Very slow to get unloaded, 3 hours for 2 pallets thats way too much!

Dont waste your time like we did! Poor customer service, beware! The only good thing I can say because they tried to charge us $2,000 more during checkout than originally quoted we found the almost identical slabs at MSI for 1/3 of the price. I really dont know how they are keeping the doors open.

I purchased Cosentino-Silestone - worst product sorry I was talked into it by CounterFit - chips and mars easily - worst customer service they denied warranty (less then 1 year old) without even looking at their POS product - do not buy from them. I would not even give them 1 star. Horrible service.

I love Cosentino products. I recently sold my house in California and I was able to transfer my warranty to the new buyers. I will be putting their product in my new home here in Texas!

Im leaving this review as we still wait to hear and have this company finish what they started. But long story short, they have had to reschedule 3 times now. And this may sound weird but, one of the times they reschedule one of the employees stated that there was now reason showing why they had to reschedule. That is what put me over. I then called Gary a so called manager. After a few conversations he hung up on me because some of my frustrations where being expressed. We had to reschedule a plummer, drywall company and the cabinet installer 3 dam times. Ill just say this, this has cost us more than this company would believe. Ultimately Homedepot should be responsible since we went through them to hire this company. But When they finally come out to install and the installers forgot some of the back splash peaces and they cant finish. Also when they did Finally come to install the installers say that they would be changing how the install was originally expected. Which then put my Wife sideways for them to change on us the day of the install. Gary the manager did then say in the fine print it states that layout can be change. But for this company to have a reputation like they do. I would be letting there customers know up a head of time when major changes will be happening. Anyway I will be updating this review once this company is done doing there JOB!!

Useless Warranty & Product. This companies Silestone Counter top cracked after 2 years and no one can explain why. 25 year warranty denied as it does not cover cracks. If you read warranty carefully you will notice it does not cover anything. Manufacture, installer,salesperson have all come out to view and no one can answer why it cracked. Buyer Beware of this company and all of thier products.
