My favorite place to buy my bath gel. The employees were helpful and polite. Since my signature fragrance(twilight Woods) can only be bought online; I decided to check out the new fragrances in stock. Found three that I like. My husband even found two that he like. Just have to remember next time I go in to have a little bag of coffee beans when the scent of each one starts to all run into one.

The employees here are all so kind and actually go the extra mile to make sure I find everything I need. The store is super clean and organized every time I come.

I always feel like a rich Rockstar when I go here! Hahah. I love the products the customer service is always very warm and inviting. The downside is they take all of my money. My go to scent is merlot

All representatives were eager to help as soon as I entered the store. They gave their personal suggestions and even helped save a few bucks :)

The staff was very helpful and patient. Some of the customers behavior makes you wonder if they know what manners are, yet the staff is still happy to help in a timely manner.

Covid practices in place. Friendly, helpful staff. The store has been remodeled and is much larger than before making it easier to shop. There is a very large selection of all products.

Excellent store for bath and body products, hand soaps, candles. They have the best candles, ever. Also, room sprays, car refreshners. So much to choose from, and there is almost always a good sale going on for something. Fantastic place for gifts, always nice things to choose from.

Not very friendly staff, I went in for their 75%off sale and wasnt to pleased with the help that I asked for I asked for the candles that were on sale and she showed me a couple that were on this sale table but as this other lady approached her and asked her about the same candle sale she showed her this whole shelf and also let her know they would restock and get more later that day. I skip and wait to go to the katy mills location from now on.

Their after Christmas sale/ annual sale is supposed to be where they pull out all the products from other seasons that had been left over and they literally had nothing left but spring type stuff and the candles werent on sale. But none of the Christmas smells left at all.

Its not just this location..your employees should give customers more space to shop and find what they really would like to have been instead of being up their butt and smothering them...after all..we work hard for our money..let us choose how we spend it
