This was my first time going to a raw leather store and I had no idea what I needed for making leather drawer pulls. The staff was really helpful staff and the selection allowed me to get what I needed. Great experience, highly recommend

Super upset hours for today do varies from what is posted on the website. We drove from 2 hours away and the store was closed. Very upsetting. I understand it is New years eve but still post those hour changes. Staff was in store but closed. Online sales mean nothing when you are getting started and want to talk to a warm body.

Tandy is not a leather goods/apparel store or a furniture store. It is a crafts supply shop for the leather crafting crowd. Tandy always stocks plenty of everything i need. The sales personnel are leather workers themselves, and can answer all of my questions, and make useful suggestions. There is a workbench in the store in case i want to try something out.

Went there for the free weekly sat morning class. The instructor was a pro and provided excellent guidance. Afterwords the staff of the store were a great help in getting me set up with a few tools I was missing to start my craft at home.

Tandy Leather has an amazing selection of Leathermaking equipment and materials. This place is a gem in the Twin Cities. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable without being overbearing. The location isnt the most ideal but the store more than makes up for it in service and the wide breadth of products they stock.

Really extensive product line. However very rude staff that rushed everyone out the door at 6 oclock. If you have to look or dont know exactly what you need then dont to here unless you have plenty of time. Tandy leather, get out of the retail business or get staff has customer service skills.

While they do have most leather related items, they are lacking in customer service. I was only one in the store, but neither of the employees bothered to ask if I needed help.
