I use them regularly for my lighting and love their service and products. It can be a little overwhelming in their store with so many choices, but at the same time I love being able to see so many pieces in person. The service has been great. They have been very responsive, their prices are fair, and they have an amazing selection, especially of unique items.
Wonderful service and great selection of products. I will never buy from Home Depot or Lowes again. I have ordered two fans and a lamp. The products are of great quality and so much better than the big store brands. I havent had any issues with the staff, although they are a bit over inventoried and that could cause organizational issues.
Ive read the negative reviews - and I find them hard to believe. Ive shopped there several times, just looking, and was allowed to do so without being bugged or followed. Then on 12/23 I went there specifically for a certain type of light. The staff was extremely helpful and we had a wonderful time looking at everything that might work. It was my best Christmas shopping experience of 2016 - even though it wasnt for Christmas, and found the perfect light fixture!My husband and I recently went back - and they helped us find exactly the right light fixture - just by listening to what we wanted. Their prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of merchandise and they are very friendly and knowledgeable. Its a great place to shop for lighting and gifts!!
BE WARNED!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! My identity was stolen and recently found out that THIS store and its owner are the culprit! I will be pursuing legal action against them. I had a bad feeling when I first walked in, shadiness from the start. Rude behavior, and a lack of respect for personal property is what you will find. Sure there are some nice items in the store, but there is something going there that is clearly outside the bounds of simply selling lighting. Consider yourself warned!
Done business there with two large orders. Mark was able to help and follow up on all the lighting.Mark has left and the remaining staff cant see to get anything organized or ordered on time. There is no follow-through.Would not use this store again.
Knowledgeable sales person. Found us exactly the right lighting for our decor and application AND kept us on budget.
Simply horrible. Order was months behind we had to continually call. No notice that there is a 35% restocking fee if you try to return. How hard is it to put a lamp back on the shelf? Not 35% worth i tell you. I should have checked these reviews first!!
You can find a great deal at this store when comes to fun and unique stuff.

My experience with this store just ended with the owner of the business, Moe, threatening to sue me for defamation if I posted negative reviews online. He also said, and this is a quote, “We have your address and we will come after you.” I understand what defamation is, and every word in this review is true, so despite the threats against me, here goes:I ordered a Bosch dishwasher from the Roseville store on 10/17/16, paid $1,611.43, and was told it would be available to pick up from the Roseville store in eight to ten days. Today is 11/21/16, so it has been exactly five weeks since I ordered it, and it still is not in. I have called the store numerous times to ask the status, and have been given several run-around stories about how they have to call their other store or check with their manager, always stating that they will call me back call back. For two weeks in a row now, I was told that the dishwasher would be in on Friday, needless to say it was not. This morning was the first time I received a call back, and that was to give me the phone number of Moe, the Owner/Manager. Moe said that he would call me back later today after he had time to trace the order. At 4:30, I hadn’t heard anything, so I called Moe to cancel the order. He said that is fine, but that I have to pay a 2.5% fee because I paid with a credit card. I told him that I am not paying anything for a product that I never received, that this is not a return because I never received it, and that is his cost of doing business. After several rounds of him repeatedly telling me that today was the first time he had spoken to me, and him not accepting responsibility for the words and actions of his employees whom never returned my calls and provided false delivery dates, and their failure to provide the product that I had ordered, I stated that I will not pay the 2.5% fee, I will be filing a credit card dispute, and I will be posting online about my experience with his store. At that point is when he started threatening me.This was actually my second experience with this store. A year ago I special-ordered a ceiling fan. After calling to see if it was ready, because no one ever called to let me know that it was in, I went and picked it up. My husband began installing it. I happened to walk into the room and noticed that it was the wrong color. My husband had to undo all of the work he had done, repack the fan, go back to the store, exchange it for the correct fan, and start his work all over again. I decided to give them a second try because I like to support small business whenever I can.
Store seems overcrowded but then it has quite a nice collection of unique lighting fixtures in a small space.Staff ready to help and Ive found beautiful fixtures and the hard-to-find parts Ive needed.
Please do yourself a favor and stay away as far as you can from this store! Worst customer service ever! Extremely rude staff! Ordered some lights from their catalog, told me it will arrive in 2 weeks, its already 2 months and theyre not here yet! only found out when I called them and told me theyre back ordered, didnt even bother to update me! they have the audacity to get mad and told me it was my responsibility to call them back and make a follow up on my orders! I went to Lamps Plus instead, found the lights I wanted and theyre actually better and cheaper. This arezzo lighting is a disorganized store that only wants your money and run away with it!
Buyer be aware the owner Moe is dishonest person he will short you out of your product, and will provide you very bad installation service, save yourself the headache and save your money.
