A little slice of luxury in Roseville. Andrea at the door was so kind and accommodating, remembering my name and reason for visit when I returned 2 hours later for my slot. Jake was such a helpful sales associate, and I look forward to working with him moving forward when I need a little Louis in my life. The energy at the front table was so fun. It was great interacting with my fellow customers and the knowledgeable sales associates. I cant visit the Roseville Galleria without taking a quick look inside. Their manager was also very accommodating in getting my mothers bag from the 80s repaired beautifully. Id recommend making an appointment on their website.

I went there on a Saturday morning. Waited about 30 minutes when I got the text to come inside the store. There was no 3 hour wait others have complained about. I was helped by Karen, who was amazing. She was very informative and very helpful. She made shopping there a pleasant experience.

Very disappointed with this location. According to their website this location closes at 6pm. We rushed all the way from Stockton to here before they closed. We made it, got in line at exactly 5:24pm only to be told that they are not taking any more customers. So upset. A warning on their website would have been nice “Closing at 5:24”. Waisted time and gas. So freaking mad!!!!!

Went to pick up an item I purchased on line. I was the second person in line when the store opened. Because I had already made my purchase they made me stand outside the store while they brought it out to me ! When I asked about there return/exchange policy they became sarcastic. I asked for the cooperate number they told me to look it up on line. Very poor customer service for a high end store.

Went there yesterday and will never go there again. Arrived there at approximately 5:30 pm. There was an armed security guard at the closed entrance. He was rude. Lady at the door politely but dismissively explained we cant go in due to not having an appointment. She also said the store closes at 6 p.m. and stop letting people in at 5:30. I Explained that we are out of towners. She wouldnt budge and there were not many people in the store.

Every time I go to Louis Vuitton in Roseville I have an absolutely phenomenal experience. The staff is incredibly attentive, warm, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure I have an amazing experience. Specifically, Tatiana has helped my wife and myself with multiple purchases and we absolutely LOVE her! Can’t say enough about what an amazing job she does and the value she adds to our experience.

Immediately as I was entering the store, the staff seemed to have had a great deal of animosity towards my girlfriend and I. We did not feel comfortable at all. Of all the Louis Vuitton stores Ive visited worldwide, I would say that the Roseville location is by far the most improperly managed location there is.

Horrible experience. I was visiting Sacramento and wanted to visit the Louis Vuitton for a new purchase. In SoCal, Newport Beach/ Costa Mesa, I can walk in no problem without having to make a reservation. That isn’t the case at this location. They won’t allow you in without a reservation and there was no negotiating with the employee at front, Even when told we were there to buy a product, she still wouldn’t let us in, we arrived on a Saturday on 5pm, they closed at 7pm. No excuse for this. I did call Louis Vuitton to file a formal complaint, as they also confirmed this was not how locations should manage customers coming in.

We go there right before closing and they said no, to come inside you must have an appointment. we come a few days later and and they said there was a wait, although no one was there. So we asked to make an appointment for the next day and they said you cant do that, you have to come before it opens and talk to a client advisor. Why so complicated? When the mask mandate was still strong and we came in and my dad had been wearing his mask over his mouth and a man asked him to put it over his nose and he said no so the man approached him and got in his face so he went outside then gave me the money for my purchase and bought a bag. Never coming in here again, they judge your ability to buy something from based on your appearance. we have bought many things from there, they should not be treating a returning costumer like that.

Ok I could really care less about the products. not my thing. I will say though, the customer service provided by Jake at this location is top notch. He represents their product better than any individual possibly could. He defines this brand to me and any dollars I ever spend with Louis Vuitton, will be with him and him alone. These Five Stars are all for Him, and because of him. Love to see this individual on my team and if I ever needed a top notch manager with amazing customer service skills, I would throw money his way to try and get him to join my team. This store is lucky to have this rare type of individual representing them and making this store what it is. Also, side note, for those who hate lines, make an appointments and you want waste your day. And when you do, hope you get Jake to help you.

Am I a Louis fan? Yes. Am I a fan of this store? Not really. I know that the brand is selling bags more than ever right now but that shouldn’t be a reason to slack on service. I get that we have to social distance but a 90-120 minute wait just to go into the store is a little ridiculous. At any given time, there are more associates in the store than clients. The wait, even though long, was the least of my problem. It was the service received after the wait. The associate didn’t pull any bags out for me. Didn’t give me an option to order any of the bags I wanted to look at that wasn’t in stock at the store but we’re in stock online. I basically wasted over 2 hours of my day for nothing. I ended up ordering the bag online when I got home. Which is what I’ll be doing from now on.

Waited 2 1/2 hours just to buy a gift card. While in line, my wife asked the manager if we could just purchase one and go, but she was told no. The manager explained that they were only letting a certain number of groups in to make sure that each sales associate gets a commission equally. The long line was not due to Covid-19 restrictions. Very poor customer service to put associate concerns over customer service. Would not recommend shopping at this store. Very frustrating as there is no way to purchase the gift cards online or over the phone.

I only left them a 1 star because I had to grade. Most terrible store since Covid. I have made numerous purchases here prior to Covid but now the line to get in is 3 hours long. I ordered a gift for my husband online and had to return it because it was the wrong size. Just a clean return and I stood 3 hours in line to do that. SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE. They have the slowest advisors and only allow 2-3 people into the store. JUST PATHETIC. If you would like to stand in line for half a day come to this location. Management needs to rethink their customer service.

I always visit the Louis Vuitton in San Fransisco and they always serve me very well, very friendly, but yesterday I had to buy a bag for my girlfriend, because she forgot hers, at home and we had to attend a meeting and we was already late, we decided to visit LV located in the Roseville gallery and there were 5 minutes left to close the store and we were lined up, an older lady came out and told us that it was closed and that they could not attend us, so I answered, I just want to buy a bag I know which one it is, it be super fast, and the old lady answered, I dont care, the store is closed now, and she told us im not going to tend you, you can buy the bag online, or come another day and she just turned around and told the security guy To closed the front door and the security man clearly shows that he does not know what the respect is!!! he turned around and told us, she gave the order to closed thedoor, go away! ....with all the respect let me remind both of you, the old lady and the security guy, you guys are nobody, you guys are just simple workers, and you guys with that attitude and lack of respect for the consumer, no matter what you do, both of you never gonna have what that LV brand represents, Louis vuitton represents pure class, elegance and distinction, and of course being a respectful person!!!! and clearly these two people dont even know what its that means !!!Too bad for the planet that people like this still exist.💔🤦🏻‍♂️

Such beautiful pieces for the holidays & they treated us very respectfully & attentively! Sales Associate 4764 was amazing in 11/2 @ 12:30pm. He asked if it was our first purchase with them & it was. He made everything so easy, also showing us the purses & belts with care. It started to get busy but everyone was being taken care of & greeted while we waited for our bags. I cannot thank your associate enough for taking care of us! We did feel like we needed to dress up a bit for them to take us seriously, but this wasnt the case at all when we actually went. The only thing for 1 star off is I wish there were more items to look at.

Came here with my mom to pick up a purse we had sent in for repair. We called the store to check and see if the purse had come in...it had but no one bothered to inform us. We dropped it off before Thanksgiving and just barely got it back mid January. To start off were not greeted when walking into the store. We were standing there for a good 5 minutes before I had to wave someone down. The lady who handles repairs assisted and I must say if I were to go by her services alone I would never come back. Especially for the amount of money spent. She seemed annoyed we had called, and was rude the entire transaction. To top things off the lock that came with the purse was missing. He was the most attentive, kind, and positive person I have encountered at a high end store. Visited the Roseville Galleria location on a Saturday night. It was a busy evening but sad experience because the sales ladies and the one gentleman failed to even acknowledge me or my husband. I waited around for a good 25 mins for assistance not wanting to cut anyone off who was currently being assisted and not once did any of the staff say, “I’ll be right with you or thanks for your patience.” Customers would enter and walk right up to sales clearly after I was already there waiting and the sales girls did nothing about it. I was clearly invisible! Poor customer service or non-existing...such a different experience than the Louis Vuitton stores in Las Vegas or the Bay area. I will gladly wait to visit those stores again then to hope they treat better next time here in Roseville, CA. Hope this staff from 10/12/19 at 8:15 PM get some customer care training.

This has honestly been the worst Louis Vuitton store I have ever been to! As soon as I arrived, not one soul greeted me. It’s a well kept and clean store, how ever the lack of services is the reason I rate 1 star. The personal doesn’t take one min to greet and offer there services, it seems as if there priority is attending certain race, as if others aren’t able to purchased from this brand. I waited 25 min before someone acknowledged that I was waiting, and only reason I was acknowledged was because I went out of my way to look for personal to help me, only to be told I had to wait some more. My problem was resolved with no problem, but they did loose a $1580.00 purchase I was planning on spending on 2 pair of sun glasses. Walked in this afternoon with the plan of buying a nice new bag and was shocked by the horrific service. Ignored by all three sales associates for 5-7 minutes. Two were with customers and one was on the phone. Completely understand if they are busy, but at least smile and acknowledge your customers. The associate on the phone ended his call and still made no attempt to acknowledge us (we were standing right in front of him) and I finally kindly approached and asked if he could help us. He barely looks up to say he’s really busy doing multiple things and would get to me afterward. No smile, super short. We left, and we’ll be buying online from now on. Regular customers lost today.

Short version: Awesome services~Thank you Garney for the extra miles with aftercare and Big thanks to Joey! This is my first time writing review on Google, I have to do this to express my gratidue to their excellent services.Long version: I have a 8 years old special edition LV bag that I used less than 10 times on Thanksgivings only. As I pulled it out from the original box and dust bag last year (2018), the paint just shed like snow flake all over me and peeled off from every inch of the bag. I was shock and sad that the bag which carried lots of good memories had fallen apart. To be honest, I hasitated to bring it to Roseville LV store after reading the reviews, but this is the only LV in Sac area. I am so glad I did, Garney had asked the main aftercare office in France but the bag wes unrepairable. She went extra miles to her manager who authorized store exchange with the same credit as the original price. Joey SA/manager who is very kind, patient, and professional to help me and my hubby with our new bags.I have been a regular LV customer since 1990, this is the BEST service ever!

Ive been in sales for 11 years and the sales associates in this store need to learn not to judge someone by how theyre dressed or look. When I am not working I do not dress up. I wear suits and heels all week long so on my days off its sweats and no makeup.I went into this store and was greeted with dirty looks and after walking around for 15 minutes I still wasnt asked if I needed help -- which I did. I wanted a certain bag and didnt see it. I walked out empty handed.This is the third time this has happened to me. Jessica you were right customer service terrible sales associate looked in my face and did not acknowledge me and asked another who was wrapping up with customers asked will you be done she said not for long while. Very disappointed with sales associates and stock of inventory. Went into another acessories design store and as soon stepped in very warm reception. Something should be done Im not only person within last 3 days with issue.

They dont stand behind there products! A small clasp broke on an $800 necklace and they said there was nothing they could do to fix it. Buyer Beware
