Excellent service--kind, respectful, knowledgeable...Ive visited this store 3 times and each time they have been wonderful. I am a soda stream customer and needed help with a small tank.

****Pertaining to the sales of liquid nitrogen****I would not recommend using this company as a supplier of liquid nitrogen in any capacity. Aside from picking up the phone, I am not convinced that they are capable of communicating clearly with the customer or each other. I am genuinely shocked at how many hoops I had to jump through, people I had to chase around, and questions I had to ask in order to make a very simple order.The website is unclear and lacks much of the information necessary for a business to function properly, forcing the customer to call the company and try to hunt down the proper representative.During email correspondence, there were an unacceptable amount of miscommunications, spelling errors, and issues that would have been easily resolved had ANY of the 3 representatives I emailed looked at my prior emails.Earlier this week our second order was cancelled due to an error made while they were creating the account. INSTEAD of calling and notifying us of this cancellation, they decided it was too late in the day and figured it would be fine to just leave the office. Come Monday, our order never arrived, so I called to see what was going on. I was informed that my order was cancelled, they were going to call, and that I now had to talk to an entirely new person about the errors they made in our account. This error alone could have caused us to lose thousands of dollars worth of equipment and inventory.The next person I spoke to said that because of our need for the nitrogen, they were unsure of the type we needed (medical vs. industrial grade). Rather than listen to me, they decided it was something to debate, regardless of their background as a gas supplier and not a scientific entity.After filling out another set of forms that they had neglected to provide, the person emailing us was not informed about the situation at all, and proceeded to ask the same basic questions that we had already answered several times.Im sure these people are more pleasant in their day to day lives, however, as a company, I feel they are lacking in professionalism and common courtesy.As a result, we have decided to terminate our account and use a more competent company.

Rip off, they charge $35 for 5lb CO2 refill while other AirGas stores in Sacramento charge $20.

Always a pleasure coming here for fast and informative service. I do feel their CO2 prices fluctuate a lot though

What can I say... these guys are full of air! All joking aside, Im a novice and had no clue what I was doing and received great help. One of the managers especially went out of his way to help me out... a huge thank you to the team at this location.
