Very unorganized and terrible Garden Center manager! Yesterday we spent 2 hours holding the receipt and waiting for the forklift guys to help unload the a pallet of 50 bags of top soil from top shelf since we already paid for 50 bags. They were NOT very busy only 3 couples waiting for folklift including us but the entire garden center only 1 forklift guy & 1 flag guy working during the busy Memorial weekend for some reason. The floklift guy looked at the time already at 730pm and the flag guy was supposed to leave at 7pm but still helping here. AND NO ONE ELSE WORKING here excep them 2!! He tried to call their Garden Center manager Anthony and we heard the manager hung up his call with no solutions, no advices for him and nor help. After our waiting another 40 minutes, the manager Anthony finally showed up even though knowing his staff was supposesd to leave work at 7pm??!! Once he was present, he tried to boss people here and there and directed some people to leave and some staffs to stay, WHILE WE WERE STILL WAITING right in front of him when he was bossing around.... but still no one was actually helping us. Finally I got his attention and he was asking people to unload the pallet of 50 bags of tops soil from the top shelf and we decided to push the cart and load them up to our truck by ourselves since it was already 8pm by then.When we finally put 50 bags of top soil in the truck and were trying to get another 50 bags of sods outside store since we had paid for it, there was STILL NO ONE help in the sod station!!! Besides, most sods at the station were moldy, smelly, turning whtie color and impossible to bring them home!!!I had no choice but went back in store to find the manager Anthony again. He finally got Robert to help us load up the 50 bags of sod when we already had 30 bags loaded up by ourselves. Unfortunately the rest of sods were too Moldy that we all wondered how could Home Depot sell the moldy sods to the customes to begin with??!! So after we spending 3.5 hours sitting in Home Depot Garden Center at Rosenberg location, we ended up only taking 30 bags of sods then we had to get 20 bags of sods refunded at the customer service. WHAT A GREAT JOB of Garden Center manager Anthony and a waste of time because the manager lack of efficiency and staffs not very helpful!!...

Staff does not go out of their way to be helpful. I remember when Home Depot employees were DIY and home/garden experts ready to give advice. Now you have to hunt them down and hope they know more than you.

Friendly staff and a decent selection....the Williams Trace location has a better garden selection....
