I had a virtual consult with Vision Quest about my computers and they are very knowledgeable about older and current systems, incl laptops, printers (and even a phone question!). My IT tech was helpful with technical information on specific questions I had about my existing super-outdated computer setup and also on future purchases to update our familys tech needs for the adults and also for our kids who now need laptops for schooling and for coding games. Late one night I got an error message going across my screen. You have a virus. Dont turn the computer off, you need to call this number and pay a bunch of money and they will fix the computer. I was worried. No idea what to do. I called Vision Quest. Marc remotely took over my computer and in about 10 minutes had it working great. If by chance they locate a problem they cant fix they dont give you a snow job. They will try to explain why the problem exists and why they are not able to fix it. I have been the Office Manager at a very large dental practice for 20 years. Vision Quest Information Systems (VQIS) became our computer network and system specialist in about 2005. When we hired VQIS it was night and day difference. The company has multiple people that work for them. Each of them has blown us away with how smart they are. They quickly solved any and all issues we were having. They even understood the dental software we were using and were able to advise us on upcoming changes In HIPPA computer requirements so that we were prepared and ready. They made sure that digital security software was secure and essential data software backup systems and protocols were set up. Anything that came up they quickly resolved.I have recommended VQIS to 2 other dental practice owners since the original dentist I worked for retired. Each dentist owner experienced the same great service and top quality expertise! The network specialist even able to set up remote access for employees and the dentist to work from home years before the 2020 COVID rush to work from home came upon the world. They were able to set up the network with top encryption and a VPN, Virtual Private Network, making it so that our network was not even able to be seen, which protected the data even further. Whether it was setting up individual scanners at each workstation or problem shooting when our xray software was not working. VQIS has fixed any and all problems we ever had. They are honest, thorough, smart and communicate clearly each and every time they find an issue.
