I work for company and I brought a dry shaft in they took over a week to do it they told me it is an odd duck which does not make no sense they had to order parts one you join next time I would take my business to proven force they can get it done the same day

Good prices. Good variety. Very understaffed. The wait makes it not worth the savings, sometimes. They especially need more people on weekends or maybe longer working hours so its more steady instead of one big rush. They dont seem helpful when they have a long line of customers waiting.

The staff are extremely helpfull and will go out of there way to help you find what you need. Highly recomend.

I own and operate under Allied Van Lines having a truck that needed a rear-end replaced due to negligence on how it wasnt built correctly by this company, and I was to be re-imbursed after they sent out a replacement rear-end and I had to foot the bill for the labor costs. Which I was told could take up to 30 days due to how far behind this company is in order for them to do their assessment of the faulty rear end just weeks after it was installed, despite us giving them the pictures and evidence that it wasnt built correctly when first put in. We are now well over the 2 month period and we have not heard from our Rep, and they are in no hurried fashion making any attempts to fulfill their business responsibility with their business partner and customer. Which is highly unfortunate and unprofessional from a standpoint of receiving alot of business from us over the years and customers/contractors like myself yet not having the courtesy to appropriately finish transactions such as this which adversely affects the customer. I wouldnt recommend this company if theyre accustomed to having their top management not have any oversight in ensuring these gaps are filled in their processes and if this dereliction of duty/responsibilities are normalized.
