Man idk what is up with Certifit lately. Called twice in two days for pricing and got the response of we dont have that part each time. When I asked further I was told they never have stocked the part numbers I requested, that came out of their catalog (Spring 2021 Catalog), and therefor could not get me pricing. I work in parts and I know how things work, pretty sure the guy didnt even look the parts up each time I called. Too bad, we have bought a fair bit of stuff from them through the business and it has always been a good experience. I guess we will be looking elsewhere for now.

I called 4 times got 3 different people, asked for a bumper and without even checking, they said no. The bad reviews are true, this store sucks and their website is even worse. Sounds like all the staff are friends and or family of the owners or managers, they can do whatever and never get fired.

The worst store ever so unorganized the workers dont know how to do there jobs or are not trained enough. I asked one employee for two parts she said they dont have the parts. I then. asked another employee he said he found them one of the parts were broken that they tried to sale me then they kept bringing back the wrong part. They assured me both parts were correct when i got home both of them was incorrect. They dont listen to what the customer is saying or asking for. If i could give them a negative stars i would

Better to call ahead, thinking they would have an 2003 yukon denali center brake light. The guy at front desk, just said nope. You will have better chance ordering online from other vendors. He didnt even want to work at all, didnt even tried to check their inventory. Just said no we dont carry that item.

I Called ahead before i went there to get the parts. They said they didnt have it once i got there.. On top of it, Rude Customer Service.. They dont care about customers and they dont know how to talk to people.. Avoid at all costs

Can be busy but the prices are great foe most cars. Know what u buying. Some parts fit better than others obviously.

I can say for certain in the 3 years Ive been going here I only received the wrong part once and it was only due to the info I provided. Parts are usually in pretty good shape and price compare with anyone else locally what you save here its worth the trip.

Horrible place. Employees are lazy, and dont want to help. The black guy is rude and always trying to pick a fight, calling people irresponsible. He needs to go. You also need to be able to email receipts, its 2021! Ive been a customer for 9 years, but its sadly time for me to go.

We ordered a part on the phone. He looked it up and said it was available. I went there the next day to get it, they keep me waiting until I ask about it, turns out they cant find it, its lost even though the computer says they have it. They never called us to say they didnt have it. Good thing I didnt take time off work.

Dont come here if your offendedEasily. Upfront workers only get let out of there cages for an hour a day. They will tear you a new ....Just come in with an attitude and they simmer down right away. Its the weak and feeble they like to bully and bully they do. These are the grown up kids that never did. Stuck in that everyone is trying to get me attitude. Tell em go suck it up sunny. Then they have a good laugh and are very pleasant. 25 years going here. Cant beat the prices and you have to beat the morons.

Customer service is really needs to get better. Order a parts for a coupe get parts from sedan and got told that was my fault not reading receipt. I was thinking there a professional working there because parts from coupe and sedan a 90% similar and you cant see the deference until its on the car. Next time Ill use Keystone auto parts .

Store in Roseville has the worst customer service ever. First of all I was sold the wrong part. Needed rear bumper, got sold front one, didn’t check right away. Had to come back. I walked into Exit doors to return it, and was given major attitude for not using the right door. Even though, returns are processed on the side I walked in.Hopefully some customer service training will be provided.The guy walked around yelling “I need more coffee” as if that’s the reason for him being rude.

I being a certifit customer for the time they open, I do feel I have to write after they talk about they service. busy place if you think they are just for you ? If you hope to get original parts, go back to car dealer and pay two or three times more. They personal is great and nice.

The customer service is VERY poor at CertiFit. CertiFit does not know who the heck they are hiring because the up front workers are the worst workers with VERY POOR customer service and has absolutely NO professionalism whatsoever. Horrible, but the up side is their auto body parts are great. If you want great auto body parts, CertiFit is the place to go too, but customer service is horrible. Needs better management!

The parts are generally the correct parts needed. You may not get a choice of color, but they work. And outside of violating PCI compliance regulations, I dont have any complaints.

Certifit is a busy shop. That ought to tell you something. Their parts are pretty good quality and very reasonably priced. My five star rating is based on value.

Have not had any problems so far with certifit parts yet. Have always fit my vehicles. Happy with it.

More than once I have used these guys in conjunction with my body shop to save a ton of money, fix a car in order to sell it, or save a friend from job loss getting his crashed pony back on the road and them back in the saddle. Never trust your body shop to buy the replacement pieces for you. If you do, well clearly you dont want to save tons of money. Every time I come here I shave easily 2-500 dollars off the guestimate of the repair.If you dont care about perfection, well ask they will sell damaged parts, scratch and dents, for a fraction of the retail. How do I know this? Its what I did to lower the pain for getting my buddy back riding his pony.

Worst customer service ever. Called to check whether they had parts I needed and the cost, pretty sure just calling pissed off every person I spoke to. I wont be coming here, Id honestly rather spend more money some place else than have to deal with a bunch of jerks. Negative people.

Honestly this place is a joke I stopped to buy a front bumper for my vehicle and the way they carried it out dragging on the floor and Pieces on the bumper are broken off and the other bumper they brought out is dented if I could I would give this place a 0 The guy you deal with when you walk into the store to find your part was phenomenal I also waited almost 15 minutes for them to find my part when there was nobody else there stay away from this place especially the people working there straight garbage

I need a new bumper for my car, and someone told me about this place but as a young female reading the reviews about poor customer service and rude staff I am thinking of taking my business elsewhere...its too bad that people have to be rude...Ill probably give it a go and come back with an official review.

Absolute idiots employeed here. Lost a $700 job because there sales associate did not clairify that the car HID and regular bulb options. So they sent me out the regular ones and when the customer dropped off the vehicle, on a Saturday which they need it back same day, we could not do the job and the very upset customer took the car and left. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
