This pharmacy really came through in a pinch for me after I had to get my prescriptions transferred from another competing pharmacy. They texted my phone and gave me updates and let me know as soon as it was available. The real-time updates on my phone alleviated the anxiety of how long it would take the prescriptions to be filled. Fast, convenient and as always plenty of parking.

Making a vaccine appointment was very easy. I was in and out within 15 min. Austin was very friendly and efficient!

If you depend on your medications dont use this pharmacy. As soon as I get my complete order...which isnt easy_ Im changing pharmacies.

Im really astounded by the staffs continued lack of care in regards to their patients and their patients prescriptions. I know this is a stressful time for us all but the apathy of your staff is ridiculous. Also you continue to never have my prescription in stock same day. Now I usually call ahead of time but we had a family emergency. So I ran out and needed it today. You wont have it until tomorrow and your staff took no effort to help me or even check if they had a few in stock. I am now finally transferring to Walgreens. I should have months ago.

I like going to this Meijer every once in a while. The only problem is, no matter what time of the day you go, its always crowded. Good produce and deals overall. Just be prepared to wait in line a little longer than usual.

Worst pharmacy of my life. They seem to be constantly busy, so its very disappointing at their lack of staff for the volume of customers. Waited in line 30 minutes to finally get up to the front just to be told they hadnt gotten to my rx that had been sent over from urgent care 2 hours earlier. Then waited additional half hour for them to fill, and once again had to wait in line! From all the complaints from customers in line, it seemed to be a common problem, and most certainly will never be returning.

Customer service is trash at best. No conversational skill at all and left us to wait an hour and a half without calling to say that the order was ready for pickup.

THE WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The people working are SO RUDE. You wait days for prescriptions because they are never stocked. There are ALWAYS long lines and only 1 person able to help. And when you call to ask if it your prescription is ready because its been well over 24 hours they tell you that you are not the only customer and they are busy. Its almost not worth the mperks.

Always have my scripts ready within an hour or two. Its faster if you go inside. I dont recommend the drive thru unless there isnt a line.

Was great at first but now I have nothing but problems. I have about 6 reoccurring prescriptions and either Meijer fails to refill or has to order it but doesnt make sure the right one is ordered. Was also given the wrong medicine once too...

Pulled in the drive thru and there was 3 cars ahead of me, sat in drive thru stuck for over an hour to get to prescriptions. This is ridiculous, the ones you should wait in a pharmacy drive they is 15 to 20 minutes.

Im being treated like Im a drug addict because Neurotons are now a controlled substance. My doctor called the pharmacy and talked to staff and Meijer pharmacy denies receiving a call. Mike tried telling me its too soon to fill. The doctor has ordered the pills and Im paying out of pocket for them. The short end is I keep getting the run-a-round while my pain continues in full force.

I will never go to Meijer pharmacys again. I feel that their staff sometimes dont know what theyre doing. I will be going back to Sunshine pharmacy in Clinton township.

No one ever goes to do a review when people do their jobs well. Doctor called the wrong location to set up prescription; team takes the time to search their network, confirm their inventory, and they transferred the meds to the right store. Well done and thanks...

I checked around to every pharmacy in our area and talked to the head Pharmacist in each store I had special drug orders that needed to be filled on time. Most of the Pharmacists were nothing special.....then I found Meijers! All go way out of their way to be helpful, I dont know why people said negative things they must have been in the wrong Pharmacy.

I was 1st car in drive thru was told one moment, watched 2 different people walk in to pharmacy after that and get there prescriptions and walk out . Waited 10 minutes buzzed again . Got ticked off and left . Transferred 8 prescriptions to another pharmacy. I was picking up a prescription that my doctor sent and the pharmacy confirmed from june 3rd ......27 days ago . NEGATIVE 3 STARS

If I could give a zero star rating, I would.My prescriptions are always wrong and never ready even after I get called saying they’re ready for pick up.I even picked up cephalexin liquid, and got all the way home to find out they “forgot” to reconstitute it...

It is a very busy pharmacy, but the techs are some of the best I have ever meet. They go out of their way to help where they can. Wait times can be long.

The pharmacy is extremely slow on a more or less consistent basis. They are the absolute bottom of the barrel. You could be treated better at almost any other pharmacy in the city.

Go in on a Monday, not busy. Drop off script while I shop. Ask how long, they say 20min,1hr 30 min later its ready. I was told someone left sick. Now I wouldnt mind if that wasnt the same excuse given to me the last 3 times I went there. The place is a joke. Id probably spend less time finding my fathers blood pressure meds in a back alley drug deal. So Id say go somewhere else.

Waited over 20 minutes and that was with one car in front of me! Finally got to pull up and waited again to even talk to anyone. Unbelievable how long it took to get one prescription

It does take awhile but when its your turn they take their time with you, they are very helpful, explaining everything. i appreciate my pharmacy, dome of you should be ashamed by the way you think bad timing on your part constitutes emergency on theirs

They are ALWAYS out of antibiotics. Im sorry were out of that, we had to order it and we will have it in 5 days! Ridiculous, youre a pharmacy, learn to have enough medication on hand, especially amoxicillin!!

I am 54 and medications have been a part of my whole life and this pharmacy is the worst by far.....even across the USA .....there is no excuse...over the past 2 years has beenrapidly going down hill well congrats .......theyve hit rock bottom!! Sad that you have to press 1 star to post

For at least the last couple months I have had increasingly difficult problems getting my medication from the pharmacy. Either its closed when the sign clearly shows it should be open (this has happened multiple times,) or my prescription cannot be filled in a timely manner, or at all.I had a tooth pulled and was prescribed pain killers, and the pharmacy tech told me they were only doing antibiotics that day. How is that even possible?

I would like to file a complaint with the pharmacy. I brought a prescription for an inhaler to be filled because im pregnant and have pneumonia. The pharmacist would not fill the rx because it needed a prior auth. I asked them to call my dr to change it to something else and the pharmacist told me i shouldnt be using it. I called the emergency on call obgyn and the dr said i NEEDED the inhaler because i have pneumonia and cannot breath and to ask the pharmacy to call again. I called the pharmacy and told the girl how important i needed them to call my dr for an inhaler my insurance covered. She said they would. I took a nap at home and woke up to call them and they were closed. I called the urgent care i was seen at and they said the pharmacist never called. I am very upset. Im pregnant and im limited to the medicine i can take. My dr said the pharmacist had no right to tell me not to use the inhaler or to wait until monday for the inhaler to be covered by my insurance for a prior auth which would have me use the very inhaler she said not to use. I asked her twice to call. She said she would and she didnt. I am very upset. I worked in a pharmacy for 9 years and know a quick phone call would have solved my problem but they did not care. Hopefully i do not end up in the ER this weekend since the pharmacy refuses to help me breathe.

Why isnt a half/zero star rating possible? Waiting 2 hours for a scrip that was supposed to take 15 minutes to get, hours after it was called in.

The woman who helped me was very nice and I dont feel it took any longer than normal to pick up my prescription, but I wasnt given everything that was sent in to be filled, and there was no mention of my second script not being ready for pickup.

One hour and a half in the drive thru. Not making this up at all. There were 3 cars total.

Slowest drive thru ever! I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for one prescription! Gave them my drivers license and all they kept saying is someone will be with you shortly! This happens every time I go there! Choose another Meijer!
