Overall I will give this place a negative Five stars. The service guys that are in front are dushbags they dont have any customer service skills. Prices are ok not to price, but the service is horrible. I waited 3 hours for them to pull a hood of a car. This place is still in business because they give ok prices but I try to avoid as much as I can.

Great customer service. Placed an order online, it was shipped quickly. Upon arrival I noticed 2 pieces that were missing that should have been included. I called them and the manager Jay was very nice and helpful and apologized for these parts not being sent when they should have. He went out to the yard and got them and texted me a picture assuring to me he had them. Really professional place

I was looking for a part for my Lexus for a month everywhere: Autozone, Amazon, Ebay, dealership. All of them where telling me it will be over $500, plus labour, so all together i needed 1000 dollars to get back on my wheels. I found out about them by accident, and gave it a try, calling them. They had the part for just $100, with 3 month warranty. I got the part and my baby is running like new. Thank you guys!

I called to order parts, they said it will be ready to pick up at 9am, I came at 9:30am, they said not ready until 12pm, then I let my friend to pick up at 2:30pm, they said it’s still not ready, and they don’t even know when I can pick up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

I needed a headlight assembly for my 2014 Audi S4. The dealership quoted me a price that I was just not comfortable paying. Trying to find the right part on sites like Ebay lead me to a dead end. I stumbled upon AutoGator parts and was able to find the right part thanks to the excellent listing and accurate pictures. That part arrived in great condition and packaged very well. The part was as described and worked perfectly when installed.

The worst EXPERIANCE EVER .... got a mirror assembly .... my driver picked it up... at the shop find out its a wrong parts called in 1 hour to tell them it this a wrong parts not even got it open, unwrapped nothing ..... returned the assembly untouched cost us 70 dollars .. nice one !!! Back of the invoice says clearly Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge .... UNTUCHED ITEM HAHAHA NICE JOB GUYS !!!!! ....... obviously no reason, right ? Sorry

No response after emailing this business to let them know they mislabeled a blue Porsche mirror as a black one. So now I have to have it painted which will cost much more. And if they say they’ll take an offer, don’t believe that either, as I made several fair offers for a used mirror and they declined them both. Do not deal with this company if at all possible - Unethical and Unresponsive!

Got the part I needed. But i was hoping to have a little knocked off and wouldnt budge a penny.Also not able to use my wifes credit card without her there. (For better or worse). Which I get that I guess, so other than that I got what i needed for a decent price.

I bought a car from them and within 3 months it was giving me problems. Come to find out, it had major engine damage. Im stuck with a car thats goong to cost me more to fix than what its worth. Lawsuit in place. Im highly upset.

I used to be a long time customer me and my dad bought 3 cars from here. And this last car spend 2,500 on a Chevrolet Malibu and has so many problems. I know he knew there was problems with this car because he really let me know. Once I drive out from the lot its not there problem. Well they didnt let me know why the battery was dead on the car. I thought it just been sitting there. But they didnt put on the windshield that it has electrical problems. I can not turn off the car without disconnecting the battery. Because if I leave it over night like a normal thing you do battery drains for no reason within 3 hours. And I cant pass smog because of the turn light signals work on and off. All wiring problems. I recommend not shopping for cars here they lie and trick you. You got better chance on Facebook. At least on Facebook you can test drive it like a regular person on. Street and not on there small lot that u can drive enough to feel out the car.

They are honest about what they know to be wrong with their resale cars

Bought a spindle from auto gator for an 11 accord. If the bearing on the spindle has a lot of play in it (meaning it moves around a lot), then the spindle is bad. This spindle that I received had a lot of play in it, and it was clearly evident that the boot on the spindle had been replaced. I think the car was hit on that side. If you buy a part from them, make sure they check the condition of it before they send it. They didnt do that with this one. Also, I had to pay a driver $20 to go pick up the item, which they would not refund. Now I have to factor in time to fix the part. I wont be purchasing from them anymore.

Horrible service only one guy in charge there and he always is not in the office ways disappears. When you want to talk to him. Dont shop here they lie and steal your money go elsewhere where. Been a long time customer but they changed there motive all they want is your money. And have a attitude when you ask questions about different cars.

He said that such think it does not exist. Looks like he doesnt have idea that the driver seat can be electric while other seats are manual. Customer service 0.

I went with my son to AutoGator buy him a car, and we liked the car we were ready to pay the price of what was there, but that person (old fart) who sells cars refused to start the car that would listen how the motor sound. Very rude man and this is not the first time that he refused to start the car. Do not ever go there and others will say that would not go there.I have been looking to get a good car to drive to school and back home, something with maybe some body damage, yet a good engine. After browsing craigs list and other such sites for moths I was excited with auto gator until I read some reviews such as this one. How can I come spend $8,000 - $9,000 on a car if I cannot even start it? What if I want to have a mechanic check the car at their garage? I cannot drive it to the mechanics garage? I have been in the market for used cars for a while now and have come to understand some state and federal laws. I want to choose a nice $8,000 car and have my mechanic inspect it prior to purchase at his location, is this possible or am I wasting my time with Auto Gator?

I called before going there and let them know what I need, so after a long drive from Sacramento to their location in almost triple digits temperature, then they simply told me come next week . When I asked them that you should have told me over the phone, but the guy with long beard was laughing like I’m telling him a joke . Not helpful at all, and they will waste your time, so now it depends on you that you will go there or not . Very bad customer service plus mean employees.😡😡

I got a low mileage transmission here and put it in my car which was a lot of work. It was bad. I called them and they wanted me to take it back out pay 100 shipping to send it back to them so they could test it before giving me my money back. I think they should have tested it 1st. Its so much work to change a transmission Im still agree ten years later!

This horrible place doesn’t deserve one star, but I need to leave one in order to write . The employees are so mean, and rude . When you want to have some info about the body parts of cars, then they won’t let you talk, and they won’t answer your questions . I don’t know they want business or just let the business go away anyways . I purchased a tail light for my car, but the light didn’t work at all . I pay almost 50 bucks and drive from Sacramento to their location in a very high temperature, but unfortunately when I called about the tail light the next day then they hung up on me .😡😡 . I won’t recommend this location to friends and families. Poor customer service. I feel sorry for them . Waste of my time and my money.😡😡

Thought I was getting a good deal until the part I bought did not fit the vehicle, all the mounting brackets were broken, and the condenser was heavily contaminated with dirt. Went to Benzeen and got a better condition part and WAY better service.*EDIT*After purchasing another A/C condensor from benzeen(with all the brackets intact) I decided to put my oem brackets on the Auto Gator condensor so the next purchaser would have a complete product. I headed back to return the condenser, the guy at the counter was pretty rude saying I thought the brackets were damaged hassling me about it. Guy was rude and completely unprofessional when I was hooking them up with a better item than they sold me. For this I cant put even a 2nd star. Do yourself a favor and go to someone else.

1st time ever writing a review but I feel other need to know what kind of business they will be dealing with if purchasing used parts from Autogator. Being in business for over 50 years customer service I feel is #1 priority and keeping customers coming back. I purchased a used part that was a bad part notifying them with in there warranty period (90 days) they informed me they need me to email them with what the problem was.. So I did.. and they would get the manager to respond after 2 month getting busy and kinda forgetting about it I had came across the invoice again so I was going to fallow up on the email. was told I need to send a new diagnostic to them so I did and now they are saying because now it is out of the time period there is no warranty and so nothing is covered keep in mind the 1st email that I sent them was still attached proving it was with in there warranty period. So I guess I learned my lesson 1st and last time dealing with this company.

This company offers excellent service and their help is appreciated. Casey recently helped me with a salvaged title Prius and made the whole process very easy for me and my father (the one trying to get rid of the vehicle) Ive worked with Autogator a few times over the last few years getting much needed parts for company and work vehicles. Ben has always done his best to get my calls directed where they need to go and Jay (the bearded one) has always tried to get my parts together with a quick turn around time. The blind guy behind the counter is a rockstar too! Ive called frantic a few times when my boss has broken a door, a mirror or a seat and the part needed to be replaced quick to keep work going. This last experience with the Prius worked out great for my dad so I felt inclined to let these guys know they are doing great work and their work is appreciated many times over.
