They referred me to some excellent granite selections and finishes that would protect my investment. They were extremely knowledgeable and patient with me during the decision process (I was a bit indecisive selecting the colors). The price was perfect!!! Had to replace our cooktop and the cutout in the granite counter top had to be enlarged. Needed to cut a little on each side, they came in with the correct equipment including a vacuum unit. This allowed them to enlarge the cutout without any mess. Exceptional service. Very pleased and would recommend them for your granite needs.

American Granite Tops installed our new quartz kitchen countertop and 3 bathroom granite tops.They handled all our questions professionally and guided us through the process because we had zero knowledge of either. Additionally our kitchen counters are not a ‘cookie cutter’ type layout. They have very complex design and the fit was exceptional. A bonus is they are a friendly group of people to work with which makes it comfortable to ask any question.Selecting countertops was more complex than we ever imagined and they walked us through it with no pressure.

They got me in fast, listened to all custom requests I made, found me a higher gauge sink than the standard offering at my request, and didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need or want. Excellent customer service after the install as well. The backsplash and fixtures are DIY (obviously still needs trim and paint). American Granite did the custom countertop and sink.

American Granite was the company that I choose to manufacture and install our granite Kitchen counter tops after getting quotes from at least 5 other companies. The American Granite job quote was more than 1/2 the price of all of the other 5 companies. They also worked with me and were very patient as I found the exact pattern granite that I was looking for (this took about a month as I was very picky) they never rushed me to select another granite piece and then the installation process and measuring process was extremely precise and professional. American Granite Top Inc. did the granite for my kitchen and two bathrooms. They did a wonderful job and it really gives the house the pop it needed. Iuli came and gave measurements and gave his advise on how to match the colors and he broke down the different style of cuts and options for sinks I could use. I was very impressed. Amazing company. They were completely professional throughout the entire process of fabricating and installing our quartz countertops for our remodeled kitchen. The owner personally came out and did the template and gave us a fantastic price. The installers were very professional and left no trace that they had come to our home other than our new quartz countertop. On top of it, they were all able to do this during a global pandemic.

I called everywhere to have a sink instslled underneath granite countertop.Most granite companies/plumbers wouldnt do it (either didnt know no how or because of the complexity, no sides underneath to support the sink). I called American Granite after calling what seemed to be 20 others. They came out in an hour. Secured the sink into the granite, epoxy beneath, removed the plumbing too.They did a great job way below any cost others who were willing to try but with no guarantees.I highly recommend them.

Cant recommend this company highly enough. After Lowes and Hard Rock let us down American Granite Tops pulled out all the stops and got things done for us. The girls in the office are top notch - super efficient and knowledgeable. After the sink supplied by Lowes was discovered to be damaged they managed to find a sink to replace it in their store room so we could finally get our counter tops installed, saving us weeks of further aggravation. All in all a skillful team who work superbly together to get the job done on time and on budget.

The staff and owner of American Granite Tops went out of their way to satisfy us! We are very happy with the granite production and installation. This is not the first time, but our 3rd experience with them. In all cases they are easy to work with and if you run into the owner, you would think he is one of the hard-working people who everyday work there. Above all, they have a CNC machine for complex jobs - this was one of my concerns as other shops will notch your drywall to get a complex shape to fit (if you prefer your own backsplash). Not with these guys - their CNC and laser measurement will get the perimeter to fit your wavy walls within 1/8” and their overall cost is lower than everybody else.Other companies will charge by sq. ft but their sq. ft will be the slab with scrap. These guys will charge you for actual installed sq. ft. Their pricing is understandable, clear and fair. Beware of craftsman experts that are old school - they use cardboard for complex jobs and gouge your walls to get it to fit and their measurements yield higher sq. ft so the cost is overall higher then American Granite Tops.I need to mention the installers – great guys, they have more than 1 crew and both crews were quick, polite and paid attention to detail. On one job, there was a slight imperfection with the granite stone – they use a filler kit with UV light and smoothed it out so it is not even noticeable. Be ready to tell them how many holes are needed, and they will drill them on the spot, no problem.I highly recommend them.

Christen and company provided Outstanding service for our beautiful granite. But what really counts is the after service, as we had an issue with a drawer hitting our oven door. One call to Christen resulted in immediately sending out Arthur and Ulee to completely resolve the issue. They were very professional and would not leave unless I was totally satisfied. The customer service is amazing, very helpful employees from the office staff, to the personal that measures, and those that do the installation. Lovely selection of quartz and granite, very quick turn around. Perfectly fabricated and installed.Their prices were 2/3 less than a competitors a mile away. At American granite I simply walk in-the competitor requires an appointment and their schuled was difficult for me to work with.For the last project the man came to measure during the coldest day of the year, he had to go through a snow covered yard to measure cabana house, mail service was even cancelled this day- but American granite showed as scheduled!Then for the installation day we had an ice storm- every other trade cancelled on me that day- but not American granite! They arrived as scheduled.Professional, fast, friendly, quality serice.For those with small projects they have a Great selection of remnant pieces at “rock” bottom prices.

Our granite counter tops look great! We had an unforeseen problem with the kitchen sink--no fault of the companys--that required the AGT team to modify the sink cutout onsite after the granite top was already installed--no small task. The owner, himself, and his son came out and did the cutout modification and sink installation. Their custom work looked as good as if the job had been done with a CNC in the shop. They were also the most reasonably priced granite fabricator in the area. We got quotes from 6 places--including one that advertises on TV--and some were as much as 50% more expensive. It was ridiculous. Long story short, American Granite Tops is a family business and they treated me fairly and with respect. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

I wont allow this company back in my house!!!Supposedly the owner has 14 years experience - I feel sorry for the quality of work the customers had to accept and that I will not accept. One problem I had is the Granite was not straight on the cabinets. 1/2 inch difference in the overhang from one end of the counter to the other and on the otherside of the kitchen the corner is about 3 inches away from the actual corner of the cabinet. I was told I had to accept this as my cabinets are not square. Puzzling to me as my old formica looked straight and corners lined up.Then when I fired them, the owner (Lorenzo)told me I had to wait 2 weeks for refund of my deposit and for them to come pick up the Granite.2 weeks has come and gone and I havent heard from them at all. I have now gone 3 weeks without a kitchen sink or dishwasher.This company sucks big time!!! Prices were great but workmanship is shotty at best. Also, when going to the store on Groesbeck I was told to call ahead to make sure someone is there- due to me going 3 times during posted open hours to find the office door locked.And just saying, all the workers I encountered appear to be anything but American!Going tomorrow to order the same Granite from a different company.I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Called​ to tell me my peice was done, went there for them to look around for 20 minutes to tell me I cant find it, thanks for wasting 2 of my days, one to pick it out and the other to pick up stuff that wasnt there, I took a refund and left this mismanaged store
