I went in to purchase 2 bottles of ImmuDefenseSyrup. The sign clearly read $23.94 so I decided to buy 4 bottles. When I went to the register they rang up $42.99 each. I told the cashier you made a mistake your sign is showing $23.94. Another lady came over and said she would only sell me 2 bottles at that price and would contact her manager to see if he would sell me the other 2 bottles at $23.94. Imagine my surprise when the manager called and told me it was not fair for me to get the other 2 bottles at $23.94 as he was loosing $100. He told me the price is labeled on the back of the bottle and would not honor the labeled price. Bad practice

These people are a blessing! Having such a wonderful business here, with very knowledgeable people on staff that can help you with various things is rare, something you dont find with the big chain stores. I really like on Wednesdays that they have the discounts for people over 55 so we can buy the supplements we need to stay stronger. For over 15 years the Roseville store has been my source for supplements. I appreciate that they carry quality products, have great sales and offer a punch card, which also saves me money. Laura and Brent are amazing sources of knowledge, and their recommendations have always helped me, even when traditional medicine failed. I came into the store looking for a product that my wife has been using for the last 7-10 yrs. Stay In Balance Progesterone with Iodine and to my amazement, its no longer available. This product helps my wife and other products dont work as well. Store Rep sadly couldnt tell me when or if it will be available again. HUH?

I have been a customer for 20 plus years but will not return. When shopping there none of the employees had face masks on. When I spoke to the manager he informed me that placer county health told them they didn’t have to and they are inconvenient for staff. After some discussion it was clear that this store does not really care about customer safety and health but cares about their own inconvenience. I found my CBD products on line direct for a fraction of price at sunrise and also found my probiotics at Whole Foods. Btw I also checked the placer county health recommendations and they DO RECOMMEND face coverings.

Such a neat little store! When you walk in you don’t expect it to have the selection it has. We go here over Whole Foods or other larger scale natural stores because their selection is specific yet vast, & the service received by the employees is amazing. They have clearly been trained in what they sell and can offer a wealth of answers to my questions.

The staff is polite and helpful, so, for their sake would love to give them more stars. However, today (3/11/20), I had a previously signed up appointment with a dr. that discussed homeopathic medicine according to each individuals needs. I was really looking forward to it, and even called again before I came. A staff worker directed me where to sit (next table by the doctor), and said the dr. will be right with you. I waited and waited.The dr. and lady he was with completely ignored me. Each person is signed up for a half hour slot. They rudely kept talking through my whole appt. time, so I just left. The staff person saw me still waiting and said nothing to anyone.Theyve lost my business for good. Good luck to anyone else to talk to this man. The whole process seems very unorganized to me!

Love this store. I was intimidated at first because I didnt know what I wanted what it looked like or how to ask. I only knew I wanted to shop where the majority of the the foods offered were real, not GMO, minimally processed and sustainable. It took about three visits before I stepped out of my comfort zone. I needed help with almost everything on my list. The staff is gracious, educated and enthusiastic about what they do.The produce is beautiful. The bulk section is great too. I still have to read labels here. Im pleased more often than disgusted which was what was happening at conventional grocery stores.The only reason it doesnt get five stars is I am still a carnivore. I have to go to Sinclair Family Farms or Sac Food Co-op for meat.

I went in to buy CBD oil. Spoke with a store advisor and bought a highly recommended bottle of CBD oil. I was never told by the advisor nor the checkout employee this was a non returnable product. The bottle said to place on top of tongue only. When I tried my first dose, It burned my tongue and throat really bad and The taste was awful. When I went in to return it. They told me it wasnt returnable or exchangeable....Very rude! Terrible customer service, now Im out of 45 dollars and will never go back to that store again!

This is a nice store and the are very helpful. They have a selection of products that some stores do not carry. My only suggestion would be to stick to the science when discussing alternative products with clients. While I am very open to alternative medicine, I want to see double blind studies when determining if a treatment is right for me. The other day I was looking at a product and the associate started telling me how another product had made him have prophetic dreams that came true. Had I not already read the research and known that the supplement I was looking at had support from double-blind studies performed by the University of California, I would have walked out of the store right then and there.

Defiantly my favorite health foid store for supplements and more. They have the most knowledgeable staff i have ever experienced in a store like that and if by chance they are not sure about something or if im looking for alternatives for a product, vitamin or herb, they will look it up. I have been going to the Roseville store for many years now, sometimes even twice a week when I wanted to find a more natural approach to fight my babys ailments. Each time I have met helpful store associates and learned some incredible tips especially from Laura and Alden. They are as knowledgeable as they are helpful. Only few times the store was out of the supplements I needed and I had to find them elsewhere or wait for them to be in stock. I have recommended this place to most people I know.

This was the only store in either Sacramento County or southern Placer County where I could find a wheatgrass juicer. Thank you for helping me to grow and juice wheatgrass at home again (after a move here in January from a different part of California).

If you need anything that is health conscious this is the place to go. The staff is really great and eager to help you and not just to find stuff but if you have questions about what things do and how they help you they have extensive knowledge.
