Bad review for bad refund policy.I ordered 2 parts to repair my backhoe. When I ordered them it was supposed to be 2 to 3 day delivery. I got one of the parts on time. After 5 days a asked about the 2nd part and was told it was coming from a different warehouse and I would see it within a week. After 10 more days, I checked again and was told it would be another 3 to 4 weeks. I asked for a refund which they said was no problem but said they wouldnt refund any of the shipping.On the good side, the customer service rep(Rachel) was very nice and the 1 item I got was a good value.

I purchased an altenator for a man lift about six months ago. The online listing said 299 for the generic part or 599 for the authentic part. I went with the generic, but could not purchase, they then called and told me the price for the generic was also 599 and that the authentic was sold out. I get the part and it does not work. The customer support was unable to help me. I took it to an altenator shop, they informed me the regulator was bad and fixed it for $150. The company has told me they will reimburse me nothing. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Rachel was awesome! She exhausted all possible avenues to find a part we were in need of. Even though in the end the part could not be located. The fact that she kept in constant contact through out the process and was extremely professional. 5 Star work Rachel !

1)Parts availability/inventory seems to be good,2)Customer service, ehh, could be improved in areas,3)Shipping...two days to create label and ship in stock product, unacceptable, especially when customer equipment is down.4) Emailed confirmations, takes days5) Payment receipts/invoices takes daysBottom line: it could have just been one of those weeks, but I’m not impressed with what I’ve experienced from Minnpar.

Pleas read in full: So far not very happy I placed an order on 8/21 paid for FEDEX 3 day still have not received my parts or an email updating me as of 8/28. Unfortunately I have a machine down waiting on my parts which frustrates me even more. I will update if the problem is resolved soon.After speaking with Maria Piazza who was very y professional and courteous. Maria explained that on my order I had mark ship altogether, therefore the only part that was holding my order up was a nut. I made a large purchase from Minnpar a couple of months ago . I needed to rebuild the transmission for a michigan 45b bulldozer . I was unable to find these parts anywhere else but Minnpar.
