This was my first visit to St Albans and I found some very lovely and friendly places to shop. The Dressing Room was not one of them. They have some very lovely things that I definitely would have purchased. However the complete indifference and attitude of the two shop assistants today made me feel very uncomfortable and very unwelcome. I was totally ignored. Thank you for all those other lovely shopping experiences in this lovely town.

Such beautiful collections and the loveliest team to help with advice and styling tips. My new boots are so comfy and definitely my new favourites. St Albans is really lucky to have this gorgeous shop!

This is my all-time favourite place to shop. They only have clothes of a high quality, that thrive to be sustainably & organically made. Their style is up to date and very fashionable. Their stylists are trained to know exactly which sizes will fit you and what would suit you, making shopping a seamless experience. If anyone accompanies you, they have very comfortable seats and nice refreshments. Their online site is easy to use and their orders come in a timely manner. I couldn’t recommend more highly.

Great shop. Seems not to be known enough, and it really should. Stocks huge range of ladies clothing, including vintage and discount items. I always try to shop local and love this shop. Do try it if you can.

Best Clothes Boutique in the entire world... massive selection of indie brands, loads of seasonal events -lots of differing themes and promos, brilliant, brilliant team who are friendly, helpful and honest. ( if looks great or looks a hot mess, they will help and recommend). This is high street shopping at its best 🥂

Fantastic service via website, wife received a beautifully wrapped package in the post which she hadnt stopped talking about. The watch inside was great as well, really good selection at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended and glad to support a real business ahead of the likes of Amazon.

Fantastic clothes and we never leave empty handed.The staff are super friendly and also happy to help no matter how many times you ask them to run backwards and forwards for different sizes..!!!!

First time visit to St Albans and came across this beautiful boutique! So happy I did, re-vamped my wardrobe with a few gorgeous, high quality pieces. Staff are super friendly, professional and helpful, suggesting items. I am super glad I have found this shop - I used to travel into London, from Welwyn Garden City - however, now I dont need to! St Albans has an array of great shops and The Dressing Rooms is now my firm favorite!
