We love ToysRUs and are so sad to see them close up. My son cried for a whole day & hes never done anything like that before. If we could save them we would. I wanta be a ToysRUs kid!

Toys r us is my childhood in a nutshell. I loved going here as a child and picking out the perfect toy to take home. It is very sad that they are closing but with everything available and more convenient online it was inevitable. We will miss you toys r us thanks for the memories!!

Toys r us is not as clean or as cool as 20 years ago. Its an older looking store. The prices are nothing special and you could probably find lower online. This is a good place to handle the toys and see what the kids like.

I love the big selection of new and popular toys. I attend events such as Babies 1st Christmas, Babies 1st Easter. I love that I can save 10% on everything when I shop on Thursdays!

I go to the one in Yuba City. They are so helpful in finding stuff, and treat my son very respectfully when he goes to ask a question about something not in stock. They are more clean than most of the other stores and ALWAYS has someone there to help. Although I have only come across a few good employees at the Roseville store, be sure to go in in the evening there. If not you have to deal with Romper Room for employees and they just DO NOT want to assist in finding what you are looking for and are NOT knowledgeable about their product at ALL!!

It was quite sad to walk through this store the other day and see all the store closing sale signs! I have many wonderful childhood memories here. Sad to see them go! 😢

I dont have children thus, dont frequent your store but 2 weeks ago, I had to go into your store to pick up some Lego party goods for my grandson. This is where I had the pleasure of meeting Ivan. Mr. Hernandez is one of those one in a million employees that are so rare to find and you are so lucky to have represent your company. He was so kind, thoughtful, professional, courteous and helpful...turning a dire party situation into a hugely successful one. This toys r us is average. The employees here took forever to get a pickup order ready (almost a whole day) and then on top of that, they take forever to have an employee help us with the pickup order. Understandable it is the holiday season but it seems the employees werent really checking on you or just plain ignored you.

Dont buy movies here, but theyve got lots of toys. Go figure. Look up and down the aisles for the CLEARANCE shelf labels. Those are the hidden deals. I scored all my Xmas gifts for under $20 for three kids this way. Otherwise would have spent almost $100.

They are going out of business! I went and bought 2 electric cars for my kids and a box of diapers and only spent $200! They have good deals up to 50% off right now, probably going to go up!

Its definitely still the go to toy store. Staff seems helpful. My kids love it, and thats all that matters right?

Good for kids electronics, toys, consoles, anything thats cool will most likely be there. They have the best selection of star wars games, toys, gear, and collectibles Ive ever seen!!😄😄😄

Always...some....problem, went in with $100 giftcard. Shopped for just under an hour, with 3 kids..get to checkout to find out they have known since yesterday that there was a nationwide issue with giftcards....as in, you cant use them. These things happen, but do you think you could put a sign on the door. Seriously, Manager....you cant figure that much out?? We have just told all relatives, no more toys r us gift cards. Well be happy with Target, Best Buy, Amazon...hell even Goodwill would be better than these yahoos.

So sad they are going bankrupt. Its such a fun place to bring the kids to find new toys. Huge selection and a great rewards program.

Never in million years would ever give ToysRUs in one star ..Until now..the management staff supervisor staff is completely unfriendly their lack of customer service is beyond my comprehension and does not match up to the years and years of Toys R Us pride in making sure your experience at Toys R Us is a joyful one the management staff is rude beyond my belief theyre there to do a job and have to close the store if it wasnt for the sale price I would have left with out my purchases. Irregardless of it I will not be going back to this ToysRUs store I cant wait for this one to close the customer service cashier experience except for a few that I have been through is horrific its give me your money and get out the door I am so disgusted with this customer service I will shop at every single other ToysRUs that I can get my hands into and my money spent on but I will not even support this store even with doors closing. Ive been shopping at Toys R Us for my children for my nieces and my nephews. I personally started shopping at Toys R Us when I was 4 years old. I have never encountered such rude unprofessional uncaring staff not to mention they dress like slop they are not something that I want my children to look up to you as a retail professional I am so disgusted with this store. Goodbye and good riddance I hope the management and upper management I hope and pray you have no success in finding a job in retail ever again in your life. You should not be working retail around children shave take a shower do your hair go to work with clean clothes and remember above all else no matter what ToysRUs upheld and always upheld the customer is always right and trust me people Im right about this one.

Pretty good toy store. Sadly going out of business but I think it is because the prices seem to be more expensive than Walmart and eve Target.

Their going out of business sale is a joke. Most things are only 20% off. My kiddo was so excited but walked out pretty disappointed.

The mecca of toys where select employees seem very interested in helping you out. While a pleasant shopping experience, the store could use a remodel.

The store is always clean and the staff is always helpful. The bighest downgall to this particular location is since it is a busy location they run out of some items before other locations do.

Sad, mostly empty... we visited all sacramento area stores in one afternoon, still found a couple of cool things.

The only local place to get Toys R Us exclusive products. Decent prices on bikes. Sadly a quarter of the store is movies and video games as a sign of the times.

Never in my life have I been treated so poorly at a toysrus, I have been shopping at this company my whole life, and to just be so aggressive that Im in the wrong. Its no wonder the company is closing down, really its so sad

Getting to this toys are us can be hectic at times being its in a very heavy traffic shopping center next to Costco and other big box stores. Huge parking lot once you do get there though. Right next to the freeway. Of course, huge toy selection and plenty of electronics/ video games. Typically not too busy.

The cashier was mad at my wife for using a coupon that made his job harder. He said the F word in front of my 2 year old son and refused to complete the sale because of the coupon.

Found everything I was looking for, staff courteous and helpful, saved almost 100. By Signing up for store card.
