I love coming here. I always find alcohol I didnt know I needed.

The staff here was so helpful especially once I mentioned I havent been here in CA in 20 years.

Prices are not good at least for beer. If I can get the same deals at a local grocery store, why Bevmo? They might have a couple other options but not worth the cost.

This store always has the hard to find item. Youll be surprised at the breadth available here. Pay the premium and be happy...

There are many discount beverage outlets you can choose from. I keep coming back to BevMo because they have a huge selection and great prices. Its drinking Disneyland, so to speak, and browsing could take all day. I got help from a knowledgeable clerk who gave me good recommendations and saved me time! And when something was out of stock, he knew the closest store if I wanted to drive a bit. Coming back!

BevMo has a great selection of spirits. Wines, beers, mixes, hard alcohol, etc. The staff is friendly and very helpful! If you join their BevMo club (its free) you get a reduced club price on your purchases.

I could not believe the horrible customer service I heard from a lady that works at this store. Her name is Anne Marie. As I was waiting for help I heard and watch Anne Marie(?) become really rude towards 2 DoorDashers. One of the DoorDashers asked her if she was having a bad day. She then proceeded to say I will cancel your pickup to the dasher. That dasher and I walked out together and I told him I would write a review on the RUDENESS and unprofessionalism of this employee. I hope this dasher contacts the store manager to relay the type of unprofessional service this lady is delivering. The Dasher was probably twice her age. It was obvious this young employee does not know how to respect her elders. I will never spend another dime at this establishment.

Small selection at high prices. Its unclear why you would go here with a Total Wine 4xs the size right down the road

Just talked to the manager Dan. Anne Marie (employee) lied and said I asked her if she was PMSing. WTH??? NEVER said that. I asked her if she was having a bad day. It is obvious if you look at this BEVMOs ratings their customer service is horrible. Comments that state Rude or Horrible customer service. It is obvious the Anne Marie has no social skills. I will wait to see what the manager does after he calls me back today.

Very rude I asked where a bourbon was and they just told me down an isle while walking away didn’t specify an isle were very rude to wearing a mask when other people were not my sibling asked for stickers (she’s 4) and the lady was very rude and almost yelled at her it was for an Insta cart order and they were very rude about scanning I’d cause it was to close then it was then a little bit closer Then it was the machine I’ve never had such a bad experience and they didn’t want to scan the rewards card and they refused to (when it’s for an insta cart order) I’ve never had such bad service somewhere and it was very rude all around.

The worst kind of people. Unknowledgeable, not friendly. I witnessed one employee give a customer the middle finger today. The customer was somewhat disgruntled but the entire staff made a scene. Go to Total Wine & More up the street, better prices, and a lot better service.

Really nice and clean store. They have tons and tons of drinks including fancy sodas! Awesome array of products and at a good bargain. Will be back soon for more root beer 😎

Had to visit two locations to get the wine I wanted (needed). Each has a great selection of spirits which we like.

Stopped in on a chance they would have what I wanted, they sure did! Excellent staff, friendly,knowledgeable and courteous. Prices from 2 to 5 dollars less per bottle on my favorite liquors. This is now my go to liquor store.

Cant go wrong with BevMo. Employees are always helpful and the selection is of course plentiful. Do with they carried my favorite wine though. Its getting harder to find everywhere. Its on the cheap end too! Money doesnt always bring great tasting wines. I still go back though because of their fantastic customer service.

I dont know how they stay in business with Total Wine so close by. Their beer selection is awful by comparison.

Most every time Ive ever come to bevmo, I seem to have encountered a clerk in a bad mood. I can only conclude that its a miserable place to work. Or that rudeness is tolerated by management. Or maybe the problem is the management itself. But, I mean, bizarrely hostile. Weirdly, strange, unaccountable hostility. Never have that problem at Total Wine. Strange.

The 5 cent deals are a plus!

Very consistent on there friendly greeting when I walk in. They always have my favorite wine in stock too. The bathrooms could use a little TLC though.

Staff was awesome in recommending an alternative for a particular beer Id been trying to find. One star off because that particular beer showed as having 3 in stock at that location but none in stock when I walked in the door 5 minutes later. Not staffs fault inventory systems arent very well syncd. Otherwise, perfectly great place to get some unique options.

Upon entering this establishment I was immediately greeted by staff they offer to show me around and asked me what type of batteries I was looking for they also educated me on whiskey Stones and glasses and which beverages go well with each glass even though I spent a lot of money here I found that I was saving more then what other stores charged for these products Im very happy with my experience thanks guys

Helpful staff, good deals and booze. Never a bad visit, even with a crazy need to impulse buy half the store. Sign up for rewards, get even better deals at least once a month (when ya need to restock)

No where near as good as the one I normally go to but still has a decent selection. My husband was beyond surprised and impressed that they had Faygo. He misses that soda from Michigan and was super excited to find it at this store.

Smaller than your typical Bevmo, which was reflected in the beer selection. Go elsewhere if youre looking for something unique. Their wine selection was great however.

The store was unusually hot and muggy which made shopping unpleasant. We needed help finding a particular wine but the only employee we could find in the store was reluctant to help. While we searched alone I was also struck by how dusty everything in the store seemed to be. I wouldn’t return even though the prices were fair.
