I went into this store with my two sons on 4/22/21. It was a little after 6pm. Me and my youngest son was on the way into the store when my oldest son who just got off the bus from work in NY which the bus stops in front of the store. We all went in the store and headed straight to the back to buy some lunch meat. I go to get some bread and when I turn around the Manager name Maria (I got her name from the other cashier because she could not understand what I was saying) pulled my son to the front of the store to have the other cashier translate for her because she could not speak English. Maria stated that my son could not be in the Store with a book bag (the one you wear on your back). My son graciously left the store. There are no signs on the front door that states that you can not be in the store with a book bag nor do they have a bag check. The only signs posted is that you must have a mask on and we all had our mask on. I asked the cashier that spoke english why he could not be in the store with his book bag. She reluctantly said its store policy. All though that is stated no where in the store. I am fairly new to the neighborhood and have shopped there on many occasions because I am right down the street. I am very disappointed in the lack of judgement from Maria, the manager. I will now spend my money elsewhere.
Everything in this store is priced above and beyond anything reasonable.
Always Have The Items I Looking For, If You Want To Come And Go, Then Be In A Large Supermarket . Price Are A Little Above I Want To Spend BUT Convince.
Quick In and Out store, over priced with many items tho. Clean and friendly
Great for convenience store
Thank you Eagle SupermarketEdit: Im not sure as to why my location showed Eagle when I live in NYC, the last supermarket visited was C-Town sorry for the GPS mix-up🤷
Nasty customer service. Don’t shop here
Nice place to just pick up something fast. Parking area is not so good and kind of tight to move around. Prices are fair and store seems to be in clean conditions.
Good meat. All is fine. The meat guy is a plus...
You have to look at the expiration dates on EVERYTHING. NEVER buy the meat. If you do those things, then you can feel comfortable shopping here like I do lol
Small but complete, full of everything
GoodVariety of products to satisfy all of my domestic needs. Pleasant personnel.
I bought 4 chicken pot pies that were all freezer burned. They also need to have people who speak and understand English. I dont recommend English people go there cause nobody understands you
I love going there just because it is close from my house. All of the staffs are ok. Customer service wise. But one of the meat worker is super rude. He needs to take customer service lessons. He is always angry and has no respect when you ask him for help. I do not recall his name. All I can say he is rude. I wonder if he has a wife and if he treats her the same. He is always grumpy. Somebody needs to teach him some customer service skills otherwise I will not shop there any more. Ill take my business somewhere else.
Its pretty okay you can find things there but dont take my word for it come down and check
No much tonsay other than they are extremely expensive. The price you pay in your own neighborhood for groceries.....WOW!
Some prices are way too high and they dont seem to be clear on their wic. Some cashiers dont seem to be able to speak English. But overall Ive had a pleasant experience at the store its cute and it has fresh produce. Employees are always kind in my experience. Parking is very limited
Everyone was very friendly and got what I needed but the line to pay was a bit long
The best super market of spanish people
They have fresh meat and vegetables.
Im glad Eagle Supermarket is here in our Community. I shop there at least once weekly. Their staff is very friendly & the stock is plentiful.
The store is overall ok, as far as prices on certain items. But customer service is POOR. THE CASHIERS DO NOT KNOW A WORD OF ENGLISH. When you ask them for help, they look at you as if you have three heads. They are always speaking Spanish among themselves in front of customer, laughing and giggling. Laughing and giggling. Come on now. Act professional, at least for the customers. Cashiers have NO respect for the customers. So rude.
Great service and prices. Fresh foods at accessible prices
The manager of this store is rude..She needs to learn how to listen and have some courtesy towards customers. They also need to hire people who are bilingual..
My favorite latin place to buy my hometown products fresh and good . The staff is nice
U will find what ur looking for there but the problem was the employees
Very clean
Small store. Good for ethnic food items
Classic Latin Bodega market with good prices on meats and other uniquely Spanish items. Please is very clean.
Very clean, organize store, friendly staff
Good buys on meat prices butcher on hand
Meats are good. Staff is not good with customer service.
Very expensive you can buy everything else there in any other Spanish supermarket for a lot less rip off
They have a butcher shop and the meats are fresh

All great
I always buy here, the attention is very good. Many Hispanic products. You find everything.
Good products
Change those ATMs that have you, they treat you badly I did not like the attention they are always in a bad mood if they continue like this they will lose many customers I hope they take my comment into account
The good thing is that you find Hispanic products, the bad thing is that everything is more expensive, compared to the prices of Aldi, which is located very close to there. I bought Peruvian avocados and they all came out bad, I had to throw them out.
It is a super market assortment, but the service of the cashiers is not Well, little helpful, the Eagle of Elizabeth has a day customer service
Because they are always releasing new cashiers and then one leaves products with that disorder
Very well
Good supermarket there is everything and a very good attention
African American peoples are not a tribe of undesirable blacks or monkey in their cashiers express, racism and discrimination in this country is a very controversial subject that cost a lot of blood and a lot of time to heal those wounds, additional in its location in Saint George bird his clients are predominantly black, it seems to me that it is double standards to discriminate against the people who give you food and that with their purchases they pay the wages of the stupid Cubans who have in the cashier, misplaced and with a bad I am doing at the moment, I want to know that, if you are your clients, I want to know how you think and how they would think twice. I am another Cuban White Skin, so you will not be wrong In thinking that I do this to have something against Cubans, the African-Americans are respected like human beings equal to all that we are.I demand an apology from you or I will make myself aware of your Linden and Roselle neighbors as you think African AmericansElders of eagle supermarket African Americans are not a tribe of undesirable monkeys or blacks as their cashiers express, racism and discrimination in this country is a very controversial issue that cost a lot of blood and a lot of time to heal those wounds, additional in its location in saint George ave his clients are predominantly black, it seems to me that it is double moral to discriminate against the people who give you to eat and that with their purchases they pay the salary of the stupid Cuban women who have in the boxes, misplaced and with a terrible customer service, It seems to me that if your clients come to know how you think and how they express themselves, they would think twice about buying again, as I am doing right now, and to be clear, I am another White-skinned Cuban, so they do not make mistakes. Cleanliness above all and their employees are very friendly
It is small but has comfortable prices.

You find Hispanic products that are not found in your local Walmart and there are products at good deals.
