The Manager is so nice and knows alot about all that

I went there today in search of supplies to bleach my hair by myself for the first time and had no clue what to get. I went up to the counter and the lady at the register, I didnt get her name, but she had curly hair, was so nice and quick to assist me and made my shopping experience very pleasant. I appreciate her kindness.

Good experience. I wish they were open until 9pm. Also they were out of my much needed, favorite Ion Wellness Solutions yogurt and honey leave-in conditioning spray though!! I was disappointed after driving 30 minutes to pick some up.

I love this Sallys location. Staff is always so helpful and store is always stocked with products I need.

Every time I go in, the staff has recommendations for me and answers my questions. They let me know about discounts and make sure I dont forget a freebie or in-store sale. Love the Generic line for hair care.

The two you ladies that was there yesterday morning (June 3 2018 )were very helpful they told me everything I needed and my hair came out perfectly fine Thanks ladies (I forgot the names)

Not impressed. The sign says they open at 9 and here it is 9:15 and they are still not open and no one is answering the phone. There are a number of people waiting outside. Thats a poor way to run a business, it would be better to go to the one in Sugarland.... correction, it is now 9:45 and they still havent bothered to open the shop

Its clean, staff is not very friendly nor helpful at all. Im not greeted as I enter or leave but sugar land area is wonderful!

Its great if you know what you want and where it is so you just go in and out. But if you dont know and you have questions, do research beforehand, as the clerks really either dont know anything or dont want to help you.

Cashier helped me by getting my favorite color from the back since there were none on the shelves.

Didnt like the fact that when we walk in at 5:55 and they close at 6 on Sunday. The lady felt obligated to tell us we had 5 minutes left.When we walked out with 2 minutes before 6 she said out loud Im gonna lock this door.If you dont want to work.....dont come in. You dont owe anyone anything.
