Great groceries... A little on the pricey side but everything they have is fresh and delicious...

Easy to find items I needed. Very fast checkout with pleasant cashiers...forgot an item so I had 2 separate cashiers.

They are open 24 hours and I love that

All I can say is that Safeway is always top notch. From the produce section to the meat section you’re always in good hands. Bathrooms are clean and cashiers are friendly. My only complaint would be the graffiti on the bathroom wall. I’ve seen worse, but this pro-drug message isn’t good especially for young children to see. My uncle Ronnie smoked 3 marijuanas in 1984 after watching Smokey and the Bandit in 3D and nearly murdered his entire family. Say NO to drugs!

Safeway store in Roseville. Pretty average and about what youd expect. Well laid out.

This is a good Safeway their Starbucks is pretty big.

Clean and orderly store. Great deals using the just4U discounts in the Safeway app, but really read the fine print before you take the deal. Mostly okay. Not my preferred supermarket though because prices are jacked up vs WalMart for example. Thats too much to pay for convenience.

I love to go shopping at Safeway! They have everything food related you could imagine. Im a generally happy person when I give reviews but I love Safeways service. The only thing that I would complain about is their bagging service... They make you bag your own food if you brought your own bags. But otherwise Safeway is pretty awesome.

I was looking for a specific flavored birthday cake(last minute as usual & German Chocolate, or nothing) for my soon to be step son, I called spike with James( very polite, courteous and what a help) YES, he had 1 10 German Chocolate Bday cake and he would hold it for me!!!!! James even put HAPPY BIRTHDAY(name) on it!! Have him do your cake lettering its fantastic!! THANK YOU JAMES YOU SAVED MY EVENING!!!! Your an asset to Safeway Bakery!!!

Clean store, pleasant staff.

Bakery customer service was very professional and got both my cakes right to exactly how my girls want it and the cakes taste great. Place is clean and well stocked.

Slighty expensive as always, but this time they had several lanes open. :)Safeway is great because you know that they will have anything that you need. That makes up for the prices, but it is definitely not where I do my weekly shopping.

Today is my birthday (12/30) and I was trying to find a Banana Cream Pie. The Safeway near my house was completely out -frozen or fresh. Taylor answered my call and went the extra mile to find out if they had one (they had several) and she went to the bakery and got one and put it at the customer service desk for me as I was on the way. Shout out to Marshall who tried to flag down a manager for me to put a good word in (he was on a lunch break), and she gave me the info to go online to compliment Taylor. Great crew you have there! Got to love your local store

Drove from Sacramento County to TWO Safeway stores in Roseville, following Google leads for the Burrata cheese my wife needed for a recipe. When I finally located the Deli/Specialty area where cheeses are on display, I showed the Burrata image on my phone to their Cheese Man who was stocking: He happened to have what I was looking for right in his hand! Karma payday!

Excellent choice and very friendly cashiers. Ill highly recommend this Safeway to all that are nearby.

Safeway is always a fast and (mostly) affordable grocery solution in my town. This particular location is great in terms of customer service.

Just went into get second Covid shot.

Now that they have self checkout its a great place to shop.

This Safeway has the best bakery hands down. I always order cakes from here for work or family parties. Very creative designs and tastes amazing every time! They even make cupcake cakes.

Always my go too store, clean, well stocked, quality, competitive and friendly.

The produce manager here is alway really helpful. He always seems to know everything about what is going on at the store. I have had one or two problems with my food over the months and raleys always helps me out by making it right.

They had a minimal amount of seafood but in their defense I was there at the very last minute Xmas Eve. they were pretty much sold out of shellfish. Safeways prices compared to like WinCo or Walmart are super high unless they are on sale. Their staff though is super nice and stories pretty clean

Lovely store

Love this Safeway. Nice clerks, pharmacist, baggers and other personnel. I brought a watermelon from here. Sweet, juicy and yummy. I also brought some crab legs and shrimp as well. They were nice and plump. Thanks Safeway. Ill be back.

Safeway in Roseville is a great place to shop. I went to pick up some medication from the pharmacy and while I was there I picked up some items for the holiday festivities. I give Safeway 5 Stars.because Safeway always has a variety of items for holidays and for regular everyday use . such as olives, hors doeuvres and specialty cheese and wine. I enjoy all of that coming from SafewayBesides its a One-Stop store you dont have to travel all over the universe to buy certain items. you can basically buy what you need in Safeway and thats why Ill give them five points.

I asked for help & I was brushed off like clerk was to busy to help me. And I felt cheated from the $5.00 meal with very little seving. Thats why only two stars. Plenty of carts & clean. But, very poor customer help.

Fantastic neighborhood market :)

Something changed. New workers are on the verge of rude, and despite a sign pointing to Sanitized Carts, they return dirty carts without even wiping them down. This used to be my favorite local store.

This recent experience was qwik. In & out. Just bought 1 thingx4. HOWEVER, the last visit was a bust. Went in for the same 1 thing (latte) when it was on sale but they were out of th flavor I wanted. How come I wasnt offered a rain check. Stores dont do that any more? Especially during a lockdown? Hmmmmm

Very good quality of product, bakery is good but not always staffed well or even accommodating. Aisles are very narrow. Just added self checkout but could be expanded. Deli section is good and plentiful choice.

Large Safeway that is open 24 hours for shopping convenience. When my close home base stores are closed and I want to avoid a crowded busy atmosphere Ill shop here after 10 P.M. It is easy to navigate and find what your looking for. Safeway has expanded its vendor products over the past few years and carries most products you will find at Whole Foods and even Nugget Markets.

I only shop here for the basics and availability is hit or miss.

Safeway never has issues. I just find the prices to be to high but their always located where its convenient for me.

In the past this Safeway has never been my favorite. But the staff at the Peasant Grove/Roseville Parkway location has really stepped it up and are extremely cordial and helpful. The produce still is awful and I will never buy any produce there. I find this rather frustrating because the Safeway iin the higher end areas like Granite Bay have much nicer produce..

Clean store, friendly service. I actually forgot an item and the clerk ran it out to ke as I was leaving. Happy to see a Safeway in my new neighborhood that is both 24 hours and has kind, friendly staff who are helpful and welcoming to their customers. Huge step up from the SF Bay. Well done guys.

Fast and easy. One of my go to places for fresh produce. Always pleasant and polite at checkout too!

Seems like a nice place. Its a Safeway and therefore a fairly familiar business. Just so happens it was late they only had one register open. Got in line behind a woman who was buying $400 worth of groceries for a family gathering. But she had over $100 worth of coupons. Was having problems reconciling everything. The staff was very helpful to her but a little slow to open another register for the line building behind her.

It is friendly, clean and sells fairly reasonably priced foods.

I am a very big fan of their soups!

Nice store with a wide selection of brands . The in-house bakery is also good and serves tasty stuff. There is no self-checkout counter here which is a bummer. There is always a big line and it would be great if they had a self checkout option.They have a lunch counter here which prepares fresh sandwiches just like Subway, which is cool. Overall, a nice place to shop.

All good food variety and easy shopping! The employees are always helpful and smiling. One of the differences from other stores is that Safeway offer a discount on fuel for my autos with purchases. Fresh veggies and fruits are important to me, Safeway has what need and more!
