Very good experience!! Bought a Bad Boy zero turn mower from Curtiss. He delivered it and spent time with me to show me how to mow with it. Great people and great service. I Love my Bad Boy!!!

These guys have been awesome to St. Francis CARE animal rescue. They have serviced our lawn mower, coming to St. Francis to do so and donated their time and efforts. Cannot recommend them highly enough!!!!

Bought a 60 Maverick with Mulching kit last year. Purchase and delivery was fine. I realized today that the original blades and discharge chute were not delivered with the mower. When I called to see if I could pick them up I was told they dont have them. Not sure why they would not include them at delivery or dispose of them instead of giving me a call to ask me if I wanted them. Buyer beware that if you buy a mower with any accessories make sure they actually give you the original parts you paid for!Perhaps if you initially delivered the mower with all the parts I paid for this would not be an issue. Who removes parts from a brand new $,7000 mower, does not supply them to the customer, than disposes of them. Did it not ever occur to you Oh I have this discharge, I must have forgotten to give it to the customer, let me contact them to pick the parts up?Shady, shady, shady!

This place is usually behind schedule as they have so much business coming in. That being said, they were extremely accurate about estimating a time frame for work to be completed. They were very knowledgeable about different products and explained the work that they do in detail. They even fixed things on a mower I had repaired there that I would normally not have recognized. Great local business for small engines repair.

The Hispanic woman in the front is very rude and needs to learn customer service. Lost a potential customer today because of her terrible attitude.

Very courteous and professional service. Extremely knowledgeable about all different types of small engines. We were in there for 45 minutes to a about an hour waiting for our purchase contract for a new mower. While there he had one customer after another come in and he had every single part requested. This in itself was very impressive. He lent tips and advise to almost every one buying parts. We learned a whole lot while we were there about different equipment and how to care for them. I was also surprised that he knew just about every customer by name. This is how business should be! We will be returning! Thank you!!!

Horrible Service, Very Rude and it took 4 months and a phone call before they even started to work on my equipt.I do not recommend any one ever come here unless they want to be in a bad mood.One of my worst experiences with a service company Ever!!

I took my Husqvarna chainsaw in after it stopped working. Actually, the engine worked properly, but the chain wouldnt move. The staff identified the problem in just a few minutes and ordered parts to replace the damaged components. I was quite impressed by the competence and efficiency of the staff.Recommended.

This place is the worst place to buy anything from the owner is very discourteous.And he makes you feel very uncomfortable also because he just stares at you like he can just see right through your clothing I have also heard that he is nothing but an old drunk and also uses drugsAnd after hearing all these things about him or dealing with his discourteous I will no longer go into this place again, and if your a female be careful he actually seems veryperverted And also who can actually stand being in there for so long it really... really ..stinks in his shop. poor business

Took a Craftsman weed wackier/edger combo there many years ago to get fixed. Service was good and fast. The guys up front are no BS and will tell you what causes most issues with small 2cycle engines. I like that. Bought a echo weed eater when the craftsman engine finally seized. Have taken my blown there to get cleaned after a winter of sitting and getting the carb gummed up. Again, fast service and no bs.

Ive taken engines there before but never had issues. I took a small generator there to get started- prob a carb problem. The lady looked at and said they wouldnt work on it because parts are too difficult to find. Also not hepful with where else I could go. She never mentioned Eddies which is within eyeshot. Ill never go there again.

This is absolutely the worst place you can go to. Curtis, the owner, is the most offensive, rude person I have had to deal with in many years. I purchased a BAD BOY commercial 61 zero turn at a price of $8699 through S&S in 2013, during which time he was SO nice and helpful. Let me tell you, things change like from day to night after the sale is final. He treats you like you are a huge bother if you come in for service of any kind. Which, by the way, has had to happen MANY times in the 1 year of owning this Bad Boy. We take care of the machine and it has already had the muffler crack in half due to a defect, the main drive belt broke due to bad alignment, a tire went out and we had to buy two new tires because we could not match the original one.I would highly recommend going to a different dealer and a different machine, unless of course you want to drive a long way away to the next Bad Boy dealer. Bad Boy WILL NOT PROVIDE PARTS DIRECT TO THE OWNER or another local service shop. You can only go through a dealer and this one is TERRIBLE.

Great prices on parts for you to do your own repairs. Havent tried their repair service yet.

Bad service2 months ago I took my riding mow machine to the shop and need changing the belt. He did not care of these small business, Tell me put it here and wait for 2 weeks.2 weeks, the grass will grow too tall to cut.I never go there anymore.
