted I was told it wasnt on the work order. I called the insurance company and they issued a supplement for the work. I should have been informed about the alignment being off before I came,. It was unsafe. They should have called for a supplement themselves. That shows no pride in the professionalism or quality of their work. Angele Perkins seemed unconcerned with the situation and acted more like I was an annoyance than a valued customer. I went home hoping to get my car the next day. The next day that afternoon I was called and told my car needed a strut unrelated to the accident. They already called too late in the day for the car to be picked up so while there I gave them permission to replace the strut. That was yesterday. This afternoon after being put on hold for 15 minutes when I called, I was told that they would not have the part until maybe tomorrow. When would I have been notified had I not called? And thats why Im never going back. Rude and unreliable service. Not even a basic thank you at the end of the transaction. Im selling the car asap because I have no confidence and feel unsafe about the quality of the work. Update - I sold the car a week later and bought another same make and model. I didn’t feel safe with their services

Great service at this collision center! They had my vehicle finished within a week and ahead of time. Angel was extremely professional and nice while helping me. She made me feel comfortable at a car collision place which is something I’m not familiar with as I have never been in a wreck. The front desk lady is also extremely nice and helpful. If you want to take your car somewhere quick, efficient, and professional I would highly suggest coming to this collision canter.
They received my car, scheduled the repair, gave me a tentative date of completion and kept me in the loop. The fact that they finished 2 weeks early was just the cherry on top. I love this place. BTW, my car looks better than new!

Excellent place! Disregarding my affiliation with Nalley, they offer excellent customer service, they dont let customers go unacknowledged and always let them know that someone will be with them as soon as they are available. I tried to bring my personal car there, an early 80s Toyota, and unfortunately they dont have any parts for it due to its rarity and age. I didnt complain because I know what I have. I asked if they could do a cheaper job, and even for other employees, they either do it right or not at all. I respect that and thats why I admire their quality of work. Highly recommend this shop.

I was given constant updates about my car and Brian made sure to thoroughly answer all my questions throughout the process.Brian ensured my vehicle was safely repaired back to its initial state before my accident, working through many difficulties my insurance company put him through—he still made sure I got the best parts to restore my vehicle.I wouldn’t take my Lexus anywhere but Nalley and their affiliates. I think they are not professional unfortunately.Original quote was $700,. But they have been charged $1400 because they could not take off parts perfectly, broke some. additionally paint was not fixed well. I asked them to repaint immediately. ...today I contacted how it is going because of no any feed back after 13 days passed. now I’got know it’s done. I hope my truck will finish perfectly and better service customers as a professional.I’ll review again after I got it.

Recently I went to your shop to do some repair and fixing dash and weather system control light. I have provided each and every piece of info needed to fix the light. I went there only after getting estimation. But almost at the end of the repair your office asked more money to fix the light. But I refused to pay anything extra beyond estimation. After a day they informed me the car is fixed. But when I got the car back I have discovered, your team have not put up almost 40% of the light claiming they are wrong type. Ironically your own parts department sold me those dash light matching the car VIN#. Thus I strongly believe it was left half way incomplete because I refused to pay extra money demanded beyond your written estimation. Very bad business practice indeed.

Very disappointed with the service provide by them. I dont recommend this Collision Shop. They are not professional. They call me last Thursday saying that the car was ready, I went to pick it up on Friday morning and found out that the bumper has flaws. I asked them to get it right. The Friday afternoon they called saying they fixed. I went to pick it up and some of the flaws were fixed but not all of it. I spoke with the manager and said if I wanted to get all fixed I will need to pay an extra for the service. Unfortunately I cant trust them. I thought they were qualified professionals with a reputable name ( NALLEY ) but that is not the reality. I will take my business somewhere else, NOT IN THIS PLACE.

I brought in my Lexus IS300 for a minor scratch repair...besides doing an excellent job on the repair...(the scratch is nearly nonexistent) the customer service was superb! Gigi was soo...nice and personable. Hopefully I don’t need anymore repairs anytime soon lol but if I do Nalley Collision Center Roswell would be my go too!

Huge disappointment! I do not recommend this shop. Car was purchased new at Nalley and Ive always had great experiences with their sales and mechanical service departments, so I specified Nalley when I needed body work. Huge mistake! They actually painted over damage on the hood, making the car look like a kid had painted it. When I told them I was dissatisfied and wanted to speak to a manager, I was told that Steve Piskor, assistant manager didnt want to talk with me. He actually refused to come out. So much for customer service and standing behind your work. Im surprised that Nalley corporate management would allow their new car customers to be treated like this.

After missing 2 promised completion dates, they returned my car with a completely botched alignment job - one that was not called for in the estimate nor requested by me. Also, the car had been driven 67 miles while they had it. Makes me wonder what else was going on.

Some idiot ran into the back of my wifes brand new 2018 Toyota Rav4. This was an insurance repair and we wanted to use a certified Toyota Repair shop. Nalley was the closest and they are Nalley, a well known name.Repairs needed: Left rear quarter panel replacement, rear lift gate replacement, bumper, bumper cover, etc.So, this was a big job.Ill start with the good. They are open on Sat. The front office people are nice, and the estimator was professional. They handled the supplement claim with the insurance company without a hitch. They also repaired the car in decent time. That is where it ends.The bad. Nalley called us to come pickup the vehicle and we were excited. Well, this was during the time in Georgia when we had a whole week of rain, so some of the details couldnt be clearly seen. But, from the get go, we could tell the lift gate was not properly aligned. Told Erica, and she got it taken care of. It doesnt end there. I noticed that the left rear door handle trim was all scratched up, there was some kind of epoxy on the driver floor mat, and on the front left quarter panel there was some kind of residue that wouldnt simply wipe off. Erica was nice enough to replace the trim and floor mat. When we came to pick up the trim and the mats, the assistant manager came out to take care of it and thats when i mentioned the residue. His exact words were, you caught me at a disadvantage, because I dont know what we did to the car. I told him that they worked on the left rear and the lift gate area. He then proceed to say, well we would have never touched the front. Really?! Anyways, he was nice enough to buff it out. Attention to detail is the major fail at Nalley Collision. Ill list them below.Scratched to door trim, residue on the front panel, epoxy on the floor mat, inside of the car was filthy (covered in dust), still missing the AWD-I emblem on the left rear door, gas door used to have a spring that held it open, now gone. There is a dimple impact on the rear lift gate, the brand new lift gate. Seems like it was there and they decided just to paint over it. One of the rear reflector and reverse light housing now has moisture in it. Could possibly been damaged from the removal and install of the bumper cover, since it is housed in there.Im now at the point of, do i keep going back to Nalley about the issues, or just live with their workmanship.The car is brand new. Not even a year old. Couple of pictures attached.**UPDATE**I am updating this review to a 3. Jorge, the manager, did go out of his way to fix all of my concerns. They got us a rental for the few days that it took to fix everything we were worried about. I will not give this above 3 stars due to the fact that we had to go through this hassle in the first place. Jorge was great, Erica was great, sorry i forget her name, the receptionist was great, but Steve was not. He seems to want to blame everything on the customer. The imperfection on my liftgate that i complained about, he was saying it was a dent and was implying it was our fault. I had proof it was there when we picked it up, and it turned out to be an imperfection in the paint job.

Not that impressed, however they did match our paint, they did fix our van. They sprayed out the engine compartment and temporarily got water in the electronics. But all good now.

Very racial people work there. There eyes will tell u u r not welcome. They even quoted me almost twice as much for a paint job. I dont know about others but the guy named Robert is clearly biased. The old lady at the customer service is ok I guess but again ppl of color can get the hint!

Original estimate was to have my Lexus for 1 week which then became 2 weeks, then 4 weeks then 6! I only found out about the delays were because I kept calling the day before it was due to be finished. Never called to tell me anything. Then I got an automated text 3 days after I picked it up telling me that my car was nearly finished.
