I went here last Saturday and got a bowl, panini and smoothie. Food was exceptional. A little on the pricey side but to me it was worth it.

Customer service is beyond unbelievable. their so stingy with everything and do not allow subs. they take FOREVER to confirm orders and never get any of it right. the manager is nice but also not a good manager over all. all of the employees don’t care about their job and are extremely unprofessional and rude, whole location is trash overall because of poor management and lack of care for customer service. overall it’s overpriced and need better customer service

People were no e and attempted to be helpful but this place nickel and dimes you for everything. They dont allow subbing ingredients... If you take something out of your bowl/smoothie and want to add a different ingredient they will change you for that and give you a minuscule amount of it. Asking to add protein... $.75 for a teaspoon of protein!!! Thats like 1 gram of protein.. its a joke! Definitely wont be coming here again..

Feel like i got ripped off honestly. Bought a panini and ginger shot, basically got avocado toast, and lemon juice. Over priced, small portioned healthy food

Ordered an immunity bowl here today, a $14 item and when I started to eat it I found a giant chunk of frozen mango in it. I asked for it to be remade but the girl said nothing could be done because I had eaten a small portion of it and they were closing (in 30 minutes). There was no attempt to fix the issue at all. Overall a very frustrating experience.Update: Continued eating and found more unblended chunks of mango.

The other reviews are correct....the customer service is absolutely horrible....its literally garbage. An older lady that works there is super rude...like next level rude...gave me a headache taking my order...the bowl was not freash at all...tasted very dry...definitely my first and last time....-3 stars if I could...1 star is being nice

We were visiting from Sacramento and we had been craving a vitality bowl because its been some time since weve had one. Theres no other alternative for the vitality bowl flavor we were wanting. The staff here was super friendly and accommodated us with ice storage for our dessert bowls for the ride home. Looking forward to our after dinner snack tonight.

Disgusted by the horrible customer service. The girl who served me (dyed red hair & an a ton of makeup) was extremely rude from the moment I walked in. This is exactly why this place doesn’t get a lot of business. At least train your employees to treat their customers like healthy HUMAN BEINGS not like lepers that are about to infect you. And by the way, the state has exemptions for people with health conditions that cannot cover their face. Your private business is not above the government and you cannot treat such people the way you do. This is my last time supporting your establishment. You’ve lost a customer who’s been supporting you since you’ve opened and many more who refuse to support you because of your ridiculous customer service and lack of knowledge regarding face coverings. Keep treating people the way you do & you’ll be out of business in no time.

So disappointed in this place. Not only did they get my panini order wrong so after paying for Postmates I still had to go in for the correct order. To top it off they told me their juicer just wasnt that good for the kale in my juice I over payed for. I payed $6-$7 for apple juice... I go here all the time but thats definitely the last. You cant seriously tell mr theres kale in this. 🙄

I went to an awesome acai bowl place in sandiego that knew how to do it, whatever bowl size you order they fill that puppy full and lots of fruit til its over the top. That was for a medium bowl overstuffed for the grand price of $9 and the line was out the door. People were excited for what they were gonna get.Happy delighted customers is what you want. First time here because a few friends recommended it. Definitely will be my last time. Upon entering I see the large menu for Acaí bowls was attempting to make a simpliar blend in my head an older lady came out just looked at me and walked back to the kitchen. Struck me odd for a restaurant type of place, typically GOOD customer service is when someone walks in you say welcome in, or have you been here before? Can I help you out with something & or reccommend. None of that occured today. I have been to a few places for acai bowls locally as well as out of town and the standard price Ive paid is $10. Here I ended up paying $14+ that had no point of sense to it especially since the bowl I wanted and ordered was just acai/pitaya/kiwi/bee pollen. I asked for chia seeds & granola as well however, that seemed to go over the womans head since its not in their typical set of combinations. Hence, it never making its way into my bowl. Nothing serious; but it seemed to be anuisance for the lady to process because she seemed to be more focused on the bowls appearance than the actual request of the customer. After my bowl was ready she brought it out then asked if I wanted a bag. I said no its fine, she then said, well I hope it tastes good because thats not a common mixture....I said oh it will taste just fine because thats what I always get. My bowl was good as I anticipated, but my overall experience was not a good one and I wont be back!

This is my favorite place to get an açaí bowl. The nutty and dessert bowls are my favorite! I always get very generous portions.

I would have to say this is one of my favorite places that I go on a regular basis, I always get the vitality bowl with extra granola. It’s always consistent and delicious I have been going to vitality Bowl Since it opened I love this place. I have been concerned about this place closing down because of the covid virus she’s barely staying afloat financially so if you love this place as much as I do please support this business by telling other people and remembering to go by there to get something to go

I’ve been coming here a while and love the options they have! Delicious fresh smoothie bowls and drinks. Only drawback is that it’s nearly impossible to get an employee to notice you if they’re in the kitchen cutting up fruit. I try waving at the window to the kitchen but they can’t notice me. They have a sign letting people know, but maybe they should put a bell or camera?

Olivia and another team member harassed us for not wearing a mask properly even though we ordered and sat down wayy in the back. My friend was wearing it properly & I pulled it down a little under since I legit cannot breathe in one and get horrible reactions wearing one. Olivia rushes out and starts harrasing us saying we arent wearing masks and that she can see us from the back. We were so confused as to what she was talking about. I pulled it over my nose but lightly held it out since I cant breathe and she told me to leave outside. Will be calling corporate to file a complaint. I will never be coming back even though I highly recommend it to everyone. To top it off the smoothies came out like water, probably intentional.

Great place and good Acai bowls. My only complaint is that there was an enormous piece of banana unblended in the bottom of my bowl.

I went here for the first time last weekend and had a great experience. After signing up for the rewards I had $3 off a bowl and decided to use it and try the mobile ordering at the same time. I loved that you could order and choose to pay when you got there so you didnt have to input a payment method into the app. I got there early to pay and it was already ready, service overall was fantastic. As for the food, I really enjoyed the breakfast smoothie bowl I got and appreciated how careful they were with allergies. They had gluten free options available and everything tasted awesome! Its a little out of my way in terms of location but Im looking forward to going again sometime soon, there are so many things to try!

Food is good, but not sure its worth dealing with the snotty stuck up workers they have.

Love this place. The chain has a great rewards system and app. Staff is friendly and my bowl is always fresh with perfectly ripe fruit.

This place is pretty great. The food was good and they were very accommodating in putting together a large order for me. They only get four starts because of the price, its a bit high for acai bowls, but it is Roseville so I probably should have expected that. High marks for great service!

Fantastic food, not just healthy but superfood options. This one actually has the best customer service out of the ones I have been to. Also its so rare to be able to find a restaurant with grass fed beef!! This place has an excellent sirloin panini that has grass fed beef😋

Their Tropical Paradise smoothie is delicious!! Naturally sweet, healthy, and the perfect guilt-free pick me up that I needed for my busy day. And the owner, Dana, is very sweet and great at making suggestions. Thanks, guys!

First week of operation the service was slower than normal. Now the service is quick, love the atmosphere, and the food. Well I crave the food. I usually order a breakfast for the next day. Cant say enough about this place

On the pricier side for a smoothie bowl, but the quality is top notch and the bowls leave you satisfied like a full meal.

I ordered avocado toast! Bad quality wheat bread, smashed avocado did not taste like real avocado, very plain. I was very disappointed!!!!! Never again! Juice was great!

It was my first time at this place and I will never go back. I ended up paying $40 for two salads and two small paninis. So they had this promotion going on that if you bought a salad, your Panini cost 4.99. So I ordered two salads and to Paninis. They brought our salads first and I was waiting for the panini but it never showed up. So I go to the lady who was taking orders and ask what happened to our sandwiches. She said she didnt order the Paninis for us. So I asked her to order the order them. Instead of throwing in a sandwich for free because it was her mistake or offering something else, she wanted to charge me for the full price of sandwiches. I had to tell her to fix the price to what it was for the promotion. When the sandwiches finally showed up, it was a layer of cheese and a thin layer of meat. It didnt even taste good!

Probably the best service Ive had in a long time, food was delicious and filling.

The service is quick and the bowls are delicious! I also love the fact that they have other food options for those who dont enjoy vitality bowls, including a kids menu.

This place is great for healthy foods, we love coming here after a nice long hike!They do close at 6pm on Sundays although Google keeps saying they close at 8pm.
