I have been going to Dr Hendricks on/off for 25 years and I have been very happy with my weight loss. Things like pregnancy and stress in my life made my weight totter. I’m back on the program and my weight is once again coming off. I have lost 16.4 lbs in 6 weeks-this is the only program for me that works. Also most importantly after the 1st week my blood pressure was already coming down to normal.This time I will be following through to Maintanence and keeping the weight off for good. The staff is a delight-Paula and Dr Hendricks are always there to help you at anytime. When I go in I feel like family...they are the best!!!

Love the doctors and the nurses, however the new reception staff has become very rude to the point I am considering finding another facility to manage my health. I work 3 jobs and have a hard time finding room for any appointments. The receptionist was very rude when I asked if I could get a refill for 1 week until I was able to come in. I understand protocols and I was ok with her saying no, but when she said It only takes 15 minutes for an appointment, that is how long you would wait for a refill anyways which is NOT true I have waited up to 30 minutes for both! Besides, that - her just arguing with a paying customer is just not what I would expect for a wellness center that should have excellent customer service.

Very expensive. Ended up spending almost $600 just to get started and the meds they prescribed didnt work for me. I told them that at the initial appointment by the way... The food allowed for the first week was HORRIBLE tasting. I do have to admit I did lose 10 pounds the first week. I absolutely 100% stuck to the diet simply because there was no way I was going to let all that money go to waste! But by the second week it was just too hard. I Googled how to stay on an 800 calorie a day diet and got the same information for free and it was with regular food much better tasting. I wish I had Googled before spending $600 for this place. UGH. Take my advice, you can do it yourself. Save your money.

Dr Hendricks, Paula Hendricks, Nutritionist, Molly FNP, Cheryl FNP, and all their support staff have changed my husbands and my life! I have so far lost 22 lbs and my husband has lost 34 lbs, since September 2016. They taught us how to eat to lose weight and basically how to make to make good choices in life.
