Drove 45 minutes here because they said they had an item in stock that I was looking for. Showed up and it wasn’t actually in stock.

Absolutely horrible customer service. No manager is around and you have these children working who are just allowed to do whatever they want. The store was full of customers and all these two did was stand behind the register and have a gab session while deliberately ignoring the customers. When I asked for service, the salesperson became very verablly abusive. I attempted to get a manager and there was no management in the entire store. No wonder JCP is going bankrupt. I suggest going down the hall and taking your business to the real Sephora.

Awful customer service. When on the phone I was interrupted several times when asking about a product that made me break out and my eyes got swollen. No care in the world about it.
