They are nice but if you are not on trend dont bother trying to trade in your clothes. I dont think that I am their ideal client lol.

Just okay....for all the thrift clothing places and as an upscale store, their inventory was seriously lacking.

Staff is friendly and helpful. I came in to sell clothes. The girl that processed my things was efficient and gave me some pointers for next time I try to sell. It is unfortunate that you cannot try on clothes right now because I really cannot commit to some pieces unless I know the fit. But I was able to find a few pieces of name brand clothes that fit in my wardrobe well! I will be back to sell and to buy!

I used to love shopping here but the quality has gone down. Ive sold to them once and they did take some of my items but theyre usually extremely picky. All the brandy melville items were in poor condition and I could tell that they prioritized brand over quality. There is also no sale rack so its full price or nothing. I think the store could do with a clean up and a purge.

Was offered 30% cash for 2 pieces of clothing and the rest was donated (probably taken by the staff there). The way their contract is set up is so that you dont even realize that when you sign, you give them the right to donate any clothes they dont buy.Just do a good deed and go to Goodwill and drop your items off there. At least you can get a write-off bigger than anything this place offers 👎🏿

Do not sell your clothes here, these people are rip-offs and unprofessional. I brought my clothes to sell, yes luxury brands!) and when I called in they told one price, when I came in to pick up the payment, I was given another price much lower and the rest of my stuff they did not take was donated!?? No one cared to solve the mystery.. Lesson learned, the place or the people that work there just bunch of lies.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Their prices are ridiculous for used clothing! The customer service was horrible. Besides following my daughter and I around and just watching us, they did nothing else. Not even a Hi. My daughter bought 2 shirts and 1 sweater ( used) and spent $50.00 it was her money, and her choice. She loved the retro stuff. Later that eve, she regretted it.

Tired of the brand they buy. What about what the clothes look like. Who cares what the tag says. Can’t remember the last time anyone asked me who I was wearing, but I do remember the last time someone said something because they liked the style of clothes I was wearing.

I absolutely love this place. I get almost all my clothing here, I believe buying second hand is better than buying off big department stores like Abercrombie and finch or Forever 21. Staff is super nice and helpful.

First time bring my girls here and we all love it. Wife got a well known brand, girls for spring clothing and for my self a cool 😎 every day work jacket.. reasonable price in most item but you really need to know what your getting and what your looking for. 👍👍

Very rude and discriminates against disabled people. Unprofessional and overpriced. Also when I had an issue and asked for names they refused to give their names.

This store is so hard to navigate. It has a “goodwill” vibe to it. Too much inventory and the racks are packed! Hard to shop and browse.

Excellent service

I went in there to sell my stuff yesterday and it was all in season and in style, they told me the reason for not buying was that they cant sell that kind of material. When I looked at the rack behind me and pointed it out it was all the same material and style of what I was trying to sell . I think they are just biased on what they are trying to buy depending on what the buyer would wear. Even if Im not trying to sell things there their stuff is incredibly over price for non brand name things.

Ive had a lot of luck selling items to the other Crossroads location in Sacramento; However, this location doesnt buy nearly as much if anything in comparison. I brought in several suitcases and bins of all designer, in season, on trend clothing in like new and even some brand new with tags and they choose to buy two items for a total of $15. Ive litterally sold up to $500 worth of similar items at the Sacramento location.

I use to love their bags, they dont carry what theh once did. The new owner is cool though

I have bad news, I have had 3 bad customer service issues in a row. My prior review and the staff I mentioned, I completely stand by. I would drop my review by 3 stars simply because the manager on multiple occasions,( 3) is rude. Thats where Ill stop. Everyone has their bad days.I believe in writing positive reviews, there are plenty of negative reviewers that seem to make it their lifes mission to talk poorly about someone or their store or their service. I try to be the opposite. On my first visit to Crossroads Morgan, helped me. I needed to sell some clothes, of course I thought they were high fashion but then again High fashion to me these days is whatevers on sale. She was so kind to me, and treated me with such dignity and respect. I thought to myself this may be the place to sell my designer handbags. I was correct in this assumption. Every time I have gone into Crossroads Trading Company, I am greeted with a smile. They remember my name, and they seem genuinely interested and what they do. Morgan who I have solely dealt with up to this point is the example of what customer service should be, which these days seems to be a Lost Art. Bravo Morgan. And yes, I have been selling my designer handbags to Crossroads, at what I believe to be a fair price. I believe if you take the cash it is 35% and if you do store credit at its 50%. But dont quote me on that asked Morgan shell tell you.

Small space with limited options.

I sell to this store only if I have a catchy brand name item that they would be interested in. You wont sell very much here, they are extremely picky and only want brand names. They also love to tell you everything thats wrong with your stuff and why they wont take each item. Everytime I go I wonder why I bothered. Its like that want you to donate brand new items not gently used items like the advertise. Not really worth it unless you recieved a gift that you dont want. Even then youre only going to get a couple bucks for whatever youre trying to sell.

5 bags of michael kors, miss me, shyanne, ariat they wanted to give me $12 for me nwt miss me $6 for my justin and ariat belts Tara was my buyer and she had all of the girls agreeing that these low prices are normal. I said this was my first time ever selling here and i came because the website said you were competitive. They all including the store manager hannah agreed their prices are for them. I think if they werent greedy and gave the cash value or store credit at the same value i would have even been happy and been back and sold but not only are they greedy on their pricing but they only reward you if you basically want to trade your name brand clothes for non name brand clothes. They have very lil high end names which i understand why now and they have their racks packed so full you cant even push the clothes back to go through. Ultimately they suggested that I sell online. If I come back it will definitely only be with pieces i can get a great price and trade for something high end they have. I dont know maybe its just me but Im frustrated with all the time putting my bags together loading the car...waiting and waiting and waiting...i go up and ask how much longer oh sry were called u a while ago sry its kind of hard to hear us....all this money yall are robbing ppl of u cant afford a pa system? The girl took my number at the beginning but said it was just for in case they wont actually call when the stuff is ready....really? In this day in age as much money as yall make off these clothes u car send a text when done? Grrrr so irritated right now!!

Brought in about 100 items, most of them being in season and in style, and apparently none of it was worth buying even though there was brand new Hightop Vans that I literally bought them a week ago. Lol Okay. Not to mention the manager who looked through it spent 10 minutes and was incredibly rude.You are better off shopping/selling on poshmark or at freestyle
